I typically order on the app for pick up and my order has always been ready quickly and accurate! The one time it was not accurate, customer service was very helpful and got everything resolved for me. Flooring/carpet employee was very helpful as well!

Run, don’t walk out of this store. If you want to buy an appliance DON’T DO IT. I REPEAT, don’t do it. Our delivery date was changed midday on date of delivery. They picked a date for us a week out when we are out of state on vacation! We now have food in coolers since 8 am, a fridge turned off and pulled out (they said be ready!). They removed our May 5th date from the system and accused us of lying that it was never scheduled for that date. My husband went in and showed them the paper that said May 5th. He spent two hours in there with with an offer of a small loaner and a second delivery scheduled after vacation! Really? Two fridges hauled in and out of our home! ! Wouldn’t trust they wouldn’t cancel again. Use a small store and get the real service you deserve. This is still an unsolved nightmare! I wish I never went there. But never will again.

Everyone I've here interacted with here has been friendly and helpful, but it always feels like they're understaffed. If you hit a call button for assistance, be prepared to wait. And wait. Otherwise, I like it here. The prices are often too high, so I get what I can elsewhere for less, but they do tend to keep things in stock that are hard to find at other stores. The store always feels like it's in good order and reasonably clean, especially considering what they sell. The people in lawn and garden have always gone above and beyond helping with loading heavy soil and stone, and even placing a half skid of barrier wall bricks into the bed of my puckup with a forklift without any damage to the liner. Their online ordering and locker pickup work very well, too.The prices and sometimes long waits for assistance are the reason I deducted a star.

Lowe’s always has everything I need for anything I’m doing around the house. Recently have been peeling wallpaper had to go get supplies great pricing. If you need it chances are they have it!

Just went to Lowe’s in Lebanon, PaNot one person would help with cabinets. Asked 4 different employees, not one would get a manager or move from their space. Never seen anything like it, employees went back too their personal phones. You got to love it. What is happening everywhere?! We left and went to Home Depot.

Just bought a brand new house and ordered a washer and dryer from Lowe’s. Two guys who looked high installed them. I thought they were acting fishy and left in a hurry. my husband then noticed two big holes in our laminate floor and scuff marks going all up the steps. We called Lowe’s, and the best they could do was tell us we had to wait 2 to 3 weeks to figure out how they will handle it. We are absolutely devastated.

Placed an online order. Went to pick up at the service counter and was expected to take my purchase covered in dirt. One of the clerks brought out a spray bottle and rag and started to wipe it off. Another clerk asked if I would like her to go and see if there was another in stock. There was and in a box.

Makes the Palmyra Lowe's look like a third world country! I was greeted at the door by a group of employees. Cheerfully greeted by every employee I saw. Gentleman went out of his way to help me. They loaded my items on a cart, escorted me to checkout and loaded my truck in 10 min. Fantastic experience! Spent 45 minutes at the Palmyra Lowe's yesterday. Not one person was able to even figure out how to sell me what I wanted. Total joke and second time they lost out on a $600+ transaction because everyone is lazy and incompetent. Wake up! Go visit Lebanon and see how it's done!

Phil Gulliver from the Lebanon Lowe’s was a very nice guy, my dad went to find a tree and he took the time out of his day to look everywhere. He even looked after my dad left the store, and found what my dad was looking for and called him back. If anyone deserves a raise it’s him! He deserves it. Please put in a good word to the Lowe’s management. He made my dad’s day!

Most departments unmanned. Needed wire but it's now behind a locked cage. Took 5 minutes to find a rep, they didn't have a key so they said they'd call someone there and I waited for them for 15 minutes. I eventually left. I used Amazon after returning home and found the same product for $15 cheaper with free 2nd day shipping.

Today I went in to exchange a product that I had only gotten maybe two weeks ago. I had all my information for my return. We brought it to the front desk. Since the girls were a bit busy I offer to go get what I needed for the exchange a long with a few other things and then return to the desk to complete my return. When I came back to the desk the “manger” stated he couldn’t return it as they didn’t carry it in the color grey. Again mind you he had not asked me to pull up my receipt. I stated that it was the same exact machine I grabbed off the shelf and that even though the color is grey, the company describes it as black. He kept saying how they couldn’t find any record of it and so forth… The ladies at the desk pulled up my receipt and found that the two machines were the exactsame and that it had been under 30 days since purchase. The “manager” Travis, I think was his name. Then told me i need to keep all paper receipts as it hard to verify over the app and such. Well anyhow returned/exchanged my item for another of the same exact item. I asked for the receipt to be emailed to me. However after getting home i realized it wasn’t in my email or on my Lowe’s account despite providing my information. We’ve spent thousands of dollars at Lowe’s in the past years and never had such a horrible experience. To be told they don’t sell something I bought from the store before looking at my information was uncalled for. Had my white husband showed up by himself to handle this transaction, I don’t feel he would have had a problem or been dismissive to him at all. However, I felt because my skin is brown I was given a hard time and made to feel like I was lying.

I was training my golden retriever "Gunner" with our professional dog trainer "Carolyn Hart" in the store and everyone was very polite and courteous while in training. He did very well! ...and I bought some Led lights while walking through the isles....lol

Just flat out don't do flooring projects through them. 53 days past when the project was to be done finally got it completed everything from lack of ordering to the installers busting a pipe to us being understanding and calling trying to get product ordered and them saying yes I'm putting the order in now and no one did for 53 days. Finally make an official request for compensation and they come back with $250 and we have to sign a waiver releasing them from any fault and issues sorry thats a slap in the face . This was all with the post instalation team. My daughter and I cut our feet on the floor , when purchasing it was an incomplete purchase no one cared to share and the installer had to finish our floor with a piece from his truck that doesn't even match. Excuse after Excuse just don't work with them. I can't rate the post install team so this is going here so at least I can get it out there they claim to have been making notes everything but a few minor notes are missing from our account.

Have made several trips to multiple Lowes.. usually shop at one but as my fiance and I were searching for a new bathroom vanity. The store ran out so the person assisting us contacted this store and found out they had what we were looking for.. got there right before closing.. worker helped me load it into my vehicle at the end of business.

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Orders 2 storm doors in December of 2022. Person assisting us (wyatt) was rude and there was ZERO communication from their store to the installer. First time doors were to be installed no one showed up. Second time one of the two doors was the incorrect door. Told us they would credit our account and never did. The installer called me finally to install the last door a month after it came in and then they told me they were no longer the installer. Will never purchase ANYTHING from this lowes ever again in my entire life.

I was shopping for patio furniture, looking for an end of season deal. They had a display set that had filthy cushions (bird poop) and very dusty (See photos). I tried to get a lower price from a manager. .Anyway she refused to go lower on the price, even though this was the last one they had,. She stated that it was already price reduced and that's that. I worked in retail for 30 years and I know you can always take a little something off to get rid of a display, especially this time of year. Oh well, It's their business to keep or lose.
