To spend my time in here shopping in which it took me a while because of heath reasons spending extra time to find healthy items.to go to the register and mobile payment is not working apparently is totally unacceptable. It is 2024 and all systems should be operating properly. This is inexcusable and a poor experience....tbh after I scanned my items it was in need of an override from a manager which was very strange and odd......everything I needed I do not have now thanks for nothing who ever is in charge...

I’ve shopped at this location for a few years now but unfortunately I have to find a new location to shop in. I asked if the store was hiring & I was told no immediately after another customer who happened to be Caucasian asked if the store was hiring & they walked him through the correct steps to apply & contact the store director. Blatant racism should not be tolerated in 2024. I wish this wasn’t my experience

Always out of the milk I buy and when you open the door there is an overwhelming sewage smell. They have also been out of bone in chicken breasts for the last 4 days now. The seafood department I'm always waiting a good 15 minutes maybe get a bell. They sell lettuce that is due to expire in 3 days any other store they have lettuce that will last a full week. There is a lady with gray hair at self checkout who thinks it's appropriate to look in people's bags a lot of people complain about her and she's still there making shoppers feel uncomfortable. Aisles are always blocked with workers why not restock the shelves at night when the store isn't open. Expired products are another issue I shouldn't have to buy bad food because the workers don't do their inventory date checks on food.

Recently ordered a birthday cake at the Acme in Holmes. It was beautifully decorated with lots of perfectly created pink roses, vanilla buttercream frosting and inside was marbled cake. Everyone enjoyed it. Thank you to the bakery department and special thanks to the creator of the cake.

Iam sad to say I won’t be shopping at Acme. I been a frequent customer for years but not anymore I have been buying Signature select ice cream for awhile but when I went to open my ice cream today I found a winged dead bug inside . I will say this I know this isn’t the store fault because it was factory sealed and when I opened it the bug was there. But acme needs to follow up with the factories they vendor with .

Great acme...have to watch prices but they still have that old ACME feel that I am comfortable with...awesome bakery staff... incredible fried chicken... really good pharmacy too.

I would give it 0 stars if i could. I’m literally there every week shopping for years now. Today was my last time. I did a drive up and go order and was not so pleasantly surprised when i got all the way home to discover that not only were items i paid for missing but they also gave me EXPIRED meat that I’m sure they wouldn’t even feed to their dog. But it gets worse.I’m inconvenienced to go all the way back to the store and i asked for a manager, i got Mary Ruth. I didn’t get so much as an I’m sorry out of her. She acted like she could care less and proceeded to have me wait almost 40 minutes as the person who messed up my order in the first place retrieved my items. Yet another inconvenience. After waiting, another employee told me to just get my items myself.No one apologized. No one offered even a $5 coupon, store credit, something for the inconvenience or anything. And somehow i feel like if I looked like some of their other customers this situation would have been treated way different.If you’re picking someone’s groceries i would think you would have the common decency to pick fresh items you’d feed your own family.Ruined my entire afternoon and left a bad taste in my mouth. I definitely called corporate and will NEVER be returning.

I recommend this grocery store. It’s a big store with a big selection. I find it easy to navigate and find the things I need. The staff is also very friendly

Grateful for all Acme has to offer, but this location can leave you wondering if the experience could be just a little bit better. Not happy with the way this location handles business. The deli operation is poorly managed and chaotic.

I love this Acme! It’s a woman named Beth who runs the front who ensures every customer has an outstanding experience. If ever you have an issue I suggest asking for Beth she has on numerous occasions resolved issues I’ve had.

I shouldn't give it five cuz I work there but like I said I work there sooooooo. For the most part employees are great the store director is awesome he's just can't director is young but smart and the guy that runs the night shift in the deli is the best person in the world his name's Pat and he will do everything he can to put a smile on your, he's Italian and talks a lot but he makes great chicken with a lot of love 😒 when they are there, the seafood counter stop steaming at 8 as well as hot food in the deli stop at 8 but we do serve until 9 sometimes later depending on the busyness of the day the store closes at 10 p.m., PS(sorry for the upping prices on everything this inflation malarkey sucks)

I stop at this Acme every week after work in the morning, I've always been satisfied, I know that everyone has their bad and good days, but it is every single time I go to this Acme. The women in the deli, very rude, very unfriendly, no good morning no thank you no anything I always say please thank you have a nice day, just all around very nasty women further age, it really needs to be addressed

Not bad overall, but had to wait at customer service department and nobody showed up for several minutes. The security guard told me that she will be right back, which did not happen, so you guys are better off to have another associate to cover for breaks (bathroom, smoking, etc). Customers time is as valuable as yours if not even more so. I hope it was just an accident and it will not happen again. Thank you for listening.

I have bought expired food and drinks from this location on multiple occasions! Once it was a bottle seltzer that was OVER A YEAR expired and just today it was cookies that were expired by over a month. I don’t know how this keeps happening. Not to mention it’s overpriced. Two stars just because the staff are nice.

When to this location to purchase some fresh fish. Well the fish I received was far from fresh. I don't know who's in charge of the seafood department but he/she has fallen down on his/her job. The young man had to have smelled that fish when he was wrapping it up. Thank God I didn't not feed this fish to my family. We would be in the emergency room right now. Fresh fish means just that fresh fish. Do a better job Acme. Food prices are high enough without making people sick.

It's a nice place to shop for groceries. Always well stocked and in order. The deli and seafood departments are cleaner in this Acme than anywhere else I've gone. The bakery section is a bit small but I haven't ever had trouble finding something good for brunch or dessert. The only reason I gave 4 not 5 is the alcohol. You can only purchase it in certain lines and I understand why that is. If they could find a better way to let customers know that so they don't water time waiting in a line they can't use that would be great. The lines that you can buy it in are clearly marked; maybe putting a NO alcohol sing in the other lines would be helpful.

Acme in GlenoldenThey’re constantly out of everything. The cashiers most of them are very friendly.The front desk staff is extremely rude, unfriendly, and very slow. If you need to go to the front desk, there is always a line and only one person working back there, who is very unhappy. Nobody at the front desk smiles at all.

Acme has great sales. It's worth downloading their app to get the digital coupons, which really are where the big savings are. Also, it's worth mentioning, for a food market bakery, their products are wonderful, especially their cakes. The Tiramisu is amazing.

Excellent bakery. Deli personnel are friendly as well as cashiers. One of the rare places that still have paper bags that help with home recycling. Their new internet shopping has very deep discounts
