Excellent mom and pop store. My husband and I grew up in Harrisburg and Joe, the owner had a store there. We grew up knowing him so was a real treat when we moved to Highspire and seen he owned this store. Best potpie ever and his sirloin (Delmonico's) are the best steaks I've ever bought from any store (big stores). I highly recommend it 😊

My parents. John and Nancy shopped at Chubbs until they passed. My sister brought me 10 links of their sausage to Pittsburgh on a recent visit, makes me feel like home. It's so delicious and so are the homemade pickles, everything in the store is fabulous.

Such a wonderful place to shop! The owners are very lovely and the prices are a affordable. This is the perfect place to grab any last minute groceries. They have definitely saved me on gas and time as it is a closer alternative then other stores further away. 100% recommend this place!!

Was my first job, amazing owners great food. Best soup in PA. Chicken salad is the best I've ever had. My favorite store to shop at. Amazing deli, always a great day at chubbs market.

Excellent service. Their meats, fruits and vegetables are always fresh. And their weekly homemade soups are truly delicious. Chubb's is a great place to shop. I highly recommend them and have taken numerous friends there to shop 👍

Chubb's is a little mom and pop store and the soups are excellent! I've been going there for years and Joe and his wife are extremely nice and helpful. They'll even carry out the groceries to your car. I suggest you stop by!

Locally famous deli. Home made soups, and sides. Nothing too spectacular but you can feel the love from the folks who run it. The fact that they've been open for so long should tell you that they are valued in the community. I love that they carry birch beer. A hidden gem in Highspire. I alway stop in for a small treat when I'm in town.

Chubbs market is outstanding. Their butchered meats are very high quality. Their ground beef is almost fat free 99% beef and sells at supermarket prices for 85/15. Chubbs homemade soups are outstanding!
