Today is Thursday 10/28. went to pick up my prescription and they told me it was not ready, 30 mins goes by and they tell me they only have one of them and i would have to wait till Monday to get the other one. I was ok with that and said i would take the second one. The girl said all they had to do is count them out. 30 mins later i still did not have my prescription. I really don't know how long it takes to count out some pills. I was there over 1 hour waiting for prescriptions, what a disaster.

I've never had any negative issues with the Rite Aid in Gerard Even though they are a very busy store they always find time to Say Hi to the customer's coming in and help you with finding something along with the pharmacy staff

My wife, who is from Canada hasn't seen her family in 2 years got a covid test to make sure she was negative. Now after over 72 hours still no notification. Trip is now canceled! We are going to go to more reputable pharmacies like CVS!

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. I live out of town and had to leave town spur of the moment due to a death in the family. My doctor called in a prescription for me. The pharmacy failed to tell me or my doctor that they don’t have the medication. And they didn’t bother to try ordering it until I showed up to pick up the prescription. The next day, I show up in the evening to pick up my prescription and they still don’t have it. Blamed it on the pharmaceutical delivery. Again, didn’t call me or my doctor to say that the medication didn’t show up. So here I am on day 2 with no medication. No apology, nothing. So unprofessional, especially when they are dealing with someone’s health. I would give no stars if I could.

Not that great of a store. Got off of work across the street and came over really quick to grab some stuff on my way home and was followed around the store by worker the entire time I was there asking non stop if i was done and letting me know they were closing soon.

It would get 4-5 stars if it wasn't for 2 girls working in pharmacy. Horrible attitudes, I transferred my prescriptions out of there as soon as I could.

They are all very helpful. All employes go overboard to get what you need or explain. Store is set up so you can find what you are looking for
