The best way I can describe this grocery store is nice, neat, and petite. It's a smaller grocery store with friendly workers, which is always a welcomed bonus.

I just picked up my daughters birthday cake and it’s even better than I thought. There was a little mix up with cupcakes I ordered a week before but today when I picked up her bday cake there was a gift card for the cupcakes ! I wasn’t expecting that but I really appreciate it ! This is why I shop at Martins ❤️

Just like any other store , some prices are better than others and some are outrageously over priced. Inflation and greed I believe are the new norm! At least until Nov.!!!! Hopefully

I Love this Martins, it's clean, the employees are nice and all the cashiers are awesome. I couldn't believe how nice everyone was at this store. The produce and meat are fresh and not outdated. It's very rare if you go to this store and something is not on the shelf.

I like to browse at this store because they always have new and interesting or helpful items to purchase ,the holiday displays and merchandise are especially good for last minute gifts or food

Just one thing to note... stay away from the candy section. Always tastes old. I have stocked up on the reeses cups several times when they were on sale and they have been dry every single time. Chalky inside. I know it may seem trivial. But candy isn't cheap anymore so just wanted to give a warning. (Wish someone had warned me before I wasted my money.)

My wife does alot of shopping here and she tells me she likes going to Martin's for the deal's but they are getting harder to find. I'm sure Martin's is trying to keep the prices down but some things are going sky high. I'm really hoping Martin's will start saying enough is enough and fight to bring things back in to perspective on prices. I know something's are out of there control. But still we find Martin's a good place to shop.

I have always had good experiences at this store, but today the employees were especially friendly and helpful. While the north Hagerstown location tends to have a wider selection of items, the shopping experience at this location is more relaxing and you’re more likely to have positive interactions with people. Our cashier today, Bonnie, was very friendly and accommodating to bag items using my reusable bags, and she even separated the cold items! Shopping at this store makes grocery shopping less of a chore.

Clean and employees are welcoming considering we're new living in pa. I didn't feel like a stranger. They talked to me like we knew each other for years. Never had a problem with anyone not even other customers. They have a nice selection. I was able to find what I needed and leave in a matter of 10 minutes.

Awesome!! the staff is amazing, I was trying to find the prime drinks and they took the time to help me find them. I’m glad they are back they have variety of everything. Highly recommended to shop here!!

In here alot because unfortunately it's one of the VERY FEW grocery stores in the area.....PROS:-It's a Clean and Organized, everything is easy to find here-They have a bigger sïfrelection of certain items than Sunnyway Foods-The Staff has Always been very kind & helpfulCONS:-RICULOUSLY HIGH PRICES!!! I swear they must feel like the food they sell is at least 3X as Special as their competitors, because they Charge about 3X the amount!! 🤔🙄-They are Regularly Out of alot of merchandiseBottom Line- Its a good choice if you don't have to worry about Price Tags (lucky you! 🙃) but I basically try to avoid it because I can't afford to spend $100 for 1 or 2 bags of groceries! 🤷🏽‍♀️

This store is usually pretty clean, there’s a few gentleman I’ve interacted with as they’re restocking & if all the employees were as nice as they are, this would be a 5-star review but unfortunately that’s not the case! I have no idea what the problem is but today I said excuse me to a younger employee who was trying to get around me & my cart rolled in front of him & he just gave me a dirty look… that prompted me to write this review because the last 10 or so times I’ve shopped here, that’s been my experience— young, rude employee’s who seem to hate their job!

It's a great store to have in Greencastle. It has a good variety of products, but there's definitely a lot it doesn't have. Overall, it's a great location with great employees, and it also has free ev chargers for those that have evs.

Had to do an online order and in store pickup. Both experiences are great. When going in there are sanitizing wipes to clean the carts, great selection of food, and friendly staff. My only frustration is that some customers did not wear masks. When picking up my online order it was very quick and easy to do. Grateful for the service!

They need more things and people who open the store to be a little more “kinder.” I’d rather drive 15 min to the one in Hagerstown. They’re more hospitable than this one.Example- I go into the store this morning (11/11/22) and as I am checking out, a cashier says “Oh, I wouldn’t lean on that since they just painted.” I responded, “well maybe you should put signs up.” A common-sensed person would say yes, and proceed to apologizing for not having it displayed because it is paint and won’t want to have a liability. No. Her response “Well just don’t lean on it.” I will travel the 15 min.How is this a nearly 5-star reviewed place with rude employees like this.

Great prices! Nice employees! Nice grocery store that isn't far to travel too. They have excellent employees and I love their pick-up! The pick up employees are always exceptional. I had awful experiences with Walmart pick up , so I tried Martins. I will never go to Wal-Mart again! Martin's is the best and I won't go anywhere else for pick-up.

Good selection of items, love the gas reward program, only complaint is that the older female employees need a RX for Prozac; they can be rude at times. Love that I have a local Martin's but will stick to the self checkout next time.

For my first trip to this Martin's it was an easy in and out! I found everything I needed and the employees were very kind. The cashier had up rung up and out the door in 5 minutes.. my only trouble came from not being able to find canned fruit where it is in most other stores... in the Canned food aisle lol

Good for service, selection middle of the road. I realize a small store. I like Zesta crackers whole wheat, haven't been able to find in the area. Your selection is Nabisco or store band.
