Always take great care of our dogs and very compassionate when our Syd had to be put down. Gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. They have done multiple surgeries on our rabbit and I trust them impeccably with her. Their knowledge of rabbit's is top notch. I highly recommend their services.

We have been bringing our dog here for about a year and have been very happy with his care. Most recently, one of my chickens got ill suddenly and I was so happy to learn they take chickens!! Our girl’s crop wasn’t emptying and they took great care of her. When we picked her up a couple days later, they let us know that it’s about a 50-50 chance that she’ll recover because there wasn’t a clear reason why it wasn’t emptying. Well, our sweet Clara has thrived since the then. She spent about a week inside with us taking antibiotics and eating liquid food but is now reintegrating into her flock. I absolutely love this clinic. Thank you for everything!

Dr. Vena and staff are absolutely amazing. We see her for our Holland lop bunnies. Bunnies are considered "exotic animals," so not any vet will see them. I was very concerned about my one bunny, as I just had two recently pass away. They got me in right away, and Dr. Vena gave him a very thorough check up. I was so relieved to hear that he was just a bit overweight lol. So we agreed to give him less pellets, and he should be back to normal in no time! It's so nice to have a vet who specializes in exotic animals and cares so much. Would highly recommend her!

They are always very good with my pets! I saw Dr. Dymond for the first time today and she was great with my Rory even though he was very anxious. She answered all of my questions about how to help him and was very knowledgeable!

Came here the other day, right before they closed & they were great! I found a hurt bird in the road and called them to ask if they deal with wildlife…they’re 1 of the only places in the area that does💜good to know we have vets out there helping ALL animals!Just fyi, when it’s wildlife you can’t get updates on it (they took my 1st, last name & # and asked the area I found it in) …makes sense but I’m sure the bird is in the best hands

Every one of my pets has been a patient here, and they've taken very good care of each one of them! My first experience was when my bunny developed a mass in its leg and ended up needing it amputated. Dr. Vena called me several times to keep me updated during the surgery, and my little guy made a full recovery. I took his bunny brother here as well, and now I have 2 cats that also receive care here! Great staff and great place!

I’m a new client due to my ball python having a respiratory infection. They got me in quickly! Not only that but were super amazing answered my questions took time to talk to me and hear my concerns. Altogether an awesome team, awesome doc, amazing techs and staff! I couldn’t be happier!! I plan on switching from indian spring to them for my cats as well.

They took on the care of our ducks and chickens when there was nobody else that had room for us.We are very pleased with the care they have given our feathered babies - our duck had angel wing and our chicken broke her foot after getting it caught in the chicken run gate.The staff and the vets have been wonderful. We can't say enough good about this practice.

Dr. Vena was wonderful. We needed to find an avian/exotic vet for our amazon parrot, and she got us in immediately, and spent time with us talking about his condition and care. She is also very affordable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

In one day, this office restored my faith in veterinary care. The staff was upbeat, personal, and very friendly. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently from puppy drop of for a minor surgical procedure to pick up later in the day. I was updated on her status prior to pick up, and Dr. Vena did a wonderful job. The incision looks pristine, and she was nearly back to normal within 1-2 days of her procedure.I cannot find anything negative about the entire experience. I would highly recommend this veterinary practice!

Bella has been going to see Dr. Vena for most of her 13 years. We would never attempt to go anywhere else. The staff is top notch, and always fuss over her, when she comes to visit. The office is clean, beautiful, and very pet friendly. It is a comfort knowing that they are only a call away, if we need them to care for this important part of our family.

I love that I can get in when I need to for my kitties. The only thing I don't like is they take them out of the room to vaccinate them. I wish they were more like a pediatrician office and allowed you to stay with your animal (your baby) the whole time.Just Tuesday our 3 oldest kittens were spayed. They were comfortable and the kittens were in great condition considering they just got out of surgery. Remi has her spay appointment on November 12th.
