This is a busy location. I think it's the only Starbucks around. Nothing horrible about it. I liked my tall blonde. My impossible sausage muffin was good but the presentation was sloppy, you could tell it was made quickly and nuked with how the bun was stuck halfway off. The restaurant was clean. The servers were friendly. Parking lot is okay, but tight and extremely busy. Also pulling out of the parking lot can be tough with the traffic situation there.

Nice place with roomy seating inside, and some seating outside as well. A lot of people were coming in to pick up orders but very few were sitting down so it was pretty empty which was great. Splurge occasionally on a blueberry scone because it is worth it!

What can I say it's Starbucks I can not say anything bad about a business that sells only coffee LOL, Seriously though, the staff is always pleasant, helpful and accurate, I have never received an incorrect order yet and I've had a few large complicated or should I say sophisticated orders...LOL. Anyway, to sum it up my experience has always been positive.

Fabulous line up of drinks and the baristas are very friendly. Love all the different options and their rewards app is awesome!Their summertime features are AWESOME — especially the Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Refresher.

Stopped in to get a drink to keep me awake and alert just before a 3 hour drive home. Big shouts to Alex who, after informing me that they were unfortunately out of what I was after, hooked me up with a solid iced white mocha with just the right amount of caffeine and the perfect balance of sweet and not that got me home safe and sound (and through an extra 45 minute, at-one-point-seven-lane traffic jam to boot)! Next time I'm up in the area, I'll be sure to come back in to fuel up for the trip home again. ✌️

My husband and I frequent this place. We've spent a lot of money there. We've accumulated over 2,000 star rewards over the course of the last year. I typically order a tall caramel frapp with a shot of espresso and 5 extra pumps of the frapp roast. Today I ordered it and much to my dismay, it sucked! Was so bitter and had no sweetness to it at all! Whereas I've ordered this very same drink other times previously and did not have a problem with bitterness. Bold and sweet, just like I like my caramel frapps. This is not the first time I've experienced this, its not just the second time either. All I ask of you people is to get it right. I've wasted too much money by having to throw away a nasty bitter frapp that I've gotten there. Would be nice to be reimbursed for all of the $ lost. But all I ask is, may I please get my frapp a little bold and caramel sweet? Thank you.Kid-friendliness: I'll say pet-friendliness since my kids are all grown and gone. They are always very sweet and kind to my little Maltese, Baxter. Always offer a pup cup, and send sweet words to him.

I got food for the first time I got the kale mushroom egg bites and I got a spinach feta wrap. These were definitely worth the price and I am going to get food at Starbucks more frequently if it tastes this good! I also got a chai latte which was definitely worth getting. The store was clean my order did not take as long as I expected considering how crowded it was and overall a truly great experience

Really depends on who is working, the experience you get. Sometimes it's quick, painless and awesome. Other times it's a drag! Online ordering is definitely the way to go when ordering from the Bucks in Lebanon. Same goes for the way the drinks taste, I can honestly say though, if the drinks aren't to your liking they will correct it. Only ever had 1 person give me attitude about it but they no longer work there. The staff is very friendly!! Prices, I feel are a lil steep for just a drink but it is what it is. Coffee is an addiction so I guess cost shouldn't matter. 🤷🏼♀️ Food is pretty good, love the protein packs. Some of the baked goods can be dry & others are superb! Overall, I like Bucks I would rate it as a whole 5 stars!Parking: Wish the drive thru had a different set up, sometimes the line is on the road...very dangerous! Not a lot of parking, the ease of getting in & out is tough when they are extremely busy!

we had to wait in the drive thru for our mobile order for 19 minutes... so by the time we got to the window our drinks were almost cold. but it didn't even matter because my chai latte tasted very... savory. almost like marinara sauce. how they managed that I'll never know. I thought it was just me but my husband's coffee tasted off to him and my drink did too. this was my first time at this location and we are thoroughly disappointed. we won't be back.

Horrible experience at this Starbucks. Waited 20 minutes for a very simple order and then noticed the people who ordered behind us got their order. We asked and they replied that our order wasn't even being made. No apologies, nothing, we got our money back! Thank goodness Target has a Starbucks! Not coming back to this one!

I went through the drive thru this morning and was impressed with the service I received from Zach. He was friendly, and extremely helpful. I am indecisive and not all that familiar with the Starbucks menu. My iced coffee was delicious and the hot chocolate he suggested for my little one was a hit. Thank you Zach!!

I’ve really enjoyed the drive thru at this location during my last few visits. You cannot beat the quality of their staff as they are always so kind & give the best recommendations if you’re torn between items. Leo & I especially enjoyed our visit tonight! I had a customized Iced Coffee & he enjoyed a cup of whip cream (Starbucks’ version of a “pup cup”).

Starbucks is suppose to be my third place but numerous times I have been to this location and have had terrible service. Besides the negative atmosphere in general the baristas have treated me personally with disrespect. The store has bugs. Like really big roaches. I even saw them crawling on the mobile order food. It is disgusting. This store needs shut down. I literally pay $8 for a drink while I am treated so poorly by the staff. When I go through drive through I can hear staff laughing and mocking customers. The people that are paying for product. This stores a joke don’t go there. It’s better to make the drive to Hershey starbucks then to be treated like this.

I prefer this location rather than the Wyomissing one! There’s hardly ever long lines & your order comes out FAST. I’ve never had a bad experience here. The staff is all so friendly & you might even find a little note written on the side of your cup 🏼Given, that’s a typical thing that sometimes happens at Starbucks in general, lol.I don’t come to Starbucks very often, but i’m never disappointed! 5 Stars ✨(FT. my birthday drinks I get every year )

I ordered an item that was heated up and when I got it I accidentally dropped it on the floor. Almost immediately an employee offered to give me a new one at no additional cost. He had no reason to do this as it was purely my clumsiness that led to this.Outstanding customer service!

I usually get my coffee around 5am and there is always this super kind young lady @ drive through, I always forget to ask her name but she is alway in the same mood when I go and that means everything in customer service. I know because I work retail and customer service is everything to those kind customers you get, I appreciate you girl.!

Best thing ever when this Starbucks came in so close to my house. But bad on the budget lol. I love Starbucks. And now they have the psl. My sister's and I got up early the first morning they had pumpkin to get a coffee before work. It did not disappoint. ☕

Good service. But it would be nice that during the closure of their store that the would prioritize online orders by allowing them to get it at the front door like other Starbucks. I order online to save time but I seem to wait in line for my order. Which doesn't save me time at all and I can't not wait because I already paid for it on the app.
