Such an amazing place! I’ve taken my dogs here to be groomed since they were both babies (now 16 years old). I couldn’t say enough great things about the place. The tech at my vets office recommended Mutt Hutt and I have been taking my dog there ever since. They are reasonably priced and they take great care of my terrier ( who is scared of other dogs). It’s the best groomer I’ve been too, my dog is never over shaved and they groom exactly as requested. The staff is also very nice and take great care of my pup.

The worst experience! I waited for a month to get my dog gets the appointment and they forgot to write down my name and number to call me now they wanted me to wait for another month if I want my dog groomed. I will take my business somewhere else all I heard saying she is not always in the front desk thats why she forgot to take your number iI waited for a momth and you forgot my number?!

I have been taking my dog to Mutt Hut since he was a puppy and now he is 4 years old. The women at the front desk is not very friendly and sometimes even rude. Every time my dog went to get groomed they said they couldn’t get his face, legs, nails, and tail. I took my dog somewhere else today for grooming. They did everything Mutt had said they couldn’t do. I won’t take my dog back to Mutt Hut.

I've been taking my pup here for a while. The girls there are fabulous and treat my dog like she's their own. They always take the best care of her to make sure she's comfortable, especially for her old age. Plus, my girl always comes back smelling so good for days.

They were great! I was able to get my dog in for a badly needed cut within 2 days. They took great care of him and they were super nice and understanding of his fear of grooming. We will definitely be lifelong patrons here

Dropped my boy off at 10:30. By 12:30 I hadn't heard anything and called. She said he'd be next. I had told her when we went in that he was 13 and has dementia. If they knew anything about dementia they would know it can include high anxiety which he has and gets medicated for. Why not let a new customer know of the wait time? Why not mention it especially when accepting a senior dog with dementia? I WAS FURIOUS and went and took him OUT OF THERE. The senior employee/owner said I have a mental problem; she is about to have one of her own once I begin contacting animal protection groups and filing complaints. In human terms, knowingly subjecting a special needs senior to a very lengthy wait without notice the courtesy of an could be described as elder care abuse. Our last groomer consistently took one hour. This woman's excuse for not telling me was, "It's like that everyplace." REALLY? No wonder I got called to fill an empty appointment, they probably lose customers all the time.

If I could give them no stars I would. I tried to tell them my dog had moles on her back. The girl Lauren didn't want to hear what I was trying to tell her before she groomed my dogs. They skinned them and when they came out they were bleeding and crying. It took several days to calm them down. You don't know what goes on behind there doors. I will never bring them back here. I will shout to the world Don't bring your dogs here!!!!! You will be sorry. Now I have to take this company to court.

I came in this past Wednesday with my Dog King and they made him look like my precious baby again . I love how they cared for my dog and they're price was very affordable for a wash , cut, nail trim & ear cleaning 45 !! I was 15 minutes late because I got lost and they still serviced my puppy with no problem . Also his appt was at 11am and he was ready by 1pm , Great timing Will definately be back & I recommend to anyone they're awesome!!!

We always go to the Mutt Hutt to get our dog's nails trim. Even when they are busy, they always make time to provide great service. The groomer will crawl all over the floor and do whatever it takes to make it easy on our dogs. The price is also very reasonable.

The people there are rude and not very nice or talkative at all. Also They could not finish cutting my dogs hair because she would not stay still. But they did shave half of her and then give her back saying they couldn’t finish. I feel like if they got half they could of finished. Now my dog looks so weird lol have to find a new place with better people.

My girl has been going here for as long as I can remember she is 9. She has never been easy but the amount of time they take on her and how she is actually pretty calm (for being her ) always makes me feel so confident that she is well taken care of . I will never take her anywhere else ! Also took my nephdog this trip ! Highly reccomend:)

I love the way Michelle takes care of my little girl, Pepper is not use to be in a crate and some days it takes longer than others for Pepper to be ready, I don't know if its because they get to busy or just distracted and don't call you as soon as they are done but that's the only reason I don't mark the 5 stars... sorry call me picky!Service is good, I always try to be on time and the one time I was late they did the grooming, so I guess it depends who's in the front desk.I like the place :)

Had I seen where they would keep my pup before hand, I would have turned around and walked out. The cut was not what I wanted, her nails were barely cut, and took about 3 hours (when they said it would take an hour) for my small 10lb dog. First and only time going to this place. Look elsewhere!

We Love the Mutt Hutt! Staff is super friendly & accommodating! Our dog is not great with other dogs so they always open early for us. It prevents any accidental bump-ins with other dogs. This is something they don't have to do but are nice enough to do. He's (Jack) a Rhodesian Ridgeback = very hyper, quirky & high strung, which is intimidating to most. Not them! They love him! He gets so excited when I say "want to go see your friend at the Mutt Hutt for a bath?" They are GREAT & I send everyone their way!

I made an appointment for 10:30. I over slept can go her there at 10:35. They refused to take her cause I was 5 mins late. Don't go there.
