Super friendly & knowledgeable staff, great prices, plus if you just need a few nails or screws to finish a job,they'll sell you just as many as you need as opposed to having to buy a whole box for 7-8.00. If you're out of the area, Bantly Hardware is worth the drive. The best home & hardware store I've ever been in. The Best !

There is something special about visiting and doing business with locally owned and operated businesses. They've been around since the 80's and are widely recognized as the go to place for friendly and most importantly, knowledgeable staff. These men and women know what you need, where in the store to find it and it's proper use and installation etc. Can't say all that about the big box stores now can we? And I enjoy shopping there, sure the may be slightly higher in price than you know who but the quality of service and the knowledge base is worth the extra few cents.

Decent prices and most knowledgeable staff in town. They stock the most obscure items and can probably tell you which aisle it's in off the top of their heads. Always friendly and someone will ask if you need help within seconds of walking in, 100% of the time.

I am a plumber, and I brought two old shower valve stems into the store looking to get replacement screws and washers. Not only did the employees match the valves to their respective screws and washers, but they also installed them and even repaired one of the stems by hand. This is the type of impeccable service that you will not find elsewhere. Thank you, DJ, and Lou, for the remarkable service!

Has just about everything you may need for DIY projects. Tradesmen should find pretty much what they may need also. Prices are a little higher than box stores but you have to pay a little extra for the convenience of not going out of your way to the larger or crowded stores.

I go here very often. They have wonderful staff that help you find anything you may need and also explain things to you if needed. I had a table I needed a specific part for and they had it. They seem to carry alot of odd things that you would need but can't usually find in other hardware stores. They also carry some pet products as well.

Bantly hardware store is friendly and their staff is knowledgeable (to a point if the staff member is over the age of 18) I had a VERY young staff member (whom I most likely could have given birth to) wait on me and he seemed as if he needed more training or more hands on experience. I'm not knocking them just keep the younger employees in the back for more physical labor instead of giving an opinion as to which is a better hand held hedge cutter. Thank you.

10 star customer service as soon as you walk in the door! Always greeted immediately and asked if I can be helped.I think Bantly has just about anything you could want. Also competitive with big box stores, far and away a better customer service experience!My next purchase will be a metric thread helicoil, I bet 10 bucks Bantlys has it and knows exactly where it is!

Best place to get just about anything for any home project. If you're not sure what you need or how to do something the staff at Bantlys is terrific. They help you with everything and the prices are really reasonable. Skip Lowes and Home depot and shop here, you'll be glad you did.

Great place to increase your risk of getting COVID. They had a sign up on the door that says they aren't limiting the amount of people in the store (which I don't think they have to worry about) the sign also stated that masks are not necessary. I'd rather go to Ace Hardware which costs less, since they sell ace hardware brand merchandise anyways. Plus Ace Hardware is a little more responsible with their patrons health than this place.

Full service hardware store, good old fashioned hardware with knowledgeable staff - they know their business and will help you anyway they can. I wish all hardware stores were like Bantlys - even the pros get their supplies there. And if they don't have something in stock, they will get it for you ASAP. They really are the best full service hardware store around.

Best service and great pricing. These friendly folks know what they are talking about! If they don’t know something, they let you know and then find someone who does. Not at all like the big chain stores where misinformation does more damage than no information.
