First visit only got my Dog's nail cut ! We were in and out 5min. Have an appointment next month for grooming! I got Buddy groomed, ears, nails and teeth done today 10/5 they did a great job at a fair price !!!! Very friendly staff !!!!

I've had the pleasure of using Kritter Cuts for almost 10 years. They have always been caring, responsive and gentle with our dogs. My dogs would actually get excited to go for their beauty treatment :) Both my fur babies have now crossed the Rainbow Bridge and if we welcome another ... we will definitely be using Kritter Cuts again!!!!

They are very good with my Little shih tzu. He always comes out fresh and Clean. I also love being greeted at the window by all the different dogs.. it shows that they allow the dogs to be social ( within reason.. if your dog is a biter, I'm sure they are careful.) You can tell they love the animals they take care of. Every time I take him he gets so excited to be there. I love that he is excited to see the groomers, Makes me feel much better. They usually say it takes two hours to do a complete grooming session on him and are very accommodating. One down side is they are SO booked, you have to call way in advance to get you dog in. BUT THAT ALSO Shows how good they actually are. I recommend their grooming services to anyone I can.

I've tried other groomers who didn't listen to me and groom my dogs the way I wanted. I was very pleased with the way the ladies at Kritter Cuts groomed my dogs....and on the first try! They were very professional and accommodating. I highly recommend Kritter Cuts!

Absolute worst groomer I've ever used. Took my Great Pyrenees to get groomed, asked them not to shave him down due to his breed and coat, and they asked me if I had a degree in dog grooming, and if I didn't then I shouldn't talk. I left him there even though my gut told me not to, but the grooming was a gift from my Mom so I felt obligated.When I picked up my dog, he was shaved down to his skin, and in some spots even worse. He had massive cuts all over his sides, and being a Pyr he relies on his undercoat to keep him cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Being summer, I had to put sunscreen on him daily because he was getting sunburn.So to wrap it up, I got insulted by the staff as soon as I got there, they didn't listen to what I wanted and did an absolute terrible job on what they decided to do. I had a month of cleaning and putting ointment on open wounds and applying sunscreen to my dog daily after these terrible groomers got ahold of my dog.Do yourself a favor and please, for your dog's sake look elsewhere.

My daughter got a resuce dog whoose nails really needed clipped. They were so gentle and patient with her. This is the only groomer i will use! Love them.

I was very happy with the service she took time to make my Jack Russell look so much better after another groomer at Hugs and Suds had butchered him up ,and she also did an amazing job on my Yorkie they both look great I would say take time and doesnt rush and plenty of great people wotk there.
