My little toy poodle Charlie loves her one day of daycare so much it’s the highlight of her week. As soon as she sees where we’re headed, she starts wagging her tail and jumping around. Everyone at Pet Castle is so friendly and professional. They clearly love the dogs. I trust them completely with her care and highly recommend them.

We have been bringing our pup Luna to Pet Castle since we adopted her in 2020. The staff is always friendly, always excited to see Luna, and handle her like she was their own. We try to get Luna up to Pet Castle at least once a week. We have used them for boarding as well, a few times a year as well as grooming (bath and nails) every other week. We have never had an issue, neither has Luna, with the staff or the other dogs. Highly recommended.

My pup Opie loves being amongst so many furry friends. I love being able to drop him off anytime to play. It really is such a relief that I never worry when he is in their care. The staff really takes time to know each and every pet.They really do a great job of caring for furry family members so you feel they are safe and enjoying their time away from you. I really appreciate all the services they provide and that they have all pets pass a temperament test before being accepted into the establishment. So wonderful!

Excellent local choice for boarding your cat or dog overnight or for daycare.Super clean facility, friendly staff, convenient hours, and optional grooming services for a great value make this Lower Bucks County business my first choice for boarding.I've used them several times and will keep coming back.My dog comes back exhausted and happy, they usually post pictures on their Facebook pageThey have several different sized sleeping quarters available.

I was very nervous about leaving my dog alone while I go into the office some days- but now I don’t have to be. Blue is so comfortable there & immediately gets excited when I drop him off. I love that they post tons of photos on Facebook so I can see him having the time of his life. All the staff are so sweet. I really like that they do doggie daycare & boarding so Blue will have a safe place he’s comfortable at if I have to travel. He’s also a 4 month old ACD mix with TONS of energy & after I pick him up from he’s the sleepiest. It’s wonderful.

Have been taking Nellie here for about 2 years. Whether it’s day care, boarding, or grooming I trust Pet Castle. Nellie absolutely loves it there! The staff and owners are top notch and you can really tell they truly care about the animals plus they post pictures everyday so you can see all the pups together!

I used to live close to Pet Castle Resort and would bring my cat there to be boarded when I travelled. I recently moved but still make the drive more than 45 minutes when I need boarding because I trust them so much! They always take great care of my cat and she comes home happy! The staff are friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend!

Staff is friendly. You can visit in advance to get a tour of the boarding area but you're not allowed to see/tour the outdoor area (so as to not excite/distract the dogs on site)My dog seems to have a good time here when she's gone for day visits. We have not boarded her.Our neighbors all use pet castle for boarding as their first choice

My dog looked fabulous when she was done with her hair cut and nail trimmings she was given a cute little EasterBandanna too! I only say four stars because she looked a little choppy with her haircut but I know she can be a pain in the butt so that might be why 🤔 I’m not sure because they said she behaved pretty well which caught me by surprise because I know how my dog is when she gets her haircut but I plan to return and I do recommend!

I took my dog here for about 6 months until another dog bit her and I had a $600 vet bill. Pet castle owners stated they did not know what dog did this to her therefore it was not their responsibility. I then began to speak to other people in the community about their experiences with this place, as well as 2 former employees. What I learned was that the ratio of handlers to dogs is higher than the average at other local locations, which does not promote safe play. Also the dogs do not received scheduled breaks so they can recharge. This causes some dogs to get over stimulated and be more aggressive. I would caution anyone considering this place. Think about your choices and make an informed decision. Unfortunately I did not know better and my dog was injured because I trusted the wrong facility.

Super clean . Bruce took a lot of time with me to make me feel I could leave my Shae with them safe and sound. She stayed for 4 hrs. And was very tiered but happy when I picked her up. Thank you for taking such great care of our baby girl. This was a first time ever using daycare and was a excellent experience. We will be back....:)

I use pet castle for their kennel and to cut my dogs nails. My dog is extremely difficult with nail cutting, and they are by far the best place I ever taken him for this. They do it fast so he doesn't struggle as much, and they can actually give him a good cut.I love their kennel services as well. They have multiple options for which room you want your dog to stay in and you cant beat their prices. I trust them with my dog and never have to worry. They also send updates or pictures, which is extremely nice. Every dog I see come in for daycare is so happy and excited. The staff know each dog by name. You can tell they really love dogs (and the cats) and they want to give each dog a nice experience.I will choose Pet Castle Resort everytime. I always tell my friends with dogs to go to them!

I can’t say enough positives things about the Pet Castle Resort. Our tabby Tiger stayed for a week this October! Everyday we were excited to see his photo. He was having fun and well taken care of. They are organized and have a great system going with boarding. No more stays at our vet in a small cage! The cats get their own ROOM, with a window and furniture to climb. Each cat gets free time by themselves to roam around the cat wing and play with toys! Your pet will be in good hands!

Our dogs loved it here when we had to travel internationally for almost a month. They update pictures of all the dogs on their Facebook page daily. I loved that idea, I was able to see my babies daily even from afar.

My dog Noodle absolutely adores it here. Priced well and the owners and employees seem to care. My dog is slightly apprehensive but she gets those good excited butt shakes every time she sees people here. Definitely would recommend

Fantastic place. I was in need of somewhere to take my 4 month old puppy during the day. My husband was going in for surgery and he couldn't take care of him for several weeks. We did a visit and were shown around the facility. It was extremely clean and smelled wonderful. We were very impressed. Our puppy loves going there. He is very tired when he gets home and we know he's having lots of fun and socialization. He gets excited to see the staff when I drop him off. Thank you for being the great place you are! Keep up the wonderful work!!!

This was our first time leaving our boy Bentley and we were so nervous, but he had such a great time during his stay at the Castle! We loved seeing the pictures at the end of each day on Facebook and we could just see how much fun he was having. We highly recommend Pet Castle for boarding and daycare. I’ve used Pet Castle Resort for both boarding and daycare for my dog. The owners are super friendly and genuinely care about the pets in their care. The facility is clean and modern. Best of all, my dog comes home exhausted from his fun day with his puppy friends. He always runs in to excitedly give kisses to the staff and begin his day. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice home away from home for their pup (or cat).

Best place ever! I’ve had the pleasure of utilizing all their services for my dogs and some rescues. My Angel did not like the car but when you said “time to go to school” (Daycare) she was up and ready and once arrived she would push her way out of the car and pull you or run to the door. She absolutely loved it and all the employees. We had the privilege of growing with them as they too were starting off. Even my two smaller difficult older ones, enjoyed themselves at daycare and showed no signs of separation anxiety during boarding. Stacey was always attentive, concerned, a great communicator, reliable, helpful and always on the go but always available. I would highly recommend them. I always say I’ll try something once and go from there. Well this once turned into years. I’m also always last minute, running off schedule, changing things as I do animal rescue transports which sometimes run off schedule and no matter the issue PET CASTLE is always accommodating. I could go on and on but I’m sure you get where I’m going “PET CASTLE RESORT “ One (1) try and you’ll pawsitively be back for paws and claws services.

My 5 year old cat has never been boarded before. We boarded her here for 8 days and she came home very happy. Each cat gets their own room with a view outside as well as screen doors to look out and see the other cats. Very nice setup. I highly recommend!

I brought my 2 cats here for a week. We toured the cat area. The rooms for them are pretty nice and secluded on the 2nd floor away from the dogs. The dog area seemed a quite a bit more busy.

Pet Castle resort is wonderful. My dog love both boarding and doggie daycare. Their pricing includes everything, I know some places there are charges for every little thing. The best part is they come home tired at the end of the day. Thank you for taking such good care of Kirby.

If you want the best for your pampered pooch, this place is a must. I take my Bentley here twice per week. I can tell you he loves it because he runs right to the play area (unless Miss Stacey is there, then he runs right to her.)Cleanliness is king here, you would never know 30 or more dogs.play.here everyday. The play area are pristine. There is an indoor play area separated for large and small dogs and an outdoor area where the large and small dogs rotate throughout the day. My Bentley loves his castle friends and comes home nice and tired after every visit.The best part of Pet Castle is the people. This is a family business run by people who not only love dogs and cats but their behavior. The love what do and it shows throughout thier business. Pricing is excellent for the service they provide (daily, 10 day packages and boarding). There is an additional fee for feeding but it is waived if your.bring your own food. They offer bathing as well but I have not used this service.Call for a tour. I guarantee you will fall in love with this place.
