This was my first time buying a vehicle from Cunningham Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Cunningham Chrysler made this the best buying experience I have ever had. It was fast and easy. They were so fair with pricing. Everyone that worked there was so nice, friendly, and courteous from the manager, salesperson, and finance guy. Our salesperson Donte Harden made sure we loved the vehicle and let us test drive multiple vehicles to make sure we were happy. I feel like they really listened to our needs and found us exactly what we wanted. I would buy from Cunningham Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram again!!!! It was an exceptional experience.

I recently purchased a truck here. Ellise was great! She made the process so simple. I was in and out in less than an hour. She answered all my questions and went over everything. Like many people here I was victim of the mail scam from this store. If thinking that sending mails with fake prices is a good marketing strategy, believe me it’s not. I will never buy anything from this place, just because they are not trustable or ethical, and they clearly showed it to me with this. Try to avoid this place, there are many other more serious places to deal with.

I accidentally forgot to drop my truck over the weekend for my Monday appointment. I dropped my truck off at 1pm on Monday for inspection. It was still worked into the schedule and inspection was completed. I was able to pick my truck up on Tuesday. Prices were reasonable and work was completed quickly. I appreciate how everything was handled.

Dave Gouldsmith has ruined many friendships and many peoples lives selling them trash fraudulent vehicles with fake reports, fake inspections. People who considered him their friend, he has ripped off allllll for personal gain and all for himself. He has the nerve to keep offering everyone vehicles after he’s already ripped them off. I could go on naming everyone in Erie who he’s done this to, but I’ll just keep it short. Dave I hope you rot in hell and the company you’re doing this for is getting sued for fraud. I hope you all enjoy. The pics down below are just from 2 of many people he’s abused and lied to. Again all for personal gain. I hope you’re happy “buddy” why don’t you sell your house and compensate everyone you ripped off before judgement day

This dealership preys on the elderly with scratch off scams. My father who is 87 y/o was sent a scratch off by this dealership and it indicated he won 10K that could be put towards a vehicle purchase. We he went into the dealership and three sales reps for three hours pressured him into buying a 2021 Buick Encore with 57K miles for 24K by deceptively stating the listing price was 34K. Back in 2021the MSRP for a new Buick Encore was between 25K and 29K. Autotrader lists 2021 Buick Encores for between 17K and 22K with less than 15K miles at the majority of dealerships. So my father not only did not receive a 10k reduction he was actually overcharged at least 6K at this dealership. I am filing a complaint with BBB for preying on the elderly with intentionally deceptive business practices. Absolute Disgrace!

I just purchased a new jeep out of state and needed to have it inspected for PA registration, so I bought it here, ; hoping to build a good local relationship. It went fine except for one little item. The price was high as most dealers are, due to overhead, but since it’s a brand new vehicle, it passed. I was charged a $2.00 shop supply fee , which was not for window cleaner. They removed the New York safety sticker and left all of its residue on the glass, then placing the PA stickers on. So now I have to look at smeared glue on my windshield of my new truck. The small things are important and if it’s worth doing then it should be done right. I paid over $80 for stickers and a dirty window.

Scammy business. Sent out fake fliers that say you won 10 grand. When you show up, you get 5 bucks. We even called ahead to verify the legitimacy of the ticket. They swore it was good and we would be issued a check. That’s not what happened. When we got there we received 5 bucks. It’s not even about the money for me. It’s the flat out lying. If they lie about that what else are they lying about. Makes you wonder…

We went looking to trade our current vehicle. Our salesman Steve was excellent!! He worked hard to get us a decent payment and we ended up with an even better payment then expected in the end AND drove off the lot in 3 hours! Everything fell right into place and we will definitely be returning! Everyone was very personable and professional which made it a fantastic experience! It's always nerve racking to car shop but Steve made it quick and painless and we even joked around with him! Thank You Cunningham of Edinboro!!EDIT: My husband and I bought a Fiat 500 from Cunningham's about 6 months ago (as review above) and on July 1, 2023 we had an unfortunate event where we had an accident and totaled the Fiat! Our Salesman Steve Voto was excellent when we purchased the Fiat so we gave him a call a few days later to see what we could do to get another vehicle and just like our previous visit Steve was very attentive and worked very very hard to get us into something else. He kept in touch with us during the whole process and found us another ride!! He worked tirelessly to keep the payments within our budget and got us into a Dodge Ram. My husband was super happy because he originally wanted a truck! So I want to shout a special THANK YOU TO STEVE VOTO for everything you have done and to everyone who was involved in getting us into another vehicle! We will be returning in the future and will definitely recommend Cunningham's of Edinboro to all our family and friends! Everyone is always super courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and what they have available! If there isn't anything that catches your eye there ask Steve Voto about what is available elsewhere and he will do his absolute best to find you exactly what your looking for! Although I was there with someone that was inquiring about a newer vehicle, We both had THE BEST experience we’ve EVER had at a dealership. They were nothing but courteous, respectful, informational, and new, how to make a car-buying experience, an experience that was absolutely astonishing and memorable. I went to Cunningham’s for their special event for the flyer, I apologize I don’t remember the sales man name. But he started to talk to me about trading in my vehicle and mentioned that they didn’t have to pull my credit but it would be a soft credit pole as time went on. I got a notification, stating a hard inquiry was pulled. I worked very hard to get my credit back up to where it was and now it dropped down even more so all I am saying is be careful which salesman you go to at this location. I don’t expect much to come from this. I just hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Don’t waste ur time going in for the cash bash. The code you get in the mail is a lie. You go in and they have a completely different set of codes to give you only $5. Sad to see what one would assume is a trustworthy establishment pull off such a bait and switch on people.

Brought my car in on Monday, didn’t get to it until Thursday. I told them I just replaced the battery. I was told the battery was dead. Brought another battery and was charged $110 for labor, warranty doesn’t cover the battery. Definitely got a royal screwing.

Like many other people in these reviews, I got one of those slimy mailers that claimed that I had won a sizeable amount of money in the form of a cash prize. On my way to run some errands, I decided to stop by. The staff took my information before informing me that I was only to be awarded $5. This is a CHEAP SCAM to attract customers, and I'm glad that they paid me $5 to tell all of you about it. Even of this is an honest business, they SHOULD NOT be using such cheap and predictable tricks to prey upon the vulnerable local populations of college students and elderly into coming to their showroom.

I am not sure how mail flyers that deliberately trick (in the legal sense of the word, I think it's not *technically* a scam) customers into believing they won money will make anyone want to buy a car from them. I even called beforehand as I was skeptical, asking "If my winning number matches the amount of money on this paper, then I will win that much money in cash?" I should've asked for a straight yes or no, or phrased my question like I'm asking the Monkey's Paw. Because if I were to sue, she could've been talking about the paper in the building that the flyer does not tell you about, that you have to match ANOTHER number to, which on the flyer looks as if it's part of mailing information or an address or something. Not only will I not buy so much as an airfreshener from here, but due to corporate having approved of this, I will be boycotting all Chrsyler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram locations as well as all vehicles and products created by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles.

The dealers here are SCUM. Tried to get me into a 10 year old pickup for 40k when it sold for brand new for 43k (as evidenced by the documentation in the glovebox). When I called them out on it they came down half immediately (which confirmed that they’re scum). Constantly pressured me to agree to the deal, kept my keys from me. Go somewhere else. Hell, walk. This place only cares about taking your wallet.
