Don't let the size of this store fool you! It is jam packed with tons of items for pets of all sizes. The employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They know things like where food and treats are made and packaged, as well as what ingredients are used to make them. Ashlee, the Manager, helped me find treats that will help my dogs with their tartar and plaque issues. They love the treats and they are cleaning their teeth at the same time! I would recommend this particular Pet Valu to anyone who is interested in receiving help and advice from certified, knowledgeable and very personable people. It's like having your very own Vet in a pet store!

Have shopped here on several occasions. The staff is always helpful and all seem eager to help answer qustions, offer suggestions, etc.It is a long narrow store. The shelves are well stocked for a variety of animals and if the product is not stocked, will order it, referred you to the Mae St., Hummelstown location, or suggest a competitor.
