Our family loves Dogroom. We've been going there for years, to have our long-haired cat groomed. Aileen does wonderful work and is great with the animals. We highly recommend Dogroom!

I went in only to get the hair on my puppy's face cut. That is all I asked her. Without asking me, she proceeded to cut my puppy's nails. I told her the vet had just cut them. My puppy squealed when she cut too deep and I saw blood on the bottom of his paw. She was pulling his legs high in different directions....and never let me get near my dog. I should have yelled. I DID NOT ASK HER TO CUT HIS NAILS!. HE WAS CRYING AND SHE SAYS THEY ALL DO. I will never go back! On the way home, my puppyThrew up in the car. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Wonderful experience! Truly a caring owner/groomer. I went in to get front nails clipped. I ended up getting all 4 feet done plus a little more at no extra charge and the charge was already 1/2 of what I expected. This is the place to go!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Two years since I wrote the review above and I am still going to the dogroom! Ailene is a superb groomer, so much so that I now take my dog regularly and let her do the full groom which I used to do on my own at home. It gives pup a morning out & I appreciate not having all the hair to clean up. I just bathe and touch up in between grooming sessions.If you live anywhere near Elkin's Park, give the dogroom a try. Support local business!

I was embarrassed to take my dog in to Aileen as he was a mess. Dirty, itchy and grumpy. I asked for her for a moisturizing bath, and got the works! Ears, nails, anal sacs and more. He is looking great! Thank you so much!

My dog Pontiac loves Alene ,he hates being groomed and is very well behaved for her.He was very happy when I piced him up and he smelled and looked great.Now he drags me into the store when we get there.Thanks again
