Noah left happy. He must have had a positive experience with the groomer. I was totally impressed with the way they cut his nails. His undercoat was greatly reduced and he felt so soft and smelled so good. He picked out a chewy and we both left happy and satisfied.

I will never recommend no one to petco up because they charge me $109 an extra $6.59. I’ve been grooming my dog for a while and I never paid that type of money. They do not have good customer service. They are a thief, they will never see me grooming my dog back there again I have the worst experience ever

My dog was groomed okay, but walked in on a groomer abusing a dog. She continued to yell loudly and push the poor scared large cream colored golden retriever while on the table. She then left the animal scared and shaking on the table to great and discuss her swimmers ear and bad day with a man. One co worker ran out to paw on the man. So much where he said to please stop petting me like a cat! The worker who was checking me out, looked like she was a bit embarrassed. It’s a shame I have been taking my dogs here for awhile. Now I know why my golden retriever is now petrified of getting groomed. A shame that these young girls have no customer service or ethical practices. I’m sure they won’t be reprimanded because of the lack of employees. Which everyone now states.

Groomer is friendly and took her time with my dog. You can tell she is an animal lover. She also did my dog to my specifications. Very professional. Only complaint I have is your prices along with now a materials fee!! Outrageous!

First I asked my dog to be shaved all around she was cut very fancy witch is not what I asked? To cut nails it’s included in the process of grooming,why was I charged 12$ for cutting nails . At the end of the bill I was charged 5.99 for materials. What is that ???. Normal my bill suppose to be around 60$ this time was 85.85 $. I wander why …. As you can see I am not a very happy customer?

The staff here is really really great! My dog absolutely adores Alyssa and gets so excited for her grooms! I feel the prices are competitive and fair, plus with the Vital Care program you save even more! Highly recommend!

Worst thing I've ever seen. Just stopped by petco to pick up a treat for my dog. I walked by the grooming area, they were grooming a Yorkie, oh my gosh it was terrible! The lady was ripping a comb through the little dogs hair as it was crying. Then she trimmed its nails as the poor thing screamed. I wish I knew the owner to let them know how terribly their poor little dog was treated. Please don't take your dog to this horrible place.

The two groomers (Sam and her understudy) were SO kind to our little doggie girl, who is afraid of male groomers. The grooming was very well done and the two ladies were very nice to my wife and me! They even got down on the floor and played with Meeka while I went to the register and paid the bill.This time the groomer (Holly) treatedmy little Meeka and myself very cordiallyas well. The grooming was well done andHolly followed my instructions to a T.Meeka trusts Holly, and that's good enough for me!

I had a large breed malamute that was only a puppy and she was scared. I asked to have my dog a shedding treatment and to cut the back of the legs . My dog didn't cooperate with the blower and the groomer said she didn't need it. Yes there is hair all over my house. And kept referring to my dog as a bad girl. No thanks. I paid $50 for a shampoo and a nail trim and a barely dry dog . Taking my large breed grooming elsewhere.

friendly grooming staff, dog seems to enjoy it but when she asked me if I wanted to have my pups nails buffed she neglected to tell me it would be an extra $10! I am on a fixed income and every dollar counts! they did do a good job

They are affordable & friendly. They gave my dog a chew bone afterwards that she absolutely loved. She came home shiny, clean, & smelling good & her claws were groomed perfectly.

The 2 girls did great jobs on our dogs, they were friendly & caring with our concerns about the nail trimming on Pucks black nails & the fragility of our older rescur dog, Lucy. Neither dog was upset when we picked them up & they looked & smelled so pretty.
