The number one employee here is absolutely amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable in all the products that are carried. Very informative and helpful as well! Most importantly she genuinely cares about all animals and is happy to help make their lives better in any way possible! This pet store truly offers top-notch quality. Here, you can find excellent bird food without any fillers, a level of quality that's often hard to come by in mainstream pet stores, While I haven't personally purchased dog or cat food from there, I've heard that their selection is excellent and of the same high quality as their bird food. I highly recommend this store

I come here every week to get my cats food and to see the kitty that stays at the shop. It's a wonderful place, prices are good and the owner is so nice! Refunds are available as long you have the receipt and they always give a receipt.

This is my favorite place to buy my pet product. The personable staff and friendly service is unmatched. The woman even ordered me the bunny supplies I typically buy, in big bulk . She has been so helpful with tips . I love that when I walk in , I'm greeted by a big handsome cat . This is the place I trust when it comes to my furry friends.

The lady at the front counter was very helpful and very informative about questions I had about a cat I just adopted. It is a very nice local business that carries only the good healthy options for pets. Will be going here rather than Petco or PetSmart for all my cats needs.

Will never return and will not recommend. I bought a toy probably worth $2 but paid $6.99. I hung it over the door, went to the bathroom, came back and it was broken. I'm assuming my cat chewed through the string. I took it back with the receipt and was told by the clerk it couldn't be returned because it couldn't be resold. I told her that was ridiculous and she very sarcastically said "so what, WE'RE supposed to lose money because YOUR cat broke it?" well I lost it and told her what a lousy sales person she was and that I'd never return or recommend their store. I spoke to the the manager who told me this is their policy. I then took it back and she hesitantly refunded my money with the comment "this one time." ( guess what lady, let me tell you, this was my LAST time at your store!) I told her that her employee was not doing her any favors making sarcastic comments to customers. She pointed to the ceiling and said she watched and listened to the whole conversation...insinuating that I was the one who was rude. I told her I am not one who believes the customers is always right, because they're not. But really?? I had a receipt! It was a cheap toy and my cat broke it! So if your pet breaks his "dollar store quality" toy, don't bother to try to return it even with the receipt...after all, it is YOUR pet who is to blame! That psychotic clerk clearly had something wrong with her too. What kind of business is this? So if I bought a cheap shirt for $35 and it ripped because it was cheap, I couldn't return it with that kind of policy even with a receipt?? Never again will I buy anything from here. I had been in here countless times but never again. I hope the mgr is reading her reviews because let me tell you something else....you have competition down the road! I went in and asked this competetor their policy, and it's the total opposite of Delchester. The other reviews on here must be fake. They have a lot of cheap items very overpriced and their customer service is appalling. The ONLY good thing about this store is the cat and bird who live there.

This place is one of the best pet stores I've ever been to the are all amazing help. they will even walk you around the store to help find everything you need as well as them explaining why you needed and what good it does for your pet or small animal if I could give it more than five stars I would.

I wish I knew about this place sooner! Very knowledgeable staff and a large selections of quality pet foods that the big box stores dont carry. They will also be able to order you nearly anything if they dont carry it. A small business that is really worth supporting!

I loved this place. They are so friendly here. My dog likes shopping with me there because he gets a chance to see Gus(the cat) and Coconut(the talking parrott). This is the only place that sells the type of dog food & snacks my dog eats.
