I bounce between Wally Worlds and I do love to see what I can find at each one. Need a battery for you truck and some almond milk? Walmart has got you covered. What about a led light for the truck and some soap? Yes and yes. Whatever it is you need you can get it here. If it isn't in store then can ship it to the store or directly to you. That's also an option.

They virtually always have what I want. Store is very large so finding items is hunt and search for an infrequent shopper. Sizes offer are great Selections range from garden supplies to grapefruit. I like to go there Prices everywhere are rising, Walmart tries to offer low prices with good quality. That is hard to do

I need to post about my most recent experience at this Walmart. I was in a hurry as usual but Don at the photo desk was amazing. He coached me through what I needed on the kiosk so I could upload and print some photos. Not only was he incredibly helpful and professional he did it with politeness and patience. Don you are the consummate gentleman. Thank you very much.

This store looks large, new, and cleaner than other locations where I visited. Also, products are very nicely arranged and organized that I appreciate very much for giving me this better quality shopping environment. Much more variouty of the backery choices and other items as well.

Don't bother calling, will take up to 5 min for someone to pick up and if they do, they won't be able to tell you anything useful such as if an item is in stock.

There's alot to be said about Walmart but I'm a fan. This Walmart has fresh produce, ample stock for deliveries. They are really good about updating inventory so if you order online, it's almost always a complete order delivered. Communication during shopping is pretty good. I really like that I can get everything from food, to housewares, toys and even appliances delivered all in the same order and usually the same day or next morning. I'm a Walmart Plus member and while it costs a bit, it saves me so much time not having to shop or bring home myself. Now shopping in the store itself is another thing, I can't stand it so I'll stick to delivers or ordering for drive up pickup.

Shopping here is usually pretty good. But be warned the cash center is horrible. Only one register to make money orders? Prepare to wait over an hour sometimes if a slow person ahead of you. Should have used any where else, would be home relaxing already

IS IT WORTH IT?I needed to pick up some groceries, so I decided to visit the Walmart here in Hatfield PA.Walmart saves me more money on groceries. Sadly they always seem to be out of what I'm there to buy, and the lines at the checkout are ridiculous. Why have so many checkout lanes but only open a few at times? Even on a less crowded day, I spent more time waiting to check out of the store than I did looking for my groceries.I don't think I'll shop here again. It's just not worth it to wait so long to pay. 13 plus checkout lanes and they only open three, while you literally have stockers loaded the unopened lanes with more inventory. Sad.

This is definitely a Supercenter. If you can't find what you need here, it doesn't exist. Don't get frustrated if you approach an employee to ask a question, and they don't understand or speak english. It's a sign of the times!

When I returned home after shopping at Wal-Mart around 7 a.m. on March 13, I came home with only the shopping items in the car and my bag left on the shopping cart. So I hurriedly went to Walmart again and my bag wasn't there. So I went to Wal-Mart customer service and told them about the situation, and the employee kamina called my number from her phone and looked for ways to help here and there. Team lead Akil took care of my bag and answered my call. I returned it. I didn't lose any of my belongings in my bag. I was so thankful and grateful, and it made me feel that there are still many good people in the world.

I was just recently at this Walmart and one of the employees thought it was okay to take my groceries out of my reusable bags while I was in the process of checking out. In all of my years of shopping at Walmart I have never seen an employee touch anybody else’s groceries from their carts. I am never coming back to that Walmart ever again and I do not recommend anyone else to go there.

I realize that a lot of people steal from Walmart but your exit person should focus on the people in self check out not those of us who you watched go through the check out with a person!!!! Drives me crazy!!!!!! No you can not see my receipt. I am not stealing.🤬🤬🤬🤬

This Walmart regularly finds new lows when it comes to intentionally failing at the most basic functions a store should inherently be committed to doing properly, but this is one of the times I have to point it out. I could have taken slightly better pictures (I actually took a video, so those are screenshots as opposed to intended pictures), so I'll explain the issue. Now that sundresses are in season, Walmart has always released their dresses in sets of 4 at a time, filling one rack. Typically one style or cut in 4 colors or patterns or something like that. But 4distinct dresses on a rack, 2 on one side, 2 on the other, is how any common sense acting person would display in a store. Hatfield Walmart has decided that problem solving would involve actual work however, and instead has put 12 or 16 types of dresses on one rack, and another rack nearby has maybe 10 or so skirts with a few random dresses tossed on a well. With 4 times the capacity on each rack, is impossible to even see what styles are all there, let alone trying to pull a size out without hangers falling everywhere, dresses tangling together.Listen, if you hate working retail, get another job. Or perhaps just find the capacity to take pride in the work that you do. Not only do you make the store a bad experience, you're an embarrassment because you clearly have no respect for the quality of your own work.

Store is completely non-customer oriented. Went in to purchase headlamps for my 2015 prius which I had just been pulled over for one of being out. They were out of the twin pack of the bulb type that I required and the single pack was 3.16 more per bulb for no reason. I asked a manager if they could price match the price of two single bulbs for the twin pack and she refused. Not to mention the associate that retrieved the bulbs for me was quite careless with his handling of these relatively expensive and delicate items. They were also out of disposable gloves to wear while i replaced said head light.Then to add insult to injury I check out and attempt to leave said store only to be yelled at by another employee that the doors closest to my vehicle had been locked. Like ok you're standing right by them unlock them and let me out, So I don't have to walk through the cold to my vehicle for no good reason. Completely horrible experience I will not be returning.

This visit to Walmart was not too "good". Asked an associate for a particular item and was just told ..."it's over there, at the end." After finding the display it was impossible to check for the size I wanted. No space between the shelves to look for the size, and no price on item. Also employees were a bit loud talking (more like socializing) with each other or on their phones.

People who works at the Hatfield walmart made me look like a fool and a lier bunch of times, especially yesterday. Their employee's/cashiers were laughing at me on my face, either indian or Bengali, a boy and a girl. I mean laughing historically, as soon I turn, because I got very upset for making me looks like a fool. Walmart changed its price, and kept the old price on the shelf. I have been buying those items for a while, and I think, they just change the price yesterday, but didn’t remove it from the shelf. Their supervisor totally insulted me and humiliated me, when I told them that this is not the price on the shelf.and it wasn’t the price. That’s not a good customer service, why would the cashiers historically laugh at me like that, even the supervisor didn’t cooperate with me. He saw the price, and he removed it on my face, and said, well this is the new price now. It’s not the price, it’s the policy. They show one price, and charge another price, and humiliates and insults customers.

What could I say it's all Walmart super store has everything you need fair prices quick in and out I find myself that several times a week. I have to say a couple of things this is one of the Walmarts I frequent over the last year or so I watch this Walmart degrade at a very rapid rate they can never seem to stock the shelves the employees are courteous for the most part do I have a fair share of them that will avoid you my biggest gripe is the fact that on an average it could take you a good 40 minutes to check out regardless of how many registers they have running and that includes the self-checkouts I understand that they recently changed or manages I will give this woman a chance to put her two cents into the way this particular Walmart operates if by Seymour merchandise and shorter lines affects the movement of customers through those lines and out of the store I will increase my support for that store instead of going to other Walmarts in the area

Joseph in OSL phone service in the back of Walmart was absolutely amazing. I want to call his boss personally and tell them how great of an employee they have. He was super respectful kind and helpful. He upgraded my phone and all I paid was 25 dollars upfront. I Will be recommending this guy for now on for any kind of phone services. It’s hard to run into nice people anymore and when you do it really brightens your day. 10/10 recommend young man is going far in life.

I've been coming here for over 15 years, and I've never had a problem, until today.The employee at the Photo Center named Irene was extremely unprofessional.She couldn't multitask and she couldn't show a proper work attitude.I was behind a customer in line and she ran into a problem. So she needed another employee's help.As we are all waiting, it was around the 6 to 7 minute mark when I politely told her that all I need to do is pick up some prints. Which requires no action on her part except to ask for my name, go into the drawer and give me my prints.Up to this point, whenever there was a problem with a customer and they had to wait, the employee would always ask the other customers that are patiently waiting what they were in line for. But not with good ole Irene. She couldn't comprehend that this was something she could and should be doing.So she gives me attitude and tells me to wait. So I waited another 5 minutes as we are all standing around doing nothing but waiting for this other employee to arrive.I could have gotten 1,000 prints while I waited.Finally, the other employee arrives, and takes care of the customer.Then it's finally my turn and she rolls her eyes, gives me attitude and dryly says, "Name?"And 5 seconds later, I had my prints.Could and should have had it 10 plus minutes earlier.Horrible customer service. Horrible attitude. Horrible even at eye rolling.Never using Photo services at the Hatfield location ever again.

This walmart is probably top 5 on the worst Walmart's to go to. As a colored person I genuinely feel safer at shopping cheltenham than hatfield. They employees and upper management do nothing to help out other minority employees. Ive been stopped by a person named jane at the front asking for a recipt after she just saw me pay. shes let multiple families with carts full of stuff, when I just had a small grocery bag filled with my necessities.

HORRIBLE pickup experience. Had to wait 40 minutes to get my pickup. Checked in about 30 minutes before parking at the designated spot. Felt biased as others who came way later than me got stuff quicker. At last I had to talk to a Walmart person to get my stuff.

I like this Walmart cuz it's smaller I get the items I need and I'll outbof the store quickly. They have carry a few groceries Sobieski wouldn't do mu grocery shopping at this one but if you need things for the house or whatever you might need this walmart will have it and you won't have to walk a mile to find it.

Just went to this Walmart this morning (12/3/2023) and witnessed an employee stacking boxes of cookies in the bakery section. She dropped one, spilling all the cookies all over the dirty floor. She then proceeded to pick them all up, put them back in the container, and place it back on the display for someone to purchase. She then looked around, saw me still standing there watching her so she turned back around, grabbed the WRONG box of cookies and placed them back on her cart. After I walked away, she returned them to the display. I told another employee but I expect nothing to come of it. I needed to leave a review though about the experience because that is beyond disgusting.

if you decide to do curbside pickup, make sure you have at least an hour to sit in the parking lot and wait. the workers just sit in the back and screw around while everyone outside gets frustrated with waiting and leaves empty handed.

I waited in excess of 25 mins to have someone get me an item out of the locked case. No one ever showed. This is unacceptable! If Walmart is going to lock stuff up, they'd damn sure better pay people to service the customers.
