Have to say disappointed, walmarts used to be great for tractor trailers could shop and park overnight, now I understand many truck drivers are pigs we are not. At this location signs everywhere no truck parking, so it's acceptable for us to deliver to your distribution centers but that's it, although even then average turn around is 6 hrs. Without truck drivers your shelves would be empty!!

The online manager Robert went completely out of his way to help my sister in law while she experienced a PTSD attack while shopping. Robert saw her on a bench by your guest services office and she was crying and he stopped to see if she was ok. He then waited with her for 15 minutes talking to her and calming her down until I was finished shopping. Normally these situations would cause her to not even be able to walk out on her own, so for a complete stranger to take time out of his busy day to help is amazing.! Please make sure this LEADER gets the recognition he deserves!

The Walmart on top of the hill in Irwin is a great store. Comparable to the one in Spring Mills, WV.This store is big and roomy, shelves well stocked, clerks friendly and associates helpful. Wide isles and whatever is needed is easily found. Prices reasonable and well lit parking. A real plus at night. Beautiful store.

It's nice to have a place where you can find everything for reasonable prices, but I wish they treated their employees better. Also not enough cash registers open during busy hours and too many cart spaces in the parking lot. Hire more people to unload the be spaces you already have.

One of your employees... Donna.... Who does shipping an receiving really needs an attitude check. Very disrespectful. And not tell others how to do there job. Her exact words to me ....." you're late...." I m sry but arriving at 1030 am is not late. i work for fedex so im there 4-5 days a week delivering items to you guys. Never had a problem until today. Theres days we dont dispatch until 10.

They got me new tires and rotated them in less than 20 minutes. Also so friendly that I can't even compare to any other walmart I've been to. They need a raise!

BE CAREFUL ORDERING FOR DELIVERY!!I placed an express delivery order. Many substitutions which is okay, but the delivery driver shopping never responded to any of my messages. The driver checked out with my order at 11:33 am. No one showed up to my house until 12:26. I live 7 minutes away from this location!!! To make matters worse, 2 obviously foreign men showed up to deliver my order. I asked why it took them an hour after checking out to deliver my order. They apparently did not speak English and were very ignorant to my concerns. They also had a temporary license plate from out of state that expired months ago. I am contacting my local police as this is incredibly absurd. This seems to not only be a Walmart issue, but a big issue at this location in North Huntingdon.

Doug at customer service Irwin Walmart has a bad attitude. He was rude unpleasant and is a poor example for an employee that is dealing with customers issues. He should be stocking shelves where he doesn’t have to assist customers or as he prefers not assist customers

EDIT: WATCH OUT FOR VEHICLES WITH FLORIDA LICENSE PLATES AN9-1VY & AZ5-7ZL. According to police, these men are undocumented which means they are working and driving illegally!!Why is at least half of my delivery orders done by multiple men who claim they do not speak English? They always show up in groups of 2 or 3, never respond to calls or messages when completing my order and are extraordinarily unprofessional when dropping orders off. Items always missing/damaged. One of the cars even had a fake expired temporary license plate. Others are plates from out of state. I recently picked up my own curbside order and I see these same foreign men hanging out in the parking lot and jumping from one vehicle to another. I’ve emailed several Walmart departs to complain about this very serious issue. I’ve completely cancelled my Walmart plus membership.I see this appears to be a massive problem according to other reviews.

My wife and I shopped at this Walmart recently. This Walmart has been newly remodeled, and it is awesome.It has a new layout and is easy to get around. Same great location and same great prices.

Every time I get a grocery delivery out of this location, a foreign (sometimes multiple) show up to my home. There are always issues with my deliveries, missing and/or damaged items and the drivers do not speak English at all. Some of these foreign drivers do not even have license plates.

From my experience here it was easy to get threw, ilse weren't clog, employees are always very help full, very clean and the parking lot is very wel kept.

Not happy with them. I asked the cashier if I had all my bags, she said yes, got home & 1 bag was missing !! Called the store & waited for customer service for 25 minutes no one answered!! Called back they transferred me to customer service, no answer again! So I'm out a bag of groceries!!!

Great location. Store management were very helpful. Produce was fresh and grocery aisles are always stocked up! They even carry my favorite salsa Two Ugly Mugs! It's local right here to Pittsburgh. Soooooo goood!

No where on Walmart website does it say your address must match your check but this location will not cash your check unless the ID matches. The state gives you 30 days when you move to change it but Walmart doesn't apparently.

The produce selection isn't the greatest. They had soggy, mushy lettuce leaves in with the tinyyyy broccoli heads and so that made me decide I no longer wanted broccoli, especially from here. Shelves are kind of stocked well. The layout of the store is a bit confusing. Rather clean store and the employees I ran into were friendly.

When you call this Walmart from its Google search caller ID says Blue Rhino. Ordering system doesn't take stock well enough or order fast enough on common stock items. I want to depend on you. And not sure why the parking lot was redesigned less useful and wasted space again. All the employees are Awesome!!!

The produce section has been terrible recently. It was never amazing, but you could always at least find something fresh and had some good options. For the past month it has been a skeleton of what it once was. Hardly any produce, even the things they used to have stocked religiously, and what is there is already going bad. We go on a weekly basis and it is always the same now. I don't know what changed that made such a difference like that, but please fix it. Anyone who wants any produce is out of luck going there.

I’m in the self checkout and the “help” light came on automatically. In my confusion, the clerk came over and asked me what I did! Now I’m more confused, I didn’t do anything. Her response should have been, how could I help or let me take a look. It ended up being the receipt paper was out. No one greets you, the employees look like zombies and it smells. I drive 10 minutes up the road to the Greensburg one, in my opinion, it’s way better!

I came in here late on a Saturday night, so that was probably the first mistake but the parking lot is severely dark. You can't see anything and its very unsafe. It was as you would expect on the inside, your typical choatic Walmart

Generally like shopping here but lately it has become a pain, especially for an in and out trip because everything is locked up. Needed a dog flea collar, pushed assistance button 5 times in 45 minutes. Finally was told to go to electronics for someone with a key. Then I needed to get the hubs his Nicoderm patches.... Locked up! Asked pharmacy if they can get them, they can't. But they can call for someone. Sent kids to finish the shopping while I waited. They came back finished 30 minutes later and I'm still waiting for an associate to unlock this #!*k@/ case! Should have only been here no more than a hour, it's turning into 3 hours +.

Kudos to the young man working the deli on 3/17/23 after 4pm. Very courteous & cut my order perfectly. He was working solo & was very efficient. 1st time I have been to the deli for fresh cut lunch meat.
