The employees are rude. The manger after cleaning and touching everything went over and grabbed food without washing her hands no gloves nothing right in front of customers if she does that in front of people scared to know what she does when customers are not watching. 😳 don’t waste your time or money at this location.

I arrived just 10 minutes before closing hoping to find some pretzels to take to my son and daughter-in-law who live out of state. Not only did I find pretzels, but I also found a manager, Destiney, and another employee, Marissa who were cheerful and went above and beyond with service!! Even though it was almost time to close, they took time to answer my questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Their friendliness and kindness were much appreciated!

Staff was great! However, the size of these pretzels was cut in half. They are so small and thin. Price went up a little and size went down.

Prezels left out for hours, terrible service workers seem like they don’t want to be there, overpriced and i can tell the workers who work there do not want to be there. pretzels dropped on the floor STILL being used, dirty dough, hair in dips it’s a disaster. if you are buying pretzels go to the next closest location not this one.

WHAT!! They don't support the military or senior citizens by offering any discount.The owner told me today it's " only $4.70 for a $47.00 order of 60 pretzels". Yeah no kidding, like that's going to ruin his bottom line. In spite of him being ex marine or so he says. SHAME. These were a gift for my school students who love pretzels but they were all coming apart in chunks and the texture was like they had been made the night before and left out. This was the swamp pike store but he also has the Quakertown store.No more pretzel factory for me, ever!

I love the Pretzels and when I got to this store they have what I want with No waiting. Everyone is happy and willing to wait on you . That's a plus and that is what this franchise needs . Great people, great product

The attitude of the people here are not inviting at all. Went to go get 5 free pretzels since the app has that when you first sign up and the 1 girl there had a major attitude like I was ruining her day. The one male that was there had no clue what he was doing and took my phone and all of them passed my phone around to see my app/email. I’ve never really had a good experience with the people at this place. The pretzels are amazing but honestly wouldn’t go through the hassle of getting them due to the people working there.

The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because the food was warm. There was one employee working with 0 customer service skills. 4 people were waiting for service, with no acknowledgement from the male employee. He was baking and prepping in the back. When I was finally served, I let him know that I was there for a scheduled time pickup order. Order was not prepared and was advised it would be 5-10 more minutes. What's the purpose of ordering in advance for a scheduled pickup if its not ready? I was there after the scheduled pickup time. Once ready, bags were pushed across the counter, I asked to confirm if that was everything, couldn't understand his response...great. Took everything to my car to check it over; I ordered 3 dips, received 2. Went back into the store to wait some more. He advised that they were all out of what was ordered...okaaay...can I have another kind or my money back since I paid for 3?! He told me to pick another from the unlabeled pile of dips, sorry to inconvenience you...can you tell me the kinds to pick from.Glad I checked the order and pushed to receive what was paid for. Will definitely not go back again.

Rock hard pretzels, they also do not honor military discounts. Ive watched firt hand how the manger with no hair picked up pretzels off the floor and used them. This place is disgusting

If I could give a -10, I would. Just got a pretzel dog, you could barely see any pretzel on this hot dog. The "pretzel" on this dog was thinner than a piece of thinly sliced cheese. Absolutely ridiculous.... Don't know how they got the ends to seal... Last time for us...

I forgot how amazing these are. This place is great and they have ice cream now. Additionally the pretzels only take about 10 mins to make if you have a large order. I walk in several times a month to order a huge quantity for my business and they never look annoyed and go ahead and make them. I appreciate it! My kids love it.

The black "man" that said he's the owner is very nasty, sold a deplorable inedible product...refused to give my money back and said I wasn't allowed to throw the bad pretzels away in the store...(which i did anyway) awaful, unprofessional person, business and product. Such a waste of a store front and a true stain on pretzel factory name.. I'll be sure to let everyone know go elsewhere.

The pretzels are nice, but a bit too salty for my tastes. The pretzel dog is salty too so it should be eaten with a drink. They have combos which includes a bottled drink but the selection of drinks are small. There's also a small selection of ice cream but tastes good.

Ordered rivet tray 24 hrs in advance. when I arrived to pick up - the line was out the door. these were people that also pre ordered and some pre paid for trays. NONE were made up yet. The pretzels were not even made yet. very poor service!! felt sorry for the employees that were overheated and running around trying to get order completed!!!! Not sure if this is common for this store?????

I went in a hour before closing and was told they were all out. Not all out of rivets or minis or pretzel dogs; all out of EVERYTHING. Not a single pretzel product in the building. Now I'm not a pretzel expert, but when the only thing you do is sell pretzels, you'd think that not running out of pretzels would be pretty high on your list of priorities.It's difficult to contemplate the events that would lead to such a disaster. Maybe the only person that knows how to toss a piece of pretzel dough in the oven had a family emergency and had to leave, or maybe they stop making pretzels at lunch time and just hope there is enough to get through the rest of the day. In any event, you might want to call ahead of time to make sure the "Pretzel Factory" will indeed have pretzels when you arrive.

I order pretzels a week ago and payed for then in advance..told them I need them by 12 pm..No problem they told me..I get there today and nothing is ready..They tell it will be 15 to 20 minutes..I got my money back and left

This is the second time I’ve stopped in for pretzel bites and once again they were rock hard (rivets). Not sure how often they turn around their pretzels, but I’m disappointed in the Gilbertsville store.

Second time I called day of an event (very early in the morning) and was told I couldn't order a tray. Called the Pottstown store both times afterwards and both times they were very friendly and were happy to take my order. Guess I should always just call pottstown store first.

Thy say they open at 10:00 a.m. Sitting in car til 10:10 waiting for them to unlock the door. Sooo i call to “see” if they are open. Reply...yes ma’am we open at 10:00! Needless to say i hung up the phone & left! Going to McDonalds for breakfast!

DON'T TIP OWERS TAKE THE TIPS AND CALL IT A BONUS AND GIVE IT TO THIER FAMILY MEMBERS. THE PRETZELS IN THE DISPLAY ARE CALLED DECORATIONS. ROCK HARD AND LEFT IN FOR HOURS.

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon on my way to work to pick up a doz pretzels for my coworkers. When I got to work 15 mins later the pretzels were hard as a rock. These weren't fresh at all. Not happy
