I go to rutters everyday, at least a couple of times a day. I spend a lot of money there. I get at least $500 in gas a month for my landscaping company. Rutters says they offer prizes. I have not got any "prizes" I feel like its just a gimmick. If you've received a prize please leave a review. And by the way Alyssa not sure if that's spelled right she works in the deli she makes the best made to order drinks like milkshakes Etc. Ask for her to make yours if your at eastberlin rutters

Edit to Rutter's reply: I did already fill out a feedback back when the last time I was there happened and all I got was a generic reply.Last three visits ended in extreme frustration and dissatisfaction. Poorly trained and or just plain uncourteous staff. Their ATM machine is ALWAYS down and they know it and don't seem to care since "it's not our machine" as they said. I literally drive out of my way to stop somewhere else, anywhere else.

I worked here for a few months. I would recommend getting food here! They have a great menu , friendly staff, and are meticulous to check temperatures of all equipment and food stations and it is very clean! I am in Arizona now and miss Rutters as my go to place to eat!

To the patrons who have commented before me, if you need to complain about any gas station, you're just sad. I've been at this location during almost all times of the day. I've always been treated with appropriate respect. I'm sure it's not the employees' fault that they are only scheduled with so many people at such busy times, so go easy on them. They're trying to get you out of there as soon as possible, just so they don't get reamed out. And just like in your job, they have things that need to get done at such and such a time, and maybe they're not right there, waiting at the door for you to kiss your feet. That's something you need to live with. You're having a bad day? They're not going to throw a pity party for you, because guess what: They've probably had 20 other customers just like you within the last 8 hours. Maybe in the last hour, depending on what day it is.All in all, the staff here is pleasant (despite the way I've seen them treated by unreasonable customers), the service is satisfactory, and the environment is welcoming.

I was in this rutters on Thursday. I was in contact with a lady named Cassandra. She went above, beyond, and even helped me outside. She was so careful and put on a bright yellow vest to make sure she and I were both safe. I needed help with my pumping my gas and she even offered to siphon her own gas into my car. Such a sweetie. I tried to give her a $20 tip but she ended up giving me $20 instead. GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE!!!!!

I usually have a blast when I come here. Most of the people there know me because I go there every other day. Today I wanted to never go back because they refused to let me buy my cigarettes which I get, like I said, every other day. The lady gave me and my mom such an attitude when she tried to get them for me (note I'm 20yrs) it was baffling, especially because she has sold me my cigarettes at least five times prior to this occasion without carding me.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS RUTTER'S !! the food prep area is dirty. Looks like it hasn't had a good cleaning in months. the grease for the fryer tasted as if it wasn't changed in months as well. the warmer had caked on old food.I don't even wanna guess the last time they were washed, YUK !

On June 2 2016 I stopped here for gas and a bite to eat. I used my bank card to pay my bill. On August 3, 2016 a $214.75 charge shows up from a Rutter's in Dillsburg Pa., just thirteen miles apart from the E. Berlin store. I was not at this Rutter's store ever and only at the E. Berlin store once ever. I reported this to my bank and to the Dillsburg Police. I believe it may have been the cashier that stole my card info. I believe this person may work at both stores. If anyone has any info please contact Officer Soloman at the Dillsburg Police department. I'm serious about pressing charges against this person. Its sad to think some people have no conscience about stealing like this. I hope Rutter's will help in finding this person also as it did nothing for the stores reputation. I intend to make this public in hopes to catch this crook.

Used to go to this Rutter's a lot. now I tend to go to Weis. If nothing else because this Rutter's gas prices are 15- 20 cents more than Weis 3 blocks away. Stop overcharging your customers.

Just a typical Rutter's. Some staff are friendly, some are grumps. If you need certain things, you're better either driving down to Walmart or the Weis right down the road.

It was an amazing placeA worker there named Cassandra really helped me out and when she got off and saw that I was walking alone she gave me a ride home an amazing worker I truly appreciate how nice the workers are there. I am really going to be going back!👁👄👁
