I stopped in the Honey Brook office to inquire about a quote for my Kia Forte. I was pleasantly greeted by Jeremy who advised me the agent was not in but that he would have the agent Micki contact me. He gave me her card. When Micki contacted me, she was friendly and efficient. She said she would get back to me with some quotes. Micki got back to me and I was pleased with the quote, the company, and Micki's joyful demeanor. I am not even sure where I want to begin. Talk about AWESOME service. Blue Marsh has given me confidence great service and great people in organizations still exist! Mickie is attentive and friendly when I have loads of questions, the rates offered are terrific and the all around service was just about perfect. So many companies and organizations today hire ANYONE to perform service, most lacking the basic customer service skills to win and maintain customers. Can't say that about Blue Marsh. I had an OUTSTANDING experience and recommend (big or small) other companies look to find out what they do to make their employees happy so (in turn) the team works to make the customers happy!You have my vote again and again! I recently had an issue with my Progressive policy. I was told to contact a local insurance agency to get it fixed but it was made apparent that the person who told me to do so wasn’t entirely sure what they were doing.Fortunately I spoke with Mickie and she went above and beyond to help me understand and even resolve my issue, even though I was not her client. Blue Marsh came highly recommended by several very trustworthy friends when I needed help with my health insurance. We were not planning on leaving our current insurance company as we had been with them for over 15 years. Tom and his team provided us with the same level of customer service as he does with anyone that comes into his office, even though we were asking for a service he wouldn't make anything off of. We were so happy with his help and loved his personality that we asked for quotes about our existing policies. Again we were not planning on leaving our current insurance company, but with the rates and customer service, we would be foolish not to. Its been a few years and we are still very happy and still saving money.

I first contacted Blue Marsh when I had to go on my own and purchase personal health insurance. I attempted to purchase coverage myself on the open market but found this to be very futile very quickly. I called and spoke with Erika. Tom Davenport & Erika Ruhle are WONDERFUL. (Added: and Katie and Angelia too!)I have worked with Tom for a few years, and more recently with Erika. In between, their other staff members have been equally helpful and sincere in their desire to make sure we receive the insurance coverage we need...and great service along the way. This week, I put Erika through the paces: adding a car to the policy for one child, finding a policy for a child leaving the roost, and altering our auto policy one more time when the latter had "her" car finally transferred into her own name. She not only assisted me, but also our oldest child...who had many questions and a very short time frame (1 day...no kidding) to get proof of insurance for her car and apartment in hand. Even when issues arose with one insurance company, she found another one to step up...and even at a bit of a savings. It is likely that Tom had a hand in her training...because she treated us with great respect and care...just like he did the first time we met him. This is the kind of insurance broker you want to deal with...trust me. It can't be any better.Added: Our annual policy renewal docs arrived, and the cost had risen over 20%! I put an email into Katie and she shopped around for us...the perks of working with a broker who has several carriers to choose from. Not only did she save us money, she found us a company that handles payments so much better than our last carrier...a win for a budgeter like me! Angelina assisted with the work and made sure I understood the letters I'll be receiving regarding the carrier change and how to respond to them (or not).You honestly can't do better, I promise you (and no, there is nothing I receive in return for this review!).
