I've been here 35 minutes. There are 12 other cars here too. Yhe door has not even opened in 10 minutes. I got the text saying my order is ready. I checked in online. I called, but they don't answer the phone. What a waste of time. Go to Target or Giant Eagle!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would!!!!

Love the curbside pickup here at Walmart. So far so good. No issues with any of my pickup order's. Usually pretty helpful and friendly.

I picked up my groceries at the Mills Dr location yesterday at 7 and Mike was great! He greeted me, was so friendly, made sure to check with me about the substitutions, and packed up my car quickly. I was shocked with how fast he did it, because I ordered a lot! He also closed my back door gently when he was done -- I know it's a small thing, but I appreciated it. Thanks Mike! :)

I have been using Walmart grocery pick up for over a year now. It is always been a phenomenal experience. Today I picked up my groceries and before I even parked my groceries were waiting for me. It’s not always like that, but I usually don’t wait more than 5-10 minutes. The employees are always friendly. We have never had any issues with items selected.

What a joke... management walking around making conversation with the 10 cars waiting to pickup while one worker is left getting groceries to cars. This is obviously an increasing demand, higher more staff and get better management

I give the driver a 100% but the employees shopping for the food I give them 1% they couldn't find anything off of my grocery shopping list .
