This groomer is by far the best groomer in Hanover! Very friendly, accommodating and treats our 3 King Charles like family. Reasonably priced and they even answer phone calls at 10pm! Their grooming skills are excellent also. Great job!

We absolutely love everyone at Pawsitively Purrfect! Our dog will not let us touch his nails but they do so well with him and we're in and out in less than 5 minutes. Our dog is also reactive towards other dogs and they've been so understanding and work with us and let us bring him right before they close so he doesn't have to be around any other dogs. We will never go anywhere else!

Pawsitively is very professional, and the staff makes you feel welcome and that your pet is in good hands. My wife and I took our dog prince to them for his first grooming. Pawsitively staff was very good with him and made him very comfortable with the process. They also reassure you that they are going to take very good care of them I highly recommend them to anyone and this will be our groomer and I would just like to thank them for being very good and honest people and a blessing

The people here are great!!!! Friendly and know how to deal with problem fur baby's lol..... and for the first hair cut for my baby boy I am very pleased 💙 ☺️.. glad I looked around and found this place!!! I can not say enough good things about the staff. I called in worried because I have a duel coat dog.. And have heard it is a pain and can hurt them if done improperly they answered my questions and put me at ease... The after math is cutest pomsky ever and a happy father of a good looking baby boy.

Wonderful staff. I took my dogs to get groomed and my dogs felt at home. I couldn't believe it. They were absolutely beautiful when I picked them up. I was very impressed. I dropped them off and they were done in 2 hours. I would recommend this place to anyone.prices are very reasonable too.

We LOVE Mariah at Pawsitively Purrfect! We have been looking for a local groomer (NOT a chain store) to stick with for several years. It was one thing after the other, either they didn't have time for our boy, because of his size (he is a 115lb Bernese Mountain Dog) or they weren't taking appointments due to covid. We were SO happy and excited to see we could book online, but they were able to fit him in *that* week! Mariah spent so much time making sure Remmy looked and felt his best. She detangled his dreds & matts, washed him up, and gave him a de-shed treatment. His coat has never looked better. We HIGHLY recommend Mariah at Pawsitively Purrfect a million times over!!

Was quick to respond to have my cat's nails trimmed was in and out in 5 minutes. Great friendly staff. I'm a customer for life. Highly recommend. I even seen some pups leaving they looked absolutely happy and beautiful. My Otis has had a rough go and has anxiety but seemed absolutely happy. Thank you so much for the great job. Again went back asked them to pamper Otis. He was so happy smelled great for quiet a while looked absolutely handsome can't wait for our next trip.

Liz always does a really nice job on my multipoo Indy. He is not the most friendly pup if he doesn't know you, but it seems he has decided to be friends with Liz and she says he is now being good. A little pricey for a senior on a fixed income, but most groomers are today.

I cannot even begin to describe just how great Pawsitively Purrfect is! The team here truly lives up to their name in every way! Both my dog and cat have been groomed here and are both so near and dear to my heart! Ohio, my golden retriever, is a sweet old man that had a bad experience at another groomer and I was nervous to try taking him again. Let me tell you.. he now LOVES going to the groomer and happily walks back for his bath and hair cut and upon my return would be happy to hang out with the team for longer!! Our cat Brianna is deaf blind and has a hard time grasping what is going on around her outside of her routines and today she went to visit the team for her bath and clean up and I picked her up looking better then she ever has and happy as a clam and very relaxed! She was happy to have a bath and somehow even enjoyed her time in the water!! If you want your pets to have the best experience for the best price this is the place for you!!! Thank you to everyone at Pawsitively Perfect for spoiling my fur babies!! 🐾

We have 4 black cats, all rescues. Our newest girl, Emma, required a sani-clip and bath. We decided to have all 4 done since they needed nail clipping and dander control.Our cats came back smelling great with shiny coats, trimmed nails, clean ears, and a strut of confidence.Emma is more playful and no longer scooting on the carpet.Worth every penny and highly recommend! Thank you for taking such great care of my kittens!

We have been going to this place since they opened and we recently had to reschedule an appointment the morning of the appointment and wasn’t told about their 24 hour cancellation fee. We’ve never cancelled or was late showing up either may I add. When we dropped the dog off we weren’t told about about a cancellation fee, but when she is all done then comes the $40 cancellation fee along with her regular $80 visit. We were also told they could send us a invoice for the $40 cancellation fee. I guess they get a lot of no shows. I will find a more owner friendly place to take my Newfie. Pet Owner’s beware of this place!!!!

This was our first experience with Pawsitivly Purrfect. Our Sarabi girl came home nice and clean. She's a long haired German Shepherd Girl, and she was clipped perfectly. They took such good care of our girl and we will definitely be bringing her back!

I was in need of someone to groom my senior dog that corporate entities wouldn't do. Pawsitively took him without hesitation and did a fabulous job. When I picked him up, he was happy and jumping around which is something he has never done after grooming.On a side note, I have weak lungs and they helped me get my dogs in and out of the building without a request. I have found my forever groomer and would highly recommend them for services.Thank you Pawsitively, you guys are wonderful:)

These folks were outstanding! I have an exceptionally old dog who is blind and very nervous (even biting out of fear) at the groomer and I've always had the most difficult time trusting someone to safely groom him. This awesome family-owned business not only were the only groomers in a huge radius that were able to get Popeye in for an appointment in any timely manner, but they were SO incredible about listening to my needs and concerns and going above and beyond to accommodate Popeye! He was in and out of there in a half hour with a new, weather-appropriate do! I can't thank you all enough - especially Emily, our groomer - for taking such good care of him! It was stress free for all of us and his haircut looks so cute! Thank you again!!!

I cant express enough how grateful I am for them! My sheppy mix is normally a pain in the butt when it comes to anyone touching his nails. He doesn't do well at all at the vets he has to be sedated bad.. They worked magic with him and he did an amazing job!! They ALSO fit me in asap!! They were honestly very friendly and understanding. I will be bringing every dog I ever have there!! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Great place to go with your furbabies. Very pleasant experience for both our babies who arent always comfortable around groomers. As our boy had a tramatic experience in the past and it's harder for them to gain his trust. But not this place. He loved it. Wasnt stressed at all. And looked amazing

This is the absolute best place to have your pet groomed! We saved a little black long haired Persian cat a month ago during winter woods fur was soooo tangled it had to be shaved.The couple who own this place did such a gentle, sweet job of giving our little Fluff Fluff a lions shave & I was amazed. The vets normally sedate cats for this shave but they did it without drugs & a lot of love.I will never go anywhere else

After second visit to your new facility, Luna Bear and Miss Diva looked absolutely beautiful and were so happy when I picked them up! They know they’re pretty, Luna is still prancing around showing off her bandana! Love it that they are not crated, they greeted me with happy faces and looked so beautiful! Alyshia, you are the best! Your new building and process once pups are there is terrific, not being crated is such a plus my girls are so happy! There are not enough kind words in the dictionary to express how wonderful Pawsitively is. My kitty had been traumatized by a previous groomer and I had put off taking her anywhere because I worried about how she would react. However, as a Persian cat, the summer heat was getting to her and I knew Shadow had to get a good trim. I called numerous places but I didn't feel comfortable with any of them until I called Paws Perf. I probably overwarned them about my cat and they listened and truly cared about giving my kitty a great trim and bath. The service went perfectly (or should I say purrfectly haha) and my pretty Persian cat is happy again. Thank you for everything and I will definitely be calling to set up her next appointment soon.
