She did a wonderful job on my pups nails. However, this location is DANGEROUS. It is next to a car wash. Had we walked out a second earlier. My dog would have been run over by a kid speeding past the entry way. I'm still shaking. Unfortunately, we won't be back. Owners keep you pups close!

They have always done a wonderful job on each of my 4 dogs, all different breeds and needs. The best part is that they genuinely care about their 4-legged customers. Prices are very reasonable as well.

They were very friendly and helpful. We took a puppy to get his nails done after trying to do it ourselves with no luck at all. They not only trimmed the nails but showed us how to do it! We are definitely regular customers now

Absolutely an awesome place! They were very friendly and super quick. I took my dog in for the $5 walk-in nail cut and I don't even think it took 3 minutes. I will definitely be going again they even had calendars, pens, and doggie treat bags to offer my pup!

Took our 2 pomskies in for a nail trim and she did a perfect job. Was kind and understanding to the dogs after my 1 year old was traumatized by a groomer at a pet store.

My pup was kindly treated and pampered! Such friendly gals there; they’re good with dogs, because my pup calmed down as soon as my groomer held him!His teeth were so clean, coat so shiny, and he was elated! I’ll return always!

I was extremely happy w/ the very friendly staff & the way they treated & groomed my 2 dogs. The only bad thing is I think so many people found out how excellent they are it's hard to get an appt. If you just call @ the last minute. They certainly are well worth the wait !

Seemed to do a good job with washing our 85-lb. Boxer/pit, he always smells good and smooth coat afterwards. A couple stars lless because although it's cheaper than petsmart was for us, they charge double what the place next door charges for less of a package. On the 1st visit to PPG-York st. Location, I had them do a wash/condition, clean teeth + ears & trim nails, all of which took less than an hour, yet I paid SAME price as on the 2nd visit (at Baltimore st.) when I asked for ONLY wash & condition. I asked if they used any medicated shampoo or something on him, wondering why it cost so much, and they said just the oatmeal bath. He also got an ear infection after having his ears cleaned there which was why I didn't do it the 2nd time and it's cheaper to get his nails trimmed at the vet. It's a great location on Baltimore street and they're always quick to schedule, but I think I'll be returning to the other places to save a buck and get the same great service.

They were busy, but still got Buster in for a really quick walk in nail trim. Everything went great and it only cost 5 dollars. Can't see why you'd go somewhere else.

They do a great job on my Shih Tsu and Flat Coated Retriever. They listened and followed my wishes when grooming my dogs. Staff is great!

My dog was cut during shaving and she did not let me know. Also, their nails looked like she barely even grinded them.

Thanks to Pampered Pet Grooming LLC for making Buffie & Antonio "Tony" look so cute for Valentine’s Day! They both have a wonderful fragrance now; Tony's scent is that of sweet caramel and Buffie's that of a vintage summer rose! Buffie's nails look adorable too! Buffie and Tony tried got into my handbag to sneak out the Valentine's Day treats you gave them. They enjoyed the treats!
