2 weeks in a row I’ve had issues with pickup. First they forgot half of our order and had another customer’s bag mixed in with ours. This week I found my loaf of bread smashed, at the bottom of a bag with a slew of other things on top. Hard to trust Giant for reliable pick up anymore.UPDATE:2 weeks later and again missing a bag with $20 worth of groceries, this is just being sloppy and careless at this point. After years of pickup with hardly any issues, now it's headache after headache, having to spend time waiting for a manager to never pick up and having to call in to customer care to get a refund on items never received. I don't know what changed in the past few months, but there really should be something that says this order has X number of bags. I understand mistakes, but having an issue every time for months on end means something changed and it's for the worse.

Giant foods some of the employees and managers who work for the Giant corporation are some of the nicest people, but there are some who do have attitudes with people such as I. To all the women who work in the deli wow they are so wonderful to become friends with and the rest of the employees are wonderful but they're some who need to respect their own staff and customers.

I love order pick-up! I have a disability so it is hard for me to be in crowded places without getting overstimulated. Order pick-up gives me a better quality of life and the associates are always friendly! Thanks everyone

I just took my girlfriend there to get a money order that's it. I wasn't even in the store. I only gave one star because they wanted a rating so I had to click on it. I can't rate this place because I was not in there.

Don't buy watermelon or cantaloupe from them my watermelon was white with a tiny bit of pink and the cantaloupe was barely orange they were really bad I spent $10.00 on 2 piece of fruit and could not eat any of it

Ho Ho Ho...This ain't your Green Giant but it's central Pa. Hometown Business that broke into the "Big Time" Grocery Store business. "You gotta ask yourself punk!" Hubby and I like going here, great selection of fresh produce including organic choices, great deli, meat counter, and bakery items. 3 stars only because they only have only ONE bathroom for men, women, employees, and customers to all share. This needs an update! Otherwise, nice neighborhood store. Also wish the parking lot was connected to the main road. That would help SO much with the cramped, congested entry and exit of cars in and out of the store.

Not very friendly. Giant out by the new Target on Quentin or Cumberland (can't remember the correct road) but what a difference. And their hot bar is always filled. So friendly and helpful. Staples is in the same place.

Always busy, love the sales though. Catch 22 sometimes. Fresh food always! Delicious counter you get ignored unless you raise your bodice and speak up, not sure if they see you and don't care or if it's loud and you need to yell to get someone's attention. Baked goods are always awesome. Meat counter is superb!

The store was very clean and the checkout girl was so friendly. Believe it or not this was my first time at this store and I was really impressed by how well it was stocked and the prices seem to be reasonable.

Good selection of foods, unfortunately the younger staff shows their greenness with cuss words and whining about work in front of customers while not doing their job to check out customers in a timely or professional manner. With proper training and a good dose of proper work etiquette/enthusiasm there could be improvement for sure. Good luck and will give them another try otherwise I'd rather just go to Cleona for better service and the same selections.

Overall this store is well-stocked and maintained. I have a major complaint about the deli. Over the past few months there have been increasing problems. It appears to be very poorly managed. At times there may be 3 or 4 employees behind the counter but there is still a line of customers waiting. I would use the kiosk which saves A LOT of time but they're turned around! The pre-cut selections are not usually what I want and the quantity in the package is more than I need. Yesterday I came to the deli counter to find that they posted that they'd be closing at 7 PM. The time was 6:18 PM and it was already closed although I would have thought that one of the 2 or 3 employees behind the counter could have waited on someone. Also, the "beer garden" employee was sitting there doing nothing. Perhaps they could be trained to help at the deli. I want to continue to give this store my business but it gets harder each week.

It was 9:04 pm (they’re open until 11)when I went to check out with a full grocery order. Young man told me his lane was closed. The only thing open was self checkout. Asked another young man if anyone was opening. He said no. I’ll use self checkout for a few things, but not a whole order. Told them they could put my groceries back. They’ve lost a formerly loyal customer. I’ll go elsewhere.

I have been coming in to "OUR", Giant for many years! And yes, there are times I have not found what I'm looking for, only to find out items were discontinued! No big deal! Overall! I am very pleased with the staff and products. 100% Giant lifer! Thank you all!!!

Employees were helpful an always ask if you were able to find everything you were looking for. Since last visit the only thing that changed is the prices moving are moving up. It seems like everytime I shop something has increased but other than a sale price nothing has decreased. This is every where USAWell another update today 4/26/23 Again prices are up more than last time I was there. The quality isn't any better in fact some of the meats appear to be fattier the chicken has more skin on then meat last time it was better quality the seafood is fair at best produce looks good an fruit does as well an they have lots too choose from. They get you of you don't have a rewards card cause they have 2 prices on the meats an if you don't pay attention you can spend a lot more than you think you are.

I used to love this location when there was a separate health food isle. Now when all high quality foods are spread out throughout the store, it's too hard to shop. Also with alcohols coming in, they reduced the amount of organic foods. Now I go to Whole foods and Miller's Naturals more often.Other than that I have no problems with the store. It is clean and emplyees are doing their job.I wish they wouldn't throw the pineapple cores away, but instead had them out for sale or free (for a healthy smoothie) .

I usually come here for fruit, since their fruit looks better than most stores. I will occasionally buy wings. I like the honey bbq.They sell my favorite string cheese, Galbani. Can't seem to find it anywhere else anymore.
