I have never rented a storage unit before. I decided I needed one on a Sunday evening, when most other companies were closed, I found Extra Space Storage in Glenolden and was able to rent a storage space right from my phone, in minutes I received an email and text with my unit information and access code. I was able to get right in and store my things. The building and units are clean and easy to access. The building is well lit with motion activated lights. Jamie called from the office the next morning to ensure I received everything and to see if I had any questions or concerns, she offered some helpful tips and made sure I had contact information to call or text if I ever have any issues. She was a pleasure to speak to.

We rented a storage space online and were pleasantly surprised when we moved in. The facility is new and in excellent condition. Tyler and Jamie were very friendly and efficient. When it comes to this storage facility Jamie A was incredibly helpful ! Especially when I had questions about the different units that were available. She spent time explaining the benefits of each and not once did I feel like I was taking too much of her time. She was patient and understandings and I’m extremely appreciative of how clear of a communicator she is. Will definitely use in the future !

The Glenolden location is super clean and the staff is very friendly. I was waiting outside with my dog and the manager offered me a bottle of water with a cup for my dog and invited us inside. They are pet friendly, which is much appreciated!

Direct load in for vehicle and always available flatbed carts are a huge help. Very happy to have switched from a local competitor.

I spoke with Jamie the manager she couldn't be more helpful in picking the right size storage for me. Pricing very reasonable . Was my first time going to an inside storage my 1st time was easy in I just never used cylinder lock took me a lil bit to figure out but I finally got it.all in all it's a very nice and clean place I really like it

Jamie was so amazing she explained everything and answered all of my questions without any hesitation. She gave me a quick tutorial on how to properly use the lock after showing me two units to make sure I picked the correct one for what I needed. Jamie even tried to keep the directions simple to and from the units considering there are no landmarks for me to know where I’m really going lol and she understood my humor😊. Jamie made my first experience renting a unit so pleasurable she truly deserves a MAJOR raise.
