We’ve been taking our 3 dogs here for years. I got a new dog a year ago and he’s been a little trouble but I’ve been told he’s much better now. Today the owner decided she wouldn’t tell us she isn’t going to cut him anymore, another groomer came and told us she was leaving and they won’t do him anymore. when my mother asked about the other dogs she said “well people usually keep there dogs to one place but if she wants to I’ll do them“ very rude and unprofessional to send someone who doesn’t own the business to handle that…

I’ve taken my two Yorkies here a few times and always had a great experience. I called to make an appointment for mid December and while making the appointment the owner stated “ don’t schedule them for a full groom because you’re wasting my time when I can see other dogs.” I was completely taken aback and will no longer using this groomer going forward.

Owner was rude to me about having my then 9 month old dog fixed. All the workers there were extremely nice and did a wonderful job, I had gone there 3 or 4 times before scheduling with the actual owner who was very passive aggressive and called me an idiot in as many words. Never returned there which is disappointing because I had liked the place up to that point.

We have been taking our dog there for 13 years since he was a little puppy and have never had an issue until recently when they decided to just dump us. They blamed it on “behavior issues” when they have never once mentioned anything. Our dog has never bitten anyone or been mean to anyone before. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. If you can’t handle a dog that is possibly nervous about the groomer because he’s getting old then don’t go into business to be a groomer.

Always able to make an appointment and they call a couple days early as a reminder. They do an excellent job of grooming our dog and call when done. Excellent Customer Service. Very Nice! Highly recommended. :)

I’ve been taking my Shih Tzu’s there for over 13 years. My pup grew a thing called cutaneous horn on his back and tail. I took him to vet who said we’ll watch them. I took him in to her and explained what they are and please be careful around the horns.she said she just cuts them off. I said “Please don’t do that!!” They need surgically removed as it’s like a fingernail. Picked him up and she cut off the horn on his back and a mole on his head. It must have really hurt!! She did not have permission. It was deliberate. I will never be back there! Be careful as she feels she knows more than a vet or the OWNER!!
