I needed a case of water and because of my health I was unable to lift it. Chastery was kind enough to assist me and even place it in my car. She's both very professional and pleasant. Thank you for having such a lovely young lady on your team.

1/23/24 9pm the two people mainly the caucasian guy with the face tattoo looked and were acting like they were on something….. he looked completely out of it. weird.

Well at this time they're moving the shelves and inventory around in the store. I tripped several times over the boxes and merchandise was just falling off of the shelves if you pulled something off. I love this store under better surroundings. This WON'T stop me from coming back, I will just wait till the merchandise is done being put away!!

This is the worst of all the FD stores in the area. The shelves are always empty...if I can actually get to the shelves because there's always carts of boxes in front of them as well as in the middle of aisles. Also, literally everytime I go to this one store the plastic bags break before I get home, which doesn't happen at any of other FD stores I go to

This family dollar has a large inventory. Huge selection on summer items. The freezer was fully stocked as well as the shelves. My only problem was one isle I was unable to get down because of boxes. All in all I was still able to find what I came for and more.

Definitely won't be back. I live 2 blocks away and was in this store constantly. Some new employee, maybe a manager, maybe not, tried to tell me that it's store policy to take your bag while in the store. They did this a few years ago but stopped long before the pandemic. I'm not arguing with someone that has no clue. Not when a line of women at the register had pocketbooks just as big as my backpack.

I went there with my mother in law yesterday and I must say the quality of staff has absolutely declined. The customer is not always right how ever there is no need to be so ignorant about it. I simply had a few questions regarding a product and I hate to say it but the restroom as well. I suppose that's what happens when you don't hire people fit for an actual job. They would much rather gossip or be on their phone all day. Unprofessional and downright rude!

If there was a way to give a negative 5 stars that would be 10 times better than the managers in here were discriminatory against myself they refuse to honor a price that had multiple items on top of the price as well as the price being blank except for the numbers stating how much it was no item was listed on it then I was told that the shipping label says 16.00 on it telling me, I was supposed to look at that. ITS A SHIPPING LABLE BOT A PRICE TAG HENCE THE MISSING "$" SIGN, it should have been removed before the product was put in the floor. There's not even a dollar sign to say its the products price it looks like 1600 like a time. Do not go to this place and deal with the managers. Joseph and Kevin are racial managers and I just contacted corporate and they are in extreme trouble! Used to love this place been going for years have spent thousands there!

Ignorant staff who could care less about the customer. I understand it's a minimum wage job but I didn't choose it for you!! Everytime I go in there are NO carts! Mostly because the staff is using them to hold boxes when a new shipment comes in! Carts are for the customers. Get your staff something for stock! Never going back!

Again, just like I said about the Dollar General, the word "Dollar" doesn't belong in the title because this place is far from an actual "Dollar Store" where everything in it costs only 1 dollar. Family Dollar is somewhat a better quality store than Dollar General though, which is why I rated it 3 stars and not 1. It's got a pleasant atmosphere and the prices aren't highway robbery like they are at "Dollar General" but I'm still not impressed with this place to say the least

Lady at front counter acts like she cant stand being there. I placed my stuff on counter she continued to do whatever she was doing on her phone when I first approached once finished then I got acknowledged. Doesnt greet you doesnt say have a nice day nothing. Her main focus is her cell phone. If I do go back to this location and shes the cashier I will walk right back out. Whoever hired her needs to be retrained on the hiring process. There's other people out there that need a job that will gladly take her place and actually make people want to clme back to this location. I can see this company loosing out bc of her. Such a shame.

Well run store. Excellent inventory. My sales clerk was exceptional making an ordinary shopping experience very positive and I will probably shop there again as a result.

Right now their prices on Milk, eggs, Toilet Paper, Deodorant and all cleaning products is so much cheaper than everywhere I usually buy it from. A 20 pack of Scott toilet paper was only $17. Christmas stuff is on its way in

Gotten Repair Markers for 5 types of wood that help with 5 shades of wood. I only needed for my bathroom sink for now and it helped with scratches and tears and brighten any fading in the wood and made it look totally brand new! Only cost me $3.00! I gotten me another pillow for my bed for $4.00 only! I gotten me these black sand dollor and white sand dollor for only $5.00 together for my bathroom! Got my daughter a pastel vintage MTV printed t-shirt and the Rugrats t-shirt for only $5.00 each! Tried this new blueberry flavored Pepsi non-cola soda and tastes great much better I prefer than the new mango flavored Pepsi cola soda. Also gotten some Reece pieces to help for the best Family Dollor win a contest so everyone really knows how much we all really love this Family Dollor store in Holmes, Pennsylvania in the MacDade Plaza one block from MacDade Mall is the greatest one in the United States! 👏💕👏💕

Live a couple blocks away. They don’t close until 10pm but the doors were locked at 8pm. Called phone no one answered. Saw a lady there didn’t even bother answering it. This place used to be nice to go to but not anymore since covid

Normally I would give them five stars but I am going with three and it's not their fault as the people work very hard there and due to the covid they are not getting their stock in fast enough however I did find everything I needed

Friendly staff I had downloaded a coupon to their app for $5.00 off propane only to find out they don't even carry it which was my main reason for going. I haven't been in there in a while so the store lay out changed so I needed to figure out where was what but that's okay a little more customer friendly now they had some good deals & not so good deals in my opinion but that's everywhere.

I like this Family Dollar because they do have a lot of stuff that I get the staff is lazy there could be 20 people in line and only one person helps them and it's cluttered beyond belief that's the only problem I have

Just as horrible every time I’ve gone there. The most frequent time, 3/4 of the employees were on their cellphone, playing a game, watching a video, and on a phone call, while working. No one acknowledged any of the customers existences. The previous times there was multiple employee children in the store, as well as an employees dog.

Very rude you were just had about 10 items I brought cashier push them to the side told me there were no bags and I had to get them the best way I can I talk to the manager and ask if there wasn't going to be any beds pretty please put a note on the door to let customers know his answer was I should look at TV and I should know they are no longer having bags I feel that they were very rude and and explain before they charge you for your items they should let you know the manager was so rude I would never go in there again
