This is a HUGE Joann Fabric store, so they carry a large variety of things. I went in for jewelry-making supplies & was happy to find what I needed on sale. The day I was there, there was only 1 person managing the registers, so we waited in line a long time. But the girl was pleasant & did the best she could to get everyone waited on as fast as she could.

Shopped JoAnn Greensburg, Pa 12/15/23 around 3pm. Terrible customer service. Cashiers could not be bothered to answer on question or assist to locate one item. Less than desirable attitudes….

Lots of everything. No good if your in a wheel chair as they fill the walk ways so you can't even use their electric scooter. Like a huge junk store any more ! No room to turn. Carts full of returns just sitting in isles so you can't get by them. Sales people must not get breaks as they eat while stocking isles

So far I have pretty much been able to find tye items I was searching for craft and baking wise from this store. They are pretty well stocked for the most part. Store and restrooms are clean. Laid back enough that I feel free to just browse the store to see what I can find. Employees really do not have much knowledge on what the store carries and what they don't, when I have asked where something is. Also they really are not all that friendly or talkative. I do like the organization, stock and cleanislyness of the store.

I shop here quite often and usually have a good experience. But unfortunately, today was different. I asked one of the women at the cutting counter is their off brand of bias tape was anywhere else in the store because it was a little cheaper than the Wright brand that they also sell. I was looking for a larger size. Her reply was “Well that’s not my fault!”I wasn’t blaming her for the cost of the bias tape, all I wanted to know was if they had another display in the store.

The fantastic ideas for the holidays. From Halloween to Christmas there are so many things to get for your home. The fabric selection is amazing. The staff is super helpful and have great tips for sewing projects. You just can't find a better place to purchase that sewing machine, no matter if you're a beginner or expert.

JOANN's always seems to have all the necessary items needed for the DIY crafter around the house. My wife comes here all the time religiously for Fabrics and such. Great customer service and value.

Very good selection of all things sewing-related. I also took a class here and it was fantastic! Whenever I want to sew a doll or a pillow or basically anything, I go here, and there's always all sorts of different patterns and textures of fabric! I have made many dolls as well as a costume using fabric from here!

I prefer online shopping to actually going in the store which is really sad. I do actually love to go into the store but just a little never to actually buy anything. every time I go in there the cashiers never know what they're doing there's not enough there to check out the long line of people and there's always this one rude cashier. she's literally the reason that I won't shop in there. We found some stuff for 70% off and it wasn't just put there by people it was stuck there with signs when we tried to explain to her she refused to believe it until we said we didn't want anything. I then walked out and said I would get my things at Michaels instead and suddenly she was trying to give us sale prices that we originally said they were supposed to be. Very disappointed.

I love this store, but the experiences are hit or miss. Most of the people who work here are incredibly helpful and kind, but I have had multiple experiences where individuals couldn't be bothered to answer my questions or explain changes in how the store is functioning with the pandemic... it seems mostly that management are the ones that don't care about providing customer service. The regular sales associates and team members that I encounter more often are always lovely to deal with... all the same, I think I'll be shopping elsewhere now

I love this store! They are a good variety of stock. Everyone is nice and very helpful. The only issue is that there are never enough cashiers, so you frequently end up waiting in line to check out for more than twenty minutes.

Love buying decorations and flowers here. I also LOVE their scrapbooking section so many ideas and variety of products to buy. The assortment is so large and amazing. The staff are friendly and prompt, especially at the fabric cutting table. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I enjoy going in to see what's new. The store is large with an ample amount of merchandise. It's hard not to find what your looking for here.

It's clean, well stocked, and it was nice to see them enforce their mask and social distancing rules. WAY TO GO!!!There was one grumpy employee, but there always seems to be that one person who is like that where ever you go.Still cheering for them for trying to make a safe place to shop. Thank you.

The only issue is the parking lot is terrific. There is one hole That my Ford Explorer had issues with. I don't know who to Email about that parking lot Is terrible!

The store is not wheelchair friendly. Most isles (especially in the fabric section) are too small to get down them in a wheelchair. It has been this way for years (at least since I've been going there). No matter where we went in the store, my friend was continuously moving things out of the way. I'd shop at a more wheelchair friendly store, but Michaels is not much better and there is nowhere else that carries what I need within a reasonable traveling distance.

The associate was very kind & patient helping me to download app to get a discount on my purchase. She did this without neglecting other customers. She didn't make me feel like a burden or dumb! With this new saving tool I will shop there more frequently! Thank you!

A lot of good selections but prices seen a bit high. Couple complaining that coupons are only good on the weekend and only for regular priced items not what is marked on sale ( small discounts). Need more sales staff. One checkout open for 6 people waiting to check out.

When I was waited on the clerk was wonderful! She helped me In every way to help me get the proper supplies! This store was confusing to me for I generally go to one in another city. They did not have the same products that I was looking for. I explained the issue to the clerk and she helped me gather supplies to make my project work! She was so smart!!! Thank you

BUYERS BEWARE-If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I had been a Joann’s customer for years. I recently placed an order online for curbside pickup totaling $99.77 and was prompted by the site that my payment information contained an error and to “review information and resubmit.” All of my information was correct after both me AND my husband reviewed and resubmitted several times. The next day I went to pay for a salon service and my card was declined. After looking into my banking account I found that Joann Fabrics had charged me 9 TIMES at my original order total. My account is now at $ZERO dollars and HAS BEEN FOR 5 DAYS NOW. I have spoken to 5 different people, called, emailed, and spent a total of 5 hours on the phone for EVERY PERSON to tell me it could take up to 7-14 business days for reversal. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH JOANN FABRICS AGAIN. If you like being charged 9x what you’re supposed to pay, keep on shopping online with Joann’s. I’m disgusted and horrified. Not to mention I have multiple doctor appointments for my children this week, automatic bills that come out of my accounth, and every day expenses that I can no longer pay, thanks to Joann’s and all I’ve heard is “We’re sorry. There’s nothing we can do for a few days.” “I can’t reach the department responsible” “Unfortunately, these things happen...” etc. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. If you decide to remain a Joann Fabrics customer, good luck to you!

I love Joann fabrics but this store never has enough staff. Waited over 20 minutes in line to pay after finding no one available on the floor for questions. Only one employee on register with line extending beyond the roped off area. When questioned manager stated she only had 4 employees to work the entire store. This is not unusual for this location always plan on a long wait to pay as your time is apparently of no importance.

As always there usually aren't any employees to find. When you do they're RARELY knowledgeable in anything you need.Selecting quilt fabric is a nightmare. All of what you have is sorted by color. There are so many designer lines you don't even carry.Your quilting supplies are lacking as well.

We have a smaller store at tri county plaza but I love making the trip to this large store in Greensburg. What a selection of everything! On my most recent trip I found beautiful variegated embroidery floss.
