Store is always well stocked and clean. The meat selection is not always the greatest. Employees are friendly and try to be as helpful as they can. The store makes their own popcorn and freeze dried candies. I liked the candy....the popcorn was great at first but the past 2 times I got a bag of cheddar popcorn, ita stale. The store owner said they'd give me a bag to replace that one, and they did, however, unfortunately, it was not fresh either. Seems like as soon as the bag gets opened and air hits it, stale. Other than that the store again, is always clean, stocked well and very organized. The layout is a bit confusing and makes it difficult to get around if you don't frequently shop here.

Very busy store. Easy to get to though. Lots of stuff.Giant Eagle's prices seem to only be going up, and they've already been incredibly expensive for a while. Shop and Save is far more affordable, but you can still get more well known brands as opposed to Aldi or TJs.

This may not be a new-fangled grocery store, but... They are clean, stocked, and busy. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and within inquiry distance. Don't overlook it. It's worth stopping here. We even bought our very first lottery tickets.

I have shopped at shop and save for years and I have never been treated as rudely not by a cashier but a supposed member of management. Matt the front end office manager was completely rude to me when I tried to explain about a coupon. The cashier who waited on me had to get him to help her with the coupon. He came over with an attitude and this attitude continued throughout my encounter with this individual. It was so bad that when we finished with our encounter he stormed off went behind the counter where lottery is sold went into the back office and slammed the door. Not what one should expect from a member of management. He has no buisness as a member of management. Extremely disappointing experience.

I've been shopping at this one for years. I was looking for something specific that I told the manager about. He walked me to the back room, asked me how many I wanted, and told me it was a popular item that would go back out on the shelves soon and to keep my eyes open. It has a pretty good selection, and it's my favorite shop n save in the area for that reason. You'll find what you're looking for, and what you're not looking for and find more to like. Prices are reasonable. I'd recommend.

My comment for lottery and the boss needs training on lottery. You can cancel a lottery ticket with in 15 minutes. You choose not to. You choose to be mean to a senior citizen and one who won $63.333.50. Which you got a bonus for.

Nice place to shop for groceries. They have a good selection of almost anything you could need to make a meal. Friendly staff and they are also very helpful. Very good sales and items are clearly marked for a sale or normal price. I'm not sure if it was recently remodeled as I'm not from the area anymore but was very clean and looked newer. Plus they have hoagie spread which I have been looking every where for!!!!! Great place to shop for all your needs or a quick visit.

I love when Shop & Save has their PRODUCE TRUCKLOAD SALE! Much of their fresh fruit & veggies are just 99¢ each or per pound! So much less than everyone else so you get SO MUCH MORE! There's one going on 'til Wednesday, CHECK IT OUT,!

Its a pleasant place to shop and everything is well priced. I enjoy the deals and so much. The only complaint is the employees. Both times I've had bad attitude from someone in the deli and one of the cashiers just really seems to always be in a bad mood. But besides that I enjoy it here

The is easy to navigate and enough room to get through the aisles when passing another shopper, the bakery deli and meat departments are always fresh also having helpful staff...all that being said getting through the check out is a NIGHTMARE!! I or the person in front of me experience an issue every visit, cashiers are slow uninformed meaning waiting waiting and more waiting for customer service to come a d fix the problem. In closing I just don't have the time to wait usually I have a ride waiting on me.

Sad to say that I am not impressed. I like the store's location, it is convenient to my house but the store's selection is lacking and prices are high. I often find that I have to go to one of the other stores in the area to complete my shopping. The meat selection is poor most days especially if you shop at off hours like I do. The cashiers are very slow and there is something very inefficient to the check out process here that I don't see in other stores. I am not sure what exactly it is. I like the addition of beer and wine, but I don't like that I have to wait in a regular check out to get it. I am afraid I will only shop here when it is absolutely necessary. With the other choices in very close proximity, I don't see that being very often at all.

Food selection was good, as always. Checking out was horrid, as always. Staff doesn't know how to process access cards. I found one staff that knew how weeks ago. It seems no one has trained staff. Once I was taken to customer service to be processed. Today I said the hell with it & I was forced to use a credit card to purchase food for diner or walk away from the purchase. There was a customer in front of me that had particular difficulty. Staff was summoned that couldn't help her at that check out. She had to load up her entire order & go to another register check out. I moved to another check out. The customer behind me did the same. All in all it was a complete disaster.

Great store!! They carry Turkey Hill Ice tea!! I love Turkey Hill diet decaf!!Great meat section, fresh and tasty meats. Good selection of frozen meals and a wonderful selection of fruits & veggies. Bakery dept just Ehhhh . but overall a real nice grocery store!!

Nothing special here, they have the basics but don't come looking for any specialty items. The new beer section is actually pretty nice. The cashiers seem like they want to be anywhere but here. Not that people need to get dressed up, but many of the customers look like they just got out of bed and rolled in.

Very easy to navigate the aisles. The bakery department is always terrific. Some of the best doughnuts, nut rolls, and cakes around. I visit this location frequently and never have any issue. The restrooms are also very clean

Older man at next reg.spilled gallon milk on floor. No immediate cleanup. No wet floor comes, no associate directing customers to go another way. Milk all over my new shoes. I packed 220.00 worth of groceries while telling cust. To go another way. Woman called me RUDE. IF I HAD TIME I WOULD HAVE RETIIRNED MY ENTIRE IRDER

Their deli has great deals if u have a card Friday, sat, n Sunday usually. Other than that prices are high here. Selection is limited. But the deli deals are great! Oh! And they double coupon up to 1.00

Great experience all around. One manager in particular, Sara, always goes out of her way to be pleasant and kind and talks with my 2 young kids and I. My kids absolutely love going here when she is working.

Only 1 cash register open. I have a case of beer. African American Lady in front of Mr goes to self check out and scans her beer, the front end coordinator logged into the register and bypassed the age limit so she can buy alcohol. I go to self check out right beside them pull out my id and get turned down and the front end coordinator told me go back in line. Discrimination. Will never come back here and I live down the street.

Very happy with the store and have gone there for years. Disappointed to see self checkout, I will never use it and think the expense of the registers would have been more beneficial if put towards updating existing equipment. Employees are still needed to assist customers, that should tell you something.

When Grocery shopping i usually stop here and Aldis... Love the savings compared to somewhere like Walmart, Giant Eagle or (savealot of nothing). Fuel perks are pretty good and we usually get a free turkey around thanksgiving every year. Staff is generally helpful and nice. No real complaints and been a shopper here for years.

Very happy shopping at your store everybody is very helpful but I have been buying hams at your store for years and today I bought a ham and I asked butcher to cut 3 slices off of it any they said since they are cheap I am Not allowed to cut slices off of them. I always got butcher to cut slices off of hams.I took it home and butchered it wow what a Helena butcher job!
