CVS for the past several weeks has been unable to supply a necessary prescription drug, Trulicity 3 mg/0.5 ml, claiming it is on "backorder:. They have not made an effort to secure a supply from another location, distributor or even a competitor, suggesting I drive around and check other pharmacy locations in hopes of finding some. This is ridiculous. We take precscribed meds because our physicians says they are necessary for treatment of diabetes type2.

This CVS in Hamlin is customer -oriented. The pharmacy department is very helpful. They were efficient in transferring prescriptions from an out-of-state CVS in a timely fashion. This will be my go-to store.

I am not very impressed with the Cvs manager sorry to say because I am deaf and asked to do the money order over the phone they refused consider it a discrimination.
