If you actually take the time to read a label and compare products a store employee will immediately start stocking in that isle watching for theft. Pretty annoying company policy. Staff is nice though

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! They changed the maker of my bp pill i’ve been taking for i don't know how long? Now I have really high blood pressure and no pills! I waited in line for 45 minutes and the pharmacist told me to come back later. I called corporate and received msg that it was fixed and the script was processing… every time the pharmacist held up filling and delayed the process. Now my health is in danger and I need to inform my family that my pressure is so out of control because cvs changed manufacture during treatment, and I am very sensitive to meds. But the change threw my heart into kaos! Next stop will be hospital or death.And customer service ask why I haven’t meds for two days since a had a thirty day supply… you would think that they would know some months have 31 days! After calling all day after, with a pressure of 171/121. Finally found out it was there fault and they should have at least giving me emergency pills I even ask to pay for it or something and they said come back after helping the person before me for 15 min. The next day i come back totally different people… I asked to speak to the manager and I explain what she was wearing what she looked like from the day before but she told me no one was aware of the situation, but I had just called CVS customer service and they let me know that they had just spoken with the location and they were fully aware. And then she just started trying to give me a hard time she close the window on me several times so she didn’t hear what I wanted to say. She started to get aggravated with me and then she used God bless you almost as profanity at me, that was totally disgusting! And she was different from the lady the day before it was this big black girl with a really nasty attitude! She tries to come off like she’s nice, but she has more than one dialect and she twist her words to be sarcastic with you because I’m upset and because I have high blood pressure and I can’t get my pills… she wasn’t upset with her possibilities of.heart problems so why should she take care for mine type of attitude … I can’t make sense of it because it doesn’t make any at all. And she wouldn’t her me just because I was upset spending two entire days fixing their mistake per the insurance said they “charged for 60 pills and then try to run it again twice for 90 pills so it declined every time afterwards because they already had approval for 60 pills and they didn’t want to work out the situation for me while I was there and their systems sent me multiple messages, saying the script had been prepared and they wouldn’t even let me pay for it to save my life! Even though they didn’t say much other than the black girl, the white girl stood there, and pretty much didn’t say much tried to act as though she was listening as the black girl just ran her mouth Or shut the window on me! And what gets me is that these people are very smart… I think they spent all their time, figuring out how they can be lazier or get away with not doing their work! A good company doesn’t hold your life saving medications from you when the insurance company already approved during their first verification and they don't hire cold non empathetic persons.

Great help the staff knows we're everything is Alice is a great manager and very professional and helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about all the information on the products they sell I have been going there for year's and the pharmacy and pharmacist are also very helpful knowledgeable friendly courteous and always text you when you're medicine comes in and as a former United States Marine they are very respectful and treat me compassion when I am very sick after 11 years of going to them I don't think I have ever had a bad experience maybe at times they are very busy and cannot get to me right away but they always try to do their very best to help you as a person and as a customer of there store I want to thank them for always making my shopping experience with them very good 👍 Mr Douglas Scouten 😁

This CVS location is supposed to be 24 hrs. Well, here I am at 445 am and they are closed with a sign on the door stating they will reopen at 7am. I wouldn't have wasted my gas driving here had I known they were no longer open 24 hrs

Was sent here from the much less pleasant CVS in Sharon Hill. They did me a favor honestly. This location has better sales/clearance, it's clean and well lit and the staff were friendly. Even though I had to wait I didn't mind because everyone was there to work. Will be moving all my scripts to that location now.

Horrible pharmacy experience. Doc faxes over prescription but the pharmacist insists they did not receive the prescription. Long behold they didn’t check their fax. Prescription took days to be filled due to this delay. Imagine being sick for days waiting for prescription to be found because the pharmacist failed to check faxed in prescription.

CVS Staff is always friendly, helpful and patient. The store is always clean and never over crowded. Prices are reasonable. You never know what kind of coupon that you will get on your receipt, I love that surprise.{Karen D. Gossett}

This is the WORST CVS since the pandemic. They open the drive through when they feel like it and blame it on “lack of staff” I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes just for them to help the person in front of me and then tell me I have to come in because “lack of staff”. How about you wait until there is no line to shut down the drive through instead of cutting people off. Also, I understand it’s stressful but no need to be so rude to the customers after getting asked a simple question.

Terrible CVS with staff performing a lot of illegal activities at the pharmacy. I have made complaints previously regarding the pharmacists and staff changing PHI without patient consent or authorization. I have been a customer/patient at CVS for years, it is within the last year I have had so many issues at this location. The latest issues -I started receiving texts from cvs informing me I need to pay for medication covered by my insurance. Not sure if they are trying to double dip and get payment from Insurance and customers, so beware. When I went to the pharmacy to address this, learned that the staff there were just making up numbers for insurance information instead of entering my actual information on my account. When did it become ok to make up patient information and add it to someone’s account? This is illegal?!! When I complained to the pharmacist she apologized and assured me it would not happen again.This week, my husband went to pickup medication and the illiterate pharmacy tech had the medication in her hand but told my husband she couldn’t find him in their system. Again, been going to CVS for years and all of a sudden his account is an “issue”. She told hubby she is changing his name in their system, he pleaded with her to stop as this will cause a lot of issues having the incorrect name on his medication, and and she proceeded to threaten him and said she would refuse to give him his medication. How does someone have the audacity to commit illegal actions against a patient as other staff and pharmacists watch, after my husband explicitly stated he does not want any of his information changed, and then proceed to threaten him??! When did this behavior and treatment of patients become acceptable at CVS? What are the pharmacists teaching their techs ? When husband spoke to the pharmacist, the guy told him there’s nothing he was going to do about it, shrugged his shoulders and walked away. When I called to speak with the supervisor/pharmacist about the incident the pharmacist denied it and when I told him the video cameras at cvs will prove otherwise, he hung up on me. Absolutely sickening behavior.If you are not going to care about patients or their health then do not work in healthcare!! You are threatening and risking people’s lives! Do not break healthcare laws out of sheer laziness, ignorance, and complete disregard for this country’s laws and it’s people. The unethical and illegal actions of the employees at this location have been reported.

Pharmacy is horrible. Go ANYWHERE else.Upon entering the CVS, I overheard another disgruntled customer speaking about hold times on calls to the pharmacy.Sadly, I had my script sent here and when I went to pick it up, an incredibly rude woman couldn't get my name correct, and refused to find out when my script would be ready.Came back later hours later, same lady was still there. 😑 Thankfully another kind employee listened to me, apologized for their coworkers behavior and told me that my script wasn't ready because this location was out of stock.Now I'm on my way to find another 24 hour pharmacy to fill my script because this rude woman couldn't have just told me that crucial info hours ago when all the pharmacies were open.I do NOT recommend this location. I will not be returning.

I've been coming to this cvs for over 20 years. The people have come and gone but I have never once had any issues with the store or the pharmacy. It's been tough the last couple of years with getting help but even so the people are still helpful and friendly.

Pharmacy has gone downhill fast. Customer service is at a minimum prescriptions are not ready on time. Today I dropped off a prescription at 9:30a. I was told they were busy and I would have to come back at noon. I came back at 3p and they hadn't even started working on my prescription. I asked how long it would be, and the girl said at least a half hour to a hour wait.

Used to be my go to pharmacy, now I have nothing but problems with prescriptions not being filled and “put back” before the pickup deadline. They should honestly fire everyone working in the pharmacy and start from scratch, until then I’ll just be moving to another pharmacy to get my scripts filled.

They had pretty good sales going on. Was able to purchase 2 nail polishes, fake nails, nail glue, make up remover wipes, a hair mask for $40. So I made out fairly good.

This CVS used to be fantastic, but they have become the worst place. They stopped the 24 hour pharmacy, closed the drive through, and regularly close even earlier than they say because of lack of staff. It took 2 days to just fill one prescription for me. The lines insides are upwards of half hour, and pharmacy staff are overworked and miserable. I’m transferring to another pharmacy.

What a change from a few months ago when this was a top notch place. It says they are open 24x7 (they aren't). The drive through closed completely. Now you have to go in the store, in the middle of a pandemic and flu season and get in lines that extend throughout the store. Wait 30+ minutes to pick up a prescription that I received a text saying was 'ready for pickup' when they lost the prescription. Then you get to do it all over again and play the CVS lottery (did they get it right this time....)Pay your people more, hire more people, and/or get the current pharmacy people out of there. Its a miserable bunch you can tell HATE their jobs. II am lucky they only messed up my prescription and insurance.

It's really ashame because most of the employee's are very nice and friendly when you're at the store but the line is always wrapped around the store and the drive through is hardly ever open anymore. I understand Covid-19 changed things so I didn't mind it that much but I do mind having to sit on hold for over 20 mins at a time to try and refill prescriptions for my family. I have a daughter taking life sustaining medicine so to have to call back after sitting on hold for 15 mins just to sit on hold for another 20 mins is awful. I will most likely changed pharmacies if this continues.

This store needs to do better with customer service starting with the manager- Dawn who was not at all courteous or friendly. She gave me such a hard time over a $2 coupon and I finally gave up. I understand that people have bad days but learn to be a bit more professional and not take it out on your customers. Dawn, as a manager, learn to lead by example.

I've had experience with this company they are the least helpful they will leave you on hold 30 min plus and never come back to pick you up and sometimes you'll be placed on hold without ever speaking to someone and never be picked up at all. They'll tell you that they can't find your information and then they will lie and tell you they found it just to end the call, when they haven't, all the while all you needed was an update to your prescription which is on automatic and should have been taken care of needless to say if anywhere else carried what I need I would never go to this place again. Imagine having to do all the legwork your pharmacy is supposed to do for you imagine having to follow up with everything make sure it gets taken care of because they don't do the job they offer and there you have my experience with CVS

Agree with reviews that this was a good place when open 24 hours. Now there are long lines, pharmacy techs look and act miserable. They don't ask for your CVS card and give you attitude when I bring that to their attention. The only plus is the self-checkout. Maybe I will consider another CVS.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to in my life. The staff were unprofessional and made some wait 4 hours before receiving their medication. The instructions to drop off a script were so unclear I ended up in the wrong line. The woman at the front took the script and the insurance card for my son and lost it!!! When I called the manager to report her he hung up on me. Very bad experience wouldn't recommend them and I'll never return and there right up the street. 👎🏽

Huge shout out to Tiffany at register in pharmacy. I just had surgery . Rod was screwed into my humerus. Walgreens failed miserably with not only customer service but refused me paying cash for my meds due to insurance issues. Tiffany saw how much pain I was in and ensured my expedited service. I am so grateful for her awareness to the severity of my pain. I was 4 + hours over due for pain meds. She got us in and out. God bless and thank you so very much.

When I visit CVS to pick up meds the workers are so friendly and helpful. I will never go any other place. The service is wonderful the store in Glenolden is the best. Not only are the workers very nice I made alot of friends there. I feel so welcomed when I walk in there. This is the place to go for coffee, milk, , sugar, or any holiday decorations. You will expirecnce a warm welcome feeling.

if I could give half a star I would because the store is open. With the new change in pharmacy management, this store has gone from a 5 star to a 'are you kidding me' service. After several months in a row of trying to pick up prescriptions I receive a text for that they are ready and then finding it was a mistake and waiting days for a script, I give up and throw in the towel.

11:45 on 9/9 and the male cashier had zero customer service skills. So rude. On top of that, I said hello and thank you to the guy, no response. He just continues with his attitude. Please teach your associates proper customer skills, if you care about your customers returning

The pharmacy technicians here are very rude, unprofessional and insensitive. They would keep you waiting for hours or even days to refill just one life saving medication. And don't ever make the mistake of asking them why or asking for help on your refills. The worst CVS pharmacy ever. I will never go back to this pharmacy.

Most people are not bad people. However, the service received here was terrible. I attempted to use a Pharmacy Benefit from CVS Caremark here and they are just ignorant and turn people away. I won't use this store ever again if it's the only location within the North American Continent. I will fly to another country before coming here again.

Pros: it's open 24/7 & employees are sweet and helpfulCons: manager will take the time to figure out how to coupon for people despite seeing a long line of customers. My experience, I had came to the store and she was with a customer for x amount of time. With the computers going down and having to switch back and forth, she continued with the same customer for another 30 minutes even though there is a long line of customers.I've worked for cvs and customers should figure out their couponing game, not the manager. Also, the goal is to ensure quick and good service. That did not happen.
