Extremely busy. Only one register open with 10 people deep while two managers stood by and did absolutely nothing about it. Open up another register for this poor cashier. The cashier, Josh, was the only pleasent thing about the visit. You did your job well and patiently. You shouldn't have to put up with Dollar Tree's ignorance. Dollar Tree does NOT deserve you!

While we were here the manager, Agnes, we believe did an amazing job. The computer shut down and she handled well. Kept all the customers calm and kept everything moving

Friday, 10/27, Wow, never have I been greeted with such coldness at a store. Cashier was obviously in an angry mood. She was cold, rude, and unpleasant. At least learn the basics of faking a smile for customers! Unbelievable!

I am here now and there is a line. A mile long. They only have 1 person working at the register. If they have no one to help then maybe they should close the store!!! There is no one helping this guy! Bad 4 business

This has got to be the nastiest Dollar tree I've seen. The shelves are a mess, merchandise was all over the floor. If I wasn't in need of an item and I was driving by I never would have gone in. I'm sure corporate wouldn't approve!!

I got the rug cleaning spray I wanted and a very pretty wine glass for only $1.25 each. The sales clerk was patient and friendly as well.

More than 1 star for the great selection, but bad experience otherwise with the slowest cashiers. Went for balloons, but ended up leaving them behind after the line didn't move for nearly 10 minutes.

Everything is now 1.25 and the store near home Depot is a total mess, the store managers should be in there cleaning, straightening up and organizing

Sales associate Mirtha at Lebanon location, had horrible customer service. She didn't greet me when I was ready to check out. I had to say good morn, she replied only because I did. When I finished checking out she again did not greet me. I said thank you and have a good day still no response. I am a district manager in the retail field and I would never tolerate that type of service from one of my employees. Dollar Tree you should do better.

Even though the prices have gone up to $1.25, I still love coming here. Cheap, quick shopping, with a large variety. I have always found the staff to be very friendly as well

I have a love hate relationship with this place. They have everything I need in a pinch and quick. What's not needed is a rude, inconsiderate employee. Walked up to the register didnt wait long but when another associate has to tell the associate that someone is at there register I should never have to hear from the associate "of course there is" with an eyeroll. I'm sorry I inconvenienced you by having to make you do what you were hired for. Do better and just act like you enjoy your job. Be glad you're employed unlike others that struggle.

I was just there and I love this company I am completely surprised by this storeI get 4 waterproof Car Mats for $1 tarp for $1 mallet6 outlets for the wall I use the large metal baskets for storage on my nail in the garagebest prices for all decorations for any holiday or season or birthday or super 3ft gift big bags that cost so much at other storesa leveler there a big magnifier there are so many things that I never knew the dollar store hadmy favorite is I can get five hanging 2 curved hooks w/screws I hang up everything in the garage so 5 / one dollar equals $0.20 each and if you have your receipt you can return itI have never returned something yet

I bought some batteries from this place for a pretty great price but they were all empty and had no juice. The lady I went back to said they have no refunds but they have a "exchange options" so I exchange the empty batteries for more empty batteries and then I just sold them two for free and we left and wentto right aid where they had everything we needed don't go here it looks like Family Dollar and it's not very family-friendly if you know what I mean ;-)

I searched for the items on my list and found most of them. There were a few items missing, but to be expected. I'm glad for what I got. Carts may not be taken from the store. Expect to carry your entire order to your vehicle.

I was not a Dollar Tree shopper until recently. I bought so many unusual gifts and products for myself and friends. I am very happy with the changes in the brand name products they carry these days. One cannot beat a 10 ounce tube of Dermasil for 1.00. I have paid more than 7.00 elsewhere.

I love Dollar Tree. Always new items coming in and they have just ad good craft items as any craft store. You don't have to spend a fortune to have nice stuff.

Somehow whenever my girlfriend enters the building she always comes back out with more than what she went in for. Half of the time I start wondering if she gets lost in there or not but all is well and she finds her way out.

Always sloppy looking , never seem to clean up after putting out new items ...cardboard holes all over floor, things just laid out in boxes...only go if it is a must, otherwise go to one by Kohl's. ..just no pride of service at all in Lebanon...
