Read many reviews today about this store.Did so because of how my husband and I were treated by the front desk employee. I questioned the price I was charged for a item. I told her that all others of that item were marked a different price. I even went back and got another one off the shelf and showed her. I was overcharged by 4 dollars. I asked her if she could return item and correct price. She said she could not that nothing is returnable in this store. I really wasn't returning just wanted price corrected. I then was told in front of other customers that she didn't like how I was treating customer service. My question is what customer service? She wouldn't do anything to correct overcharge. Then she proceeded to tell me to leave and don't come back. As I see many have complained about employees there I suspect my complaint will land on deaf ears. Also asked to speak to manager. Told unavailable. I said I will call in then. And she said go ahead thR she will answer the phone. VERY RUDE INDEED!!!!

I had some really nice items their website says they buy cell trade but when I waste my gas to go there they tell me and I had brand new items and items over valuing over a $100 I watches made by apple they tell me no they don't buy so they need to take it off their website saying they do that's miscommunication and misleading the consumer

Awesome stuff. Nascar stuff all over the place and better prices than eBay. I got a Jeff Burton car for 1.99 and it's sells on eBay for 10$ so it's not bad at all. The prices are high on some stuff but you gotta look around to find the right thing at the right place.

They wouldn't return my item that the employee told me was what I needed it was in fact not and when asked about a return they employee threatened me and wouldn't let me speak to a manager kept my item and my 50 dollars and told me to get out very unprofessional I wouldn't let my dog shop there with the employees they have

There are a variety of consignment shops in here some better then others we went looking for a metal bed frame and found a new one in box for a great price

It's a huge Flea Market type of thing minus the vendors. They have alot of tools,dry & caned food,clothing, new & antique furniture,tobacco smoking devices,DVDs, CD's, hygiene products; camping, luggage,electronics,so you can find just about anything your set on getting surely. Oh & they buy/ trade, do consignment & are able to repair alot of tech. gadgets.

Used to be a lot better. The last 2 times I went I couldn't find anything. They had a lot of ratty things. Was very disappointed 😞 And the workers are not very pleasant. They never greet you or ask if you need help, and when you ask for help...God forbid your interrupting them.

I really don't know where to start with this place cause I was employed there for a month and boy when I tell you it's not what it looks like it's not what it looks like...but I will say there is some good people in there...but I won't voice my opinion nor will I say what they did to me but I will say Brad (the owner) did help me but when he told me to return the key cause he fired me I was okay with that cause I did most of the sweeping and cleaning out front while other employees sat there and watched..He also decided he was keeping my last pay check. Which he did for now cause things are in the making. BUT other than that it's a nice place to shop. Somethings are too high and others arent. STOP BY AND CHECK IT OUT.

Indoor flea market style but no one there working their booths. Mostly everything is over priced especially if it’s older peoples stuff.same Hunting jacket but used for $50 than Walmarts $30. Always goes in hoping to find a good deal but always walk out with nothing.

The place was ok. There is a big furniture selection but the prices are high for what there is. A few of the better vendors left as well. If you like craft options, clearance/damaged packages and "tobacco pipes", you will have a fun.

There's a lot of really neat stuff here to check out. Unfortunately a lot of it is way overpriced. There are items like tables that you can get the exact table from Walmart but are priced higher than what Walmart sells them for.This isn't the store's fault but rather the vendor who rented their space

Been shopping here since it was Value City. Now it’s a bit different of a store now but when it became Value It that’s when the indoor flea market style of shopping came about. Tons of antiques and at the same time tons of new stuff. Anytime I’m in town I always swing through to see if something I’m in need of is here.

So many overpriced used items. Some stuff is good and fair priced. But there are a lot of overpriced items you could literally buy elsewhere for 10-$20 less brand new.

Ok u can find some stuff for cheap but most of it cost more then the same things brand new in the stores its supposed to be like an indoors flea market but with alot of thosePrices u are better off going to any other store and getting it and u probably will pay less to idk where some of those people selling there things are getting the prices but if they don't correct this they will never sell a thing

Tried accusing me and my husband of stealing when they were following us all around the store and when told they can search my bags said they're not allowed to search personal items yet I was supposedly stealing. Never gonna go back there again

Go some different things up there but some of the prices are just as much as the stores or may be more expensive in retail stores. They have a lot of older stuff if your into that type of stuff.

It's nothing but a junk store way overpriced with no warranty whatsoever do yourself a favor and just shop Walmart I guarantee you will regret whatever you bought there because it's all junk it's broken before you leave the door
