The pharmacy staff at this store is completely incompetent. They have messed up prescriptions I desperately needed, and even when I stressed the urgency, and confirmed details with them three times! They made unacceptable mistakes compromising my quality of life.The Pharmacist herself looked up the wrong medication when I spelled it out for her and it was on file on my account. Then told me my medication was in stock (the wrong one she typed in) and the script should be filled by the next day. So when I call back the next day to ask why a hold has been placed on my urgent medication the first person doesn’t know and puts me on hold, then they keep passing me up the customer service chain eventually to the pharmacy manager.Who is completely unhelpful and unsympathetic considering the errors of her staff have directly impacted my quality of life, ability to work, and ability to function. Not to mention was unhelpful in my wish to lodge a complaint. Even after I pointed out this was not the first time I had seriously compromised quality of care because her staff did not double check when I asked to see if they were looking up the right medication? In the correct quality? And that it would be available when I need it? No, they would ignore me, and make promises they had no intention of keeping to help me, only to leave me for some unsuspecting coworker to find and try to figure out whatever they messed up this time.I was a loyal pharmacy customer for at least 2 years up until this last incident, not anymore.

I am an enormous fan of this store for its many services. But on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, I found a new reason to like and respect the Chestnut Hill Walgreens store. At roughly 3:30 PM, I made a purchase at the register, and brilliantly left my wallet on the counter. At 5 PM, I came back, extremely worried, and was very happy to see that the man at the register was the same guy who had waited on me 90 minutes ago. Did you happen to find a wallet? He smiled, and said, Yes. Let me call the manager. The manager brought the wallet forward, checked my name and address, and there I was 100% whole. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

I absolutely love this Walgreens!!! There are actually two locations that are closer to my house, but I don’t mind driving a little further because of the warm, and welcoming customer service. It’s also very clean, and always organized. I also love seeing Yolanda! She’s always so helpful, and super sweet. If I could give more than five stars I would! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The hours are incorrectly listed for the pharmacy. And the employees say they can do nothing about it when I asked them to contact corporate. Not good customer service. Actually, it looks like they were just late and the employees of the retail store. Don’t know what they’re talking about. They told me it wasn’t open until 10.

If I could give NO Stars I would. I would agree the customer service is horrific and sadly most employees project I don't care about you attitude. Sadly there are a few that try really hard to be nice and helpful. I have recently had several encounters of some very nasty staff which I believe may have been the reason for a $600 hold on my account which I cant get a manager to get a call back nor can the poor pharmacist help after a whole week to get it removed or get an answer why. I would say this is why national pharmacies don't work because they don't care even when servicing a pretty tight nit community like Flourtown.

Service seems to depend upon who is working at the time. Some of the clerks are great. Today I had the misfortune to have the one who seems to be perpetually cranky. She had no interest in answering my questions or helping me to solve my problem (which was caused by Walgreens). Then she argued with me that my credit card was a debit card. The pharmacist solved that quickly, but why should she need to? To top it off, she wasn't wearing a mask.

I had a medication that was out of stock at my local Walgreens, and multiple other locations. It wasn’t until I called the Bethlehem location that I finally spoke to someone who actually took the time and concern to help me find a solution. Thank you for the exceptional customer service!

Came to Walgreens to obtain 2 preventative vaccinations. We were called to the register; the fellow waiting on us, Makena, was very polite and personable. The elderly man at the register next to us had a associate name Katrice. She was very rude and short with the elderly man. I was so disgusted that anyone could treat another human being like that.

Had to make a quick stop at this Walgreens. I have never been to this location but the cashier (didn’t get her name, but I believe she’s Hispanic) was so upbeat and kind. She put a smile on everyone’s face who was in line. My advice to management would be to give this woman a raise for her customer service.

Went to the flourtown Walgreens yesterday to pick up a script. There were absolutely no sanitizing wipes nor solution to be found anywhere in the store for the customers. You can visit the Acme, the Giant, Killian's in Chestnut Hill everyone has wipes available to their customers. The pharmacist had both gloves and a mask on and she turned the keypad towards me to fill in information there was nothing to clean off the surface. I had to ask her for something to sterilize the pad before I used it and she had to go get their own sanitizing solution for me to use. Would recommend staying from the staying away from the flourtown store.

Very slow. I asked them to rush a pain medicine for a family member in severe pain from a spinal fracture, but it still took over 35 min to fill. They seem more interested in talking on the phone and drive-thru customers than costumers in need that are waiting for prescriptions in the store.

No dividers at the check out. The clerk was not wearing her mask above her nose. When I said she couldn't protect herself this way, from covid. She never put it up. She also got really sour. All I can is don't get to close. Protect yourself.

I usually stick to products sold at Sephora,but occasionally look around the cosmetics aisle while I wait for my prescription,and the lady that is in charge of the cosmetics is excellent.She gave me very good recommendations, and I discovered a lot ofgood drugstore brand products. will look into products at this store more often!

The pharmacy at this store seems to be backed up or not responding on 10/25-26/2021. My doctor's office couldn't reach the pharmacy either. Wasted too much time to get a prescription filled. Had to switch to nearby CVS. Disappointing service!

I was just in the Bethlehem Pike store. The manager Steve was scolding the cashier for not being at her register. She was in the back getting a case of trash bags while he was standing in the front. She came to the front, obviously out of breath, from carrying the case of bags. Instead of Steve being a Team player and waiting on myself and another customer, he proceeded, arms crossed in front of him( body language is everything) to scold her. His attitude was very disturbing and unnecessary. Some people are not meant to be leaders. Steve is one.
