It is a very nice store, and I had a young lady help me,her name was Lindsey,I believe.I am such a Dinosaur🤣, she helped me through the self check-out,I don't understand a lot of today's changes,but' I really appreciate her taking her time with me & I wish there were more people like her in this world.She deserves a raise👍👍👍

Best grocery store around. We live. I'm Manchester, MD, but we go to this store in Hanover because the shelves are always fully stocked. There's always a huge selection of quality products, and the staff is so friendly and helpful.

Update 9/2023- Ground Chuck had overwhelming perfume/chemical cleaner smell. DisgustingThis store has a big problem with keeping items in stock and rotating out expired items. Also with their ice cream freezer being defective causing frozen food to loose it’s flavor and texture. The only thing I like is the layout and friendly employees

For some reason, I usually bypass this store in favor of others in the area because I thought they wouldn't have some of the items I usually buy. I was pleasantly surprised to find a very nice produce department, large selection of prepared foods (much more than Giant), and a very well-stocked grocery. This is going to be my new go-to grocery store. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is the meat department. Just need to have a little bit better selection. Keep up the good work, Weis!

Recently moved back to Hanover and I was not much of a Weis shopper when I lived here before. Just needed a couple items and time was limited so I stopped in quick and I was pleasantly surprised. Store has apparently been through a remodel. Clean, nice layout, friendly staff. Found what I needed at decent prices. Even found a few extras at better than decent prices. I will be shopping here more often.

Shop there often. Know some employees by name and enjoy talking/seeing/checking up on them. Not happy about the check out. There is only one regular register anymore, all the rest are self check out and have limited space to bag your items ect.

I guess my only complaint is that the prices here are a little higher than some places. However, Weis offers so many coupon opportunities, the staff has always been friendly and my experience has always been great. PLEASE, continue expanding your ever growing whole food and organic sections! Thank you Weis for your convenience and hospitality. Definitely love my Weis runs.

Great selection of products. Employees need to learn to keep your personal problems with other employees in the back and not at the check out counters. Hard shopping for groceries and having to hear teenagers complaining about having to work.

Usually my go-to regular grocery, but today the girl who was supposed to be helping self checkout was too busy texting on her phone to help us. We had to ask her to get off her phone. Produce, meats, dairy great. Baker named Dana was very sweet and professional as I ordered a cake for my students. Cart boy was very congenial too.

Clean store and friendly service. Real big pain to load your vehicle if your cart is full.On 6/09/23 I was prompted by my phone inquiring if anything has change.. well they moved some things around but nothing is really changed that much. It's still very pleasant, it's still very clean, and the people are definitely still nice. But it's still a pain to load your vehicles in the car. I mean it's not the worst thing in the world.. what makes it difficult is the angle that the parking lot sits. I don't think there's a whole lot you could do to change that.

I tried to make a return of meat that caused me concern. Not only did they make me come in twice, they wasted a good deal of my time before they told me they couldn't give me a refund or gift card. What ever happened to " the customer is always right"? Not a happy camper!!!

Went on a Sunday about 9:30. Deli and seafood don't even open till 10. I don't understand when the store opens at 7am.Wish I didn't have to buy multiple items to get the discount. Wish stores didn't make us have an app to get even lower prices.I know weis isn't the only store. But really we have to scan on the app to get more deals, most registers are self check out. So we have to work harder and pay way higher prices than a couple of years ago.

love this grocery store don't be fooled be the size you can find almost anything you need in there and they got a good choice of fresh meats and fresh fruit and vegetables just wish they have more cashiers then self checkout

Always great produce, clean and friendly staff. Ladies at the Deli are always pleasant, patient and willing to help and answer questions. They never seem annoyed or aggravated. I hate being rushed through orders when I am trying to decide what else my family needs and these ladies never make you feel like you have to rush. Im a terribly indecisive person, so patient folks are a must for me. And these wonderful gals put up with me. Try their Greek salad! So delicious! Worth the price if you love bold flavors.Their whipped frosting is some of the best frosting I've had. Definitely a family favorite! They even sell it separately! In big tubs! Once it makes it to my house it barely makes it to pastries we use it for. Our kids devour it every time (we do as well). OP]They have variety of cakes and cupcakes and other yummy delights. Even though they could no longer take orders for our 2 year olds Birthday, the cake decorator was extremely helpful trying to give us other options. She apologized for not being able to take another order and explained that even though we came 24 hours in advance, she was just unfortunately that slammed. She pointed us to the already made cakes and even went out of her way to find a Frozen theme cake topper we wanted. We just bought some cake decorating pens and the cake was a hit along with Frozen theme cupcakes. Ta da! "Crisis" averted.I am a transplant from DC Metro Area, so Weiss is very new to me. We don't have that chain. I've grown very fond of it since moving to PA.Seriously great great place! Worth a long wordy review 😉J

It's convenient, but parking-lot traffic is horrible. Staff is friendly and the self check-out is better than most. Store layout is intuitive. Quality of goods is usually acceptable, but not always. Weis has the most available mini-carts of any local store.

Everyone here is amazing! Jenn the pharmacist is so caring about me as well as my whole family. Judy at the self checkout is always very friendly and recognizes me every time I shop there. I'm a loyal customer who will continue to shop here for the rest of my life!
