I went here to get my Christmas gift bags and cards, and they had a wonderful selection. Tons of cute options, and I went last minute too and they still had a good variety! I actually had to come here twice because I didn’t get enough stuff the first time! And both times, the people checking me out were quick, bagged my stuff nicely, and friendly! I don’t come here very often, but I’ll definitely come back when I need to purchase more holiday cards!

This dollar tree has been slowly declining in customer service. Just hiring anyone. I had an exchange today and a huge attitude was given to me which in today's world is to be expected. She did not bag my items and it was let to me and I was over priced but believe this was an accident. Will be going elsewhere

Alot of variety in all departments. Great place to buy crafts to make a huge selection of greeting cards, good deals on drinks and food items

Got double charged on an item. Try to make sure you count your items before purchasing. Accidents happen but you hate to go back after the fact. Some great deals!

I bought a few things from here only a few days ago one of them being 3 cans of cream of chicken. I was about to eat them after getting home and all of them were expired. 2 of them expired in January and the other expired last month. I could have really gotten sick of this. Clearly they don’t check their products dates.

The manager Brian nor Diane knew how to do a return, very unknowledgeable. We still got cut short on what they owed us, but got so frustrated we just left. Learn how to train your employees better.

I like this store because you can find great deals. Of course some things that are not a dollar are sold for one here, like VO5 shampoo. I don't buy stuff like that there. Things like disposable litter boxes & some food items are a steal though!!

The Irwin Dollars Tree is nice, but there is a bigger one in North Huntingdon that holds more items.

Treated terrible by what my husband and I assume was the evening manger tonight.My husband & I entered the store to purchase items for work & for our home. As soon as we entered the store the manager was zoning the garbage bags I smiled and said hello(I received nothing but an ignorant shrug of her shoulders)as she walked away. I continued on with my shopping with 45 mins till closing time you could tell she was annoyed that we were there. My husband and I were looking at phone cases and there was a huge mess everywhere some one prior to us had ripped cases out of the packaging and had foam all over the place. I picked up a good bit of it and placed it all together in a small pile on the bottom shelf. She continued to follow us around as to make sure we were knew the time. At 945 she loudly yelled across the store guys we are closing in 15 mins wrap it up. We were quickly finishing when my husband asked her if they carried velcro she said I don't know. If we do it would be in crafts. (which was the next aisle over and couldn't even point in the direction let alone show him where that would be located) we couldn't find it & went to checkout. My husband went to the car whike I checked out. While the sweet cashier was ringing up my items I explained to her that I had 2 orders & the manager stated can't you just highlight what's for work instead of doing 2 orders. I just looked at her did not say a word in the meantime as I'm holding a conversation with my cashier I realize that I had forgot laundry detergent so I walked back towards laundry detergent as the manager followed me & continued to look at her watch I asked her is this all the laundry detergent you have because there were just very small bottles her reply was if they're not there obviously we don't. So I grabbed three little bottles and headed back to the register as she followed me back up there she stood looking at her watch my husband walked back into the store remembering that he had brought a his Starbucks cup from home & he had set it down somewhere. I paid & asked if i could leave my items so that we can go help him the cashier said absolutely as we scurried through the aisles looking for his cup the manager yelled wrap it up let's go we need to lock up a few seconds later we found it. It is now 10:02 & we rushed back up to the register. My husband had said to the manager just so you know we did not make that mess back by the cell phone covers and her reply was I really don't care at this time I stated to my husband she don't care she already told me that as I had told her that when I originally got to the register and she rolled her eyes her response was well that's real nice I said at that time you have been ignorant since we walked in here she again rolled her eyes and made a smart comment under her breath walked towords the manager's office with the cashier said another smart comment to her about us &it being past closing time I have never been so unhappy with the shopping experience as I had just spent $100 in your store. I will not be returning to your establishment to make any more purchases I hope that yall dont think that it is a suitable attitude towards your customers especially from somebody who is your manager. My most awful shopping experiences of my life.I'm sure nothing will be done just had to let you know that this was the most awful experience I've ever had in any store you've definitely lost our business.Lost customer,Mr and Mrs Lowery

Great place to go when you need an item and do not want to pay an outrageous price. Nice greeting card for $0.50 to $1.00. Face masks are required. Not crowed on my last visit.

I was told I couldn't enter the building with my shirt pulled up as a mask. They said I could either buy a proper mask from them or leave. I have never had an issue with the use of my shirt as a face covering.

My friend and I went into the store to shop and the manager was not only rude to us, solely because we are teenagers, but was also very rude to an old man who just needed help getting his groceries to his car.
