The staff are so incredibly welcoming, friendly, and informative for me and my dog. I just moved to the area and was concerned about finding the usual dog food I buy for my dog, thankfully Pet Valu carries it and the staff were super helpful finding it for me and showing me some great alternatives. Also my dog loves all the attention, pets, and treats from the staff.

The staff is very helpful, its clean and organized. I prefer to shop here over any big box pet places, especially because they do not sell critters. Its out of the way for me , but I will always make the trip. And love the dog bath.

The staff is exceptional in friendliness & level of service. Store is well kept, well stocked and the self wash stations are kept spotless. We come here once a month for baths and it's a great set-up, makes bathing so much easier!

The staff here are just so wonderful. We have a kitty whose very specific about the food that she eats. They usually have to check in the back to see if they have any, but they never make me feel bad about having to do so. Always cheerful, helpful and awesome. Love supporting this business.

Very helpful team best deals when you find some of their offerings on sale. If you are a frequent shopper rewards of $10 or more credit on purchase. Prices are similar and choices are good grain free for both cats & dogs

Cynthia is there twice a month to cut nails and she's fabulous! Also love giving my dog a bath without any clean up! Worth every penny!

I am a veterinarian and i tried to use this store for my pets because there are very few options in the area. I have had nothing but trouble here. The stock is very inconsistent. I can no longer switch my pet's food based on what they decide to carry. The bag programs don't work because they dont reliably carry the same products. I am sorry to say this store is a disappointment.

This is my favorite pet store. Not Pet Valu, but this specific one. They staff is always in a good mood, the store is the cleanest pet store I've ever been to and they always have good prices and selection

Great customer Service as always here .Its ashame they are closing up all there stores across the United States.Not sure how much longer doors stay open,great place to wash ur dog only 10 bucks they supply it all

Rented a rug cleaner because of our dog. This place gets a zero 0 for customer service but the rug cleaner worked so great and that is what saved them from getting a one star.

I am retired so I am able to go to the store during off peak hours -- the staff is very helpful and attentive -- perhaps that is the key -- I like this store very much.
