We visited this place after Hershey Park and it was very busy, and the food took about 35 minutes or so to get prepared, and we just had a few fried foods and a breakfast sandwich.And when we got the food, it was a little bit cold, and the fries we got had lots of other stuff in it (curly fries, chicken bits, jalapeno poppers, etc.).Other than that, the rest of the Sheetz was fine and comparable to other locations.It would be nice if they could get a little better handle of the peak times especially after Hershey Park closes.

July 4th...sitting in line to get $1.77 gallon of gas. We will save about $12.00. So far we saw this one and one on Rt. 39. What a nice thing for Sheetz to do! Probably will get my car filled later after Hershey if any left! Some pumps ran out of gas. Tanker refilling. Unfortunately, when everyone that had waited tried to fill their tanks, nothing worked. The pumps would not pump! They ran a couple of line tests but still nothing. Anyway, those that were able to get that amazing gift...

Every morning around 11am -1130am I come in for coffee and there's a skinny lady with glasses, hair pulled back in a ponytail and she kinda look like Ed Sherman who is rude to customers. I don't know if she's upset because she has to work, wants more pay or just doesn't like people but it's her job to be FRIENDLY it's called CUSTOMER SERVICE or let someone else work that cashier position that respects the paying customers!!!

This seems like a really nice place very close to the Hershey area so I'm sure it gets crowded in the summer. Tables could have been a little cleaner but there was still a good area to eat with a television to entertain you. Food was good restrooms were clean and seem to have a fairly decent layout

This is by far the worst sheetz I've ever been too. Slow service, disgusting bathrooms, unfriendly staff and the food comes undercooked because they're always rushing instead of doing their jobs. Contacted customer service who refused to refund me after waiting 80 minutes for COLD chicken. Unacceptable. Go anywhere else if you can.

This establishment has just about everything you could possibly need. The deli counter is a must for fresh, made to order hot/cold sandwiches🥪🌮. The coffee☕selection is really great & this place is CLEAN & MAINTAINED. Don't 4get dessert on your way out, they have a huge selection-yum🍰🍨🍩🍪. Need anything else just ask4 Jenny- she is behind the counter 6 days a week & is super helpful & friendly. Thanks for reading, now go there & experience it for yourself,you will be glad you did😀✌

A low is low? How about 45 minutes wait for two sandwiches. And yes, the sandwiches in the end were awful. I don’t live around here, and it actually makes me glad that I won’t ever have to come back. Good riddance.

Sheetz is great for just about everything: gas, food, nicotine products (if you're into that). Staff is always friendly and the company is constantly upgrading locations, including adding self-checkout stations. Has always been a place to get some breakfast at the beginning of a long road trip and a place to grab a nice snack late night. I am a rewards member which also helps me save on gas and items inside.

As a rule, I love all Sheetz. But this Sheetz? We came in after a long day at Hershey Park and saw A LOT of other families there - the place was packed. There was nothing special going on at the park, so you know it’s like this every night. The Sheetz night crew did AMAZING in taking care of all of our orders and getting food out quickly. That’s got to be hard with how customizable you can make your food at Sheetz! One of the best Sheetz I’ve been to!

We were there after a concert, I get it. There were a lot of people ordering food, I get it. What I don't get is that there were 3 employees, 1 running a register, 1 making all the food, and 1 putzing around with a lottery machine or something that no one had any interest in. Waited for 45 minutes and only saw 2 people get their food. Felt bad for the food guy, too bad employee #3 never seemed to help anywhere where it was needed, watched this poor management the whole time we waited, got a refund and left.

I have NEVER had a bad experience at any sheetz prior to this. My boyfriend and I show up exhausted and hungry after a concert, and we have been waiting over an hour for food that we already paid for. I don’t even know if we will ever get the food at this rate. The food getting out is not in order and extremely slow. The workers seem to not even care, either. Worst sheetz experience of my life and this may have turned me off from even going to any other sheetz again

I usually come here for lunch becaus emy job is close by. I had never had any issues with food or service but they really need to find a way to disable mobile ordering when they are expecting the pop from the HersheyPark crowd. Twice, I placed an order ahead of time (over an hour and the 2nd rime was almost 2 gours ahead) and my order was no where near done. Its more of an inconvenience than anything as I am limited on time for my break.

Horrible store. Took them 45 minutes to make 1 milkshake. Some of the staff look like they don't enjoy their job. The one walked around sighing and a bad look on his face. I'll never buy food from this location again. Other Sheetz stores are better in the area.

When I stop in here; usually early a.m., the store, including the restrooms, are well stocked and CLEAN!Whoever is working and running the crew at this time of day are spot-on, attentive to detail and friendly!

I frequent other sheetz and this was not a good one. I placed an online order and the cashier looked at me crazy when I asked if it was ready. Then the bag of onion rings in ordered came with only 4 in it and three were the size of a quarter and no ketchup as requested in the order. No napkins in the dispensers and barely any lids for the coffee. Sheetz is better than this.

I absolutely love Sheetz. It's the best place to go to with friends, and for yourself.There are a few employees that forgot a few toppings, but that's not a huge issue, because the sandwiches are great!

Just your average Sheetz. The cheddar pretzel could have been fuller. Gas was cheaper than other places. If Hersheypark just closed it becomes overwhelmed. 20 minutes for food just over an hour after the park closed.

Avoid the lunch rush and you'll be fine. Otherwise, bring a good novel (or two) to read while you wait for your food. This place needs a overhaul badly, it's way too small for what it has grown to become as far as a convenience store.

This is a clean place, the staff are usually on point with orders. Rarely have they forgot anything for my orders unless they are extremely busy (after a concert at Giant Center in Hershey). They are between neutral and friendly on the personality side.

We came here after the FGL concert tonight. The place was packed but Jarret on the register kept the line moving and was super sweet! I was a little grossed out by the dirty bathrooms but Jarrett's customer service made it so much better. Give that boy a raise!

This is one of 2 locations in the immediate area, they are both brand new locations, and are very clean. They do get busy throughout the day, and that can leave you sitting for a while if you ordered food. I tend to stay away from sheets unless I need something specific .

It is a dry sheets, as in no beer, but everything else was well stocked and a good selection. Parking lot is a little tight but it’s nice to have especially near Hershey park and hotels in the area for gas or a late night snack run.
