I love this place...the groomers always do an exceptional job. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews on here. They are always careful when grooming my Teddy. He's 14 years old and has a lot of joint issues, but they always know how to help him. And Teddy loves coming here too!

Found some good sales, and ordered my things online so I could pick them up in the store. They also have a good rewards program. Sometimes you get lucky and they have a promo code to apply for a discount.

Just like most PetSmart businesses or large pet suppliers. They seem to have many different products/items and different brands names to choose from as well. Staff was very talkative, friendly and helpful when called for assistance. I was greeted at the front door as I entered the business location. They also have a very large parking lot so you can leave your vehicles to enjoy your shopping experience.

Ok so we went to get our dog groomed at petsmart like we have for years now. When we went in there there they didn't even say hi. All three of the girls seems like we were bothering them including the manager . FIRST RED FLAG. Then when we left about a hour later we got a call asking if my dog recently had surgery or had gotten hurt which was super odd to us SECOND RED FLAG. We told them no she is fine. They proceeded to say that they aren't going to groom our dog to give her a break from grooming. They sent my dog home half shaved. When we went to picked her up she was totally fine. Jumping in and out of a TRUCK. PLAY FIGHTING WITH MY OTHER DOG. When we picked up one of the groomer said she made sure thst she scheduled with an experience groomer and the groomer that my dog was with might be anxious because she was new. First off why would you put a terrier mix with LONG HAIR with new person. Secondly we have been going there since she was a puppy. They rescheduled our appointment for 2 WEEKS LATER. SO my do is going around half shaved for 2 whole weeks?!?!?! This is just ridiculous. Petsmart had gone down hill so much. The care for the animals I feel is non existence and I will be writing cooperate as well. This is the worst experience that I could have had at a place IF I COULD RATE A PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD.

Today (Wednesday, June 15th.) The dude who was in the fish section was extremely rude and uneducated on cichlids. He kept repeating how my fish will die and they will kill all my fish if I get more cichlids… I am a regular at this location and this is the first bad experience. I don’t think employees who are uneducated on fish should harass customers who are actually educated on cichlids. I have never seen this guy in this location before, normally the lady who is at the fish section is really good she was on the register today and not near the fish sadly. My fish are very healthy, alive and NOT killing each other in their LARGE tank.

I would not recommend ordering prescription food online from PetSmart. They called my vet and hung up when being put on hold for 2 minutes. My vet tried to call back and got hung up on. I called to cancel my order and they didnt even care what happened.

4 attempts at grinding my dog's nails and no success yet I'm still charged for it. Today was the last attempt at going here, asked for a nail cut/grind with a gland expression. They only did the cut and ended up cutting his nail and left his paw/pads covered in blood. The guy was barely conscious, slurred speech and mumbled the whole time. Just stared at me when I asked why they didn't do the grind/expression.

My family and I had a terrible experience with the grooming here. Normally, we take our dog to the Fruitville Pike location and the staff is kind, enthusiastic, and comforting to the dogs. Here, however, the grooming staff was incredibly cold. They didn’t greet us or our dog and acted frustrated and inconvenienced that they had to groom him, even though that is literally their job. If they didn’t want to groom our dog, they shouldn’t have accepted the appointment. We have a senior dog who has difficulty standing for long periods of time and the groomer was very snide in saying “if he can’t stand we’re sending him home” and even if that’s just the store rules, it should have been said in a more polite tone. She also shaved him extremely choppily, and made no effort to be neat or make him look nice. We had our dog groomed by Courtney and her attitude was very bad, although the other staff members didn’t seem pleasant either. My dad saw a male staff member yanking a dog by the leash aggressively and was appalled. Frankly, people who do not treat animals with kindness and respect have no business working with animals. It’s unfortunate that this location is understaffed but it should still be prioritized when hiring that employees are respectful and gentle towards animals. If you can’t have a staff that treats animals well, then don’t bother having one at all and close the grooming salon down.

I can’t say enough positive things about this place. Mostly due to the staff! A big shout out goes out to Bree/Bri and Jennipher!!! Those two women are truly amazing at what they do. I was coming in from out of town to pick up two puppies. Unfortunately the puppies were not kept as nice(hygienic) as they should have been. Even after having a booked up schedule I spoke to Jennifer and she volunteered to go out of her way to wash the dogs for us so we would have a more pleasant trip for them heading six hours back home. Upon arrival to the store we did get the pleasure to meet with Bree and due to a cancellation she was able to groom our pets and they now look like totally new beautiful puppies. Words cannot express the dedications ,love and compassion that these two have for the jobs that they do as well as the customers they care for. These two are really a gem and really shows what true teamwork ethic looks like. Would highly recommend!! Thanks again guys you were Lifesavers!

A gentleman greeted me at the door and asked if I need assistance. He directed me to the section I needed. I found the items I needed immediately, checked out with him as the cashier and left. He was very pleasant and professional. I must say the store was very clean and looked fully stocked. I will return when I have a need for something for sure.

Had to wait 4 weeks to schedule an appointment. On the day of the appt. I received a call not even 30 mins later stating they’re unable to cut my dogs hair. My dogs been to Petsmart Lancaster for grooming at least 6 former times. He’s calm, and doesn’t mind a bath/trim. This is the first Employee that was unable to work with my dog. Needless to say it was a waste of my time. Won’t be going back.

Great selection of broth style treats/food for cats. I have a picky eater and have purchased every kind available for my cat to try! Overall I'd say they have a decent size product selection.
