I go here to get organic vegetables and milk. The store is well maintained, and you can see freshness in what they sell, be it produce baked goods or diary products. Checkout is usually fast, and the staff is friendly. I like their raw milk and it's a good product. The price will be on the higher side!

Over priced goods. Hit it miss with the staff. They recently moved everything in the store around. You'd think if they saw someone looking back and forth for stuff that someone would ask if you needed help. Unfortunately they seemed more concerned with talking to each other. Other times I've gone in and they have a decent helpful staff. They sell items that are tasty but are insanely over l overpriced. If you can find them literally anywhere else they will be cheaper. They have the convenience of it being located next to the gym and it's generally a clean store so they've got that going for them.I understand stores like this are always overpriced but it still just sucks.

I absolutely love Kimberton! The amazing atmosphere, kind and helpful staff, and wonderful food options are what makes it my go-to grocery store. I have made a unique friendship with each staff member, and I love their variety of fresh snacks and meals. I highly suggest checking it out!

Kimberton always has the freshest local produce. I used to come less often because I thought it would be too expensive shopping here often for a family of 6, but their prices are definitely competitive at this point. They offer many great sales that make this a great weekly stop for me now.

Love this grocery store. Quick and easy to get into and out of... So many healthy choices and lots of sauces and other additions you can't find anywhere else. I get good ideas for meals just walking the aisles here. It's a low key, relaxing experience.

This is a nice market to go to. Especially if you're really into all organic and vegan/vegetarian lifestyles. They have frozen meals, fruits and fresh fruits, chips and sweets. as well as body and bath that's all organic and naturally made so if you don't want to spend a lot of time at other supermarkets, reading labels and double-checking if it has anything this is the store you want to go to. it isn't a really huge big store, but it should have most of the things you're looking for.

Not as big as the Exton Whole Foods, but do carry amazing products. We go here shopping very often. Love their raw honey and many other organic produce.

Love this place!!! So many great items that you can't find anywhere else! Compared to other health markets in the area, they ALWAYS have the most competitive prices and there are always tons of sales going on. Just recently found some vitamins that were on sale for almost $10 cheaper than Amazon and at other competing health chains! The reviews saying their prices are unreasonable are simply unfair - Kimberton Whole Foods sells the freshest local organic produce and carries many health-oriented items that you would be unable to find in any other stores in the area for miles. And compared to other health food stores in the region, they have the best prices of them all. There is simply no comparison to Giant, Aldi, Acme, etc. to be made because they are on a whole different level of dedication to quality and care for their customers. Support local businesses!

Expensive for "fresh" produce that's not fresh. Corn on the cob was so old and starchy I threw them out. Bit of an ouch at 1.75 an ear. Cashier didn't even acknowledge me. She was too busy chatting it up with her coworkers. To boot she charged me for 5 ears...not that she asked me how many ears I had... that would have required her to acknowledge me. Between cost, bad product, and customer service, won't be going back. One and done customer.

Fantastic store - they have great options and produce, and still do curbside pickup. Everyone in there is super nice, and we do all of our grocery shopping here. Lots of organic and non-gmo products available, excellent produce.

Great store, friendly staff, and they carry Fishtown pickle project, which happen to the best pickles ever.

Awesome little store. Go in with realistic expectations: it is a small footprint and is selling premium quality food, so naturally the selection is limited and you're going to spend a bit of money. But they pack a lot of great choices in that small space. The little stickers with staff recommendations are a nice touch too. Just wish we had found this place sooner! We've lived in the area for 2.5 years and always wished there was a place like this nearby.

I visited today after having not been in for a while assuming things are expensive now to feed my family of 5. I wanted to get dinner. I bought 2 packs of chicken tenderloins (my kids favorite) 2 lbs of flat iron steak, a wonderful marinade for the chicken, a sliced loaf of beautiful Italian bread, the freshest loose baby Bella mushrooms and some gorgeous bell peppers (steak toppers), and 2 bags of frozen organic crinkle cut fries with sea salt. A lot of food! As a side I found a local coffee (whole bean roasted last week!). All was local and the bill was $75. We grilled and made garlic bread from the Italian loaf. We have enough leftover for a second meal! Staff was friendly and immediately attentive and helpful. We regret assuming I would spend more here. Everything was so delicious-the chicken was so good it was special. The steak was the best! And we all look forward to leftovers. For the quality you can’t feed 5 people twice for that price. I look forward to going back! And the coffee I ground at home locally roasted just days ago- cherry on top! I think I don’t have time to cook some nights but this took 40 minutes from start to table. Not that I eat steak every night-it was a special occasion. I’m trying to eat more healthy and local and look forward to going back for the next meal. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here a couple times per week ever since moving to the area last year. I stop in frequently when out on a bicycle ride to grab a bite to eat. Their soups, sandwiches, and wraps are excellent, and everything is made with fresh, organic, local ingredients. I don’t do regular shopping here as prices can be a bit steep, but for wonderful service and products I don’t mind paying a little extra. I’ve purchased vegetables, cereal, chocolate, frozen foods, and personal care items like lotion, toothpaste, and deodorant, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and service. I just love coming here.

UPDATE ~ Love Kimberton. I found out I have more food allergies on top of my Celiac. :( Employees have helped me navigate finding tasty foods & snacks I can eat. Thank you!~~~~~~~~~GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM JAKE!! I arrived at the store Friday night right as they closed. I was pretty sad, as I wanted tea tree oil & figured I'd have to find another day to get back to the store. An employee inside the store saw me & opened the door. I commented that he must have seen my reaction to them being closed & he said come in! I couldn't believe it! Most businesses send you on your way when they are closed. The employee was Jake, who helped me choose the right tea tree oil, quickly checked me out & sent me on my way as a very happy customer. I am a new customer to this store & because of Jake & his great service, I'll definitely be back. THANK YOU JAKE!!

Excellent selection of local produce and goods in addition to the nationwide offerings you’d find somewhere at a big box “health nut” grocer.

Warm, friendly staff, great selection of products. They even carry the Vegan Scrapple by Russian Pepper USA! It's a little off the Main Line, but well worth the extra few minutes to get there.

I go to Kimberton Whole Foods whenever I run out of Raw honey, any organic foods, toxic free household products. Their prices are great (so much better than a newly open store!), the people who work there know their stuff and if they don’t they will find out for you.I’ve been going there since they opened up in Downingtown and cannot see any reason to go anywhere else!

A small store that sells high quality food tailored to people who prefer organic, locally-sourced products. Parking is adequate and the staff are pleasant. There's not a lot of choice because of the small size of the store and the fact that many shelves are wasted on do-nothing homeopathic stuff.

Local, organic, and artisan foods and home and bath products at good prices. I'm getting used to the atmosphere - I understand how some could feel a bit intimidated, but you can't beat the selection of local foods and high quality organics in a small, pleasant store with surprisingly good prices on many things.
