My 75 yr old mother lives in Elwood city, and frequents this pharmacy often.. went there today 1.2.24 she is overwhelmed, (she was in the hospital for over a week with my father. ) if a older person comes to you with many prescriptions and you (pharmacy) doesn’t have it don’t you think you could be a little more helpful to the older people in your community. Could you have found out where this drug is for her? Talk to your customer instead of pushing her on her merry way. I don’t think that is too much to ask for… my father is 82. N fell to a horrible sickness…people who are in the medical profession are in this perfession to help people. Right? Or was it just the money??? 5 min outta your time to help a older person. I do it everyday!!! Little guidance goes a long way. Just saying… shame on you

Just moved to ellwood 6 months ago...rite aid pharmacy staff is always so polite and efficient...12/22/23 Alisha is the best...she has been such a joy to work with..she is very polite and professional !!! Merry Christmas to all

My experience is different I go to Rite Aide once a week just about. The people are always nice to me and the pharmacist Jodi is great. She orders my stuff if it’s not in and let’s me know when it’s coming. I have had some slow days but don’t we all.

What can I say, geriatric staff that move at a snales pace. Medications never ready when they specifically state a time they will be ready. Grumpy Pharmacy techs. I hope Amazon comes out with a prescription service to possible wake the staff out of the coma they are in.UPDATE: Looks like Amazon is offering pharmacy service now. Excellente

There is one VERY kind cashier! Not sure about the others because I don’t shop there. I just walked in and was warmly greeted! ( coming and going. Wow) I’ve heard someone else say that about him. The world needs more like him!
