Wandered into this terrific little store in the Manoa Shopping Center just to check it out because we enjoy the cardinals that frequent our backyard trees in the winter. We will return soon to buy a squirrel-proof birdfeeder and, in April, a birdbath. The gentleman who talked to us--not the owner--was knowledgeable and friendly. And he gave us a bag of wild bird seed! Altogether a delightful and enriching visit.

Yes, it's pricey but it offers lots of cool feeders, suet cakes, seed, and knowledgeable staff. Like almost too knowledgeable. Like, omg, this guy won't stop talking about birds!! 🐦

I never fail to be impressed with Ben's store. His customer service rates 10 stars and the selection of feeders and food for our feathered friends is very complete. If squirrels bother your feeders, Ben has spicy pepper seed and suet that squirrels won't touch and feeders designed to foil the furry thieves. And if you like the squirrels he stocks dry ears of corn and a great feeder on a spring that allows the squirrels to eat and bounce for human entertainment. There are whole and shelled peanuts and even freeze dried meal worms and special nesting food for spring feeding. I appreciate the curbside delivery and the masks requested in the store because after 2 years we all want to avoid Covid. You won't regret stopping by. I recommend joining the frequent buyer club for sale prices and rewards. Say Hi to Ben when you get there.

Well stocked store with incredible customer service. When I went in I knew very little. Ben the person working behind the counter informed me of everything I needed to know, without applying any pressure or influence towards more expensive products. I was informed of every upside and downside of what I looked at. I will surely be a returning customer here.

The staff, especially Ben, have been exceptional in bringing me closer to one of my favorite hobbies; birdwatching. It's a great place to stop into for a bird seed refill or to troubleshoot your squirrel problems. They send me coupons often because I joined their savings club! This place is oddly addicting!

First time here in need of a good anti chipmunk bird feeder. The young woman there helped me so much. Not only did I leave with my new bird feeder, I purchased a large bag of bird seed, the Birds of Pennsylvania Field Guide book, a beautiful chickadee coffee mug, plus I joined their frequent Shopper Club. So, I also received a free 5 lb bag of birdseed! Looking forward to many shopping trips ahead. Here's hoping the Chipmunk stays away!
