Got to wait an extra ten minutes because they were out of the ingredients for the shake I ordered (don't put that in the system, that's above your $16.00/hr pay grade) so I could get a watery alternate shake in addition to my mac n cheese bites that were falling apart. Best ten dollars ever spent!

Customer service very lousy. No one at the register when trying to pay, then told I was in the wrong for leaving my money at register with food slip. (For a side of sauce .53 cents)

In fact, better service could be provided. The sullen facial expression and careless attitude of the employee named Kristen make customers feel bad. I hope it will be a location that increases the quality of service with a more friendly approach.

Very disappointed in the service this Sheetz has provided. Not only one experience, but multiple. I have received a cold pizza one day. Another day, I ordered from the app ahead of time, and I went in to pick up my order and it remained behind the counter. My husband had to go up and ask for the order, and their response was I’m sorry yes it is ready. They forgot to put the order in the pick up. Making my food cold and soggy. Another encounter, they also forget the sauce and ingredients when making a sandwich which was ordered. These are just some of the examples, I am very disappointed in their services provided.

Just got an order from here through uber eats. Burrito bowl only had rice and onions in it!!! Ham sub did not contain any sauce that I asked for. There was also a strange rubber top-like object in my bag!!very bad. I would give a zero if possible

Can they please get rid of the old lady who has been looking this miserable since 2018. I walk in several nights a week, quietly and quickly, and every single time this woman has the audacity to do nothing but stare at us as if we are doing something wrong. Get a new job, you miserable creature

at first we had a good experience, got our food, sat down, and ate. then a worker says "these kids are up to something" all because we were laughing and having a good time after a long days of work. overall they have lost customer"s and we will NOT be returning. thanks to the cook and cashier that profiled us for laughing.

It's another Sheetz so it's going have the products your used to. This one I particular has very poor customer service in their kitchen. I've lost count how many times they get my order wrong and I always get food to go so I don't notice the food was made wrong until I'm already back home. It's beginning to become a waste of money.

The place has not had boneless bites for a month if they put what they are put of on the order kisko. It would save me and others the time of going into the menu to only find out that they have none. If you would actually get food delivered to your store you would get a higher rating

normally have a great experience at this sheetz with no problem but lately my food has been taking over a half an hour and has came out cold and missing items, sad to see this place going downhill. hope to see some changes for improvement

Everyone always get yelled at for standing around, even if it’s just waiting for food which takes forever. Or even just sitting down eating food. Their “no loitering policy” is just way too strict and they take it way too far. they always think everyone is up to something even in broad day light on a week day. The food is lazy and greasy as well. It has gone down hill so much in the past year. Just don’t waste your money going here.

I got chicken fingers with barbecue sauce, but unlike every other Sheetz I’ve been to, they poured the sauce all over the chicken, as opposed to just giving the sauce to me in a little box thing. This made the whole thing a messy affair that I couldn’t eat because I was driving. To make matters worse, there were mysterious specks of white sauce on it.

Clean and is big, which means they offer a lot more stuff. The workers seemed friendly from the brief conversation i had. Very nice and open gas pumps too. Just on a hill, the only complaint i can see about the place

I normally love this place. But tonight, 3 of my friends and I went in to grab a quick bite to eat. while we were waiting for our last friend to get his food the manger of the night shift, Brandon had the audacity to come tell us that we couldnt be standing close together that we had to space ourselves out due to covid. Us 4 guys came from the same house and all drove in the same car and all had mask on. we wouldnt have been standing there for so long if it didnt take them so long to make a chicken snack wrap with cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, ranch, lettuce and diced onions. and to add on top of this, there were 2 guys in there before us without mask on and they were standing together and Brandon said nothing to them.

Yet another screwed up order tonight and I am too tired to go back. Seriously how hard is it to read "buffalo sauce" and not "bbq sauce". Used to be great here but happens all the time now. I am done with this place.

The old woman who makes food at night is a miserable bag ... Gave them 2 stars because the other employees here are nice and the store is pretty clean for the most part. Get rid of that wench.

Love this spot!Great people-fast, friendly and keeps the line at the registes moving! Foods great for being a gas-taurant.Lots of grab and go food items for the multitude of diet's out there. Always super clean.Good stuff by great people!

Was very disappointed that there is a mask required in effect and 2 customers were allowed to was around without one. You would think employee's of fedex and sysco would be smarter than that and sheetz would enforce the rules.
