I’ve been going to this CVS store since it opened. I’ve even moved further out and have 2 other CVS locations closer to my home, but I still go to this store because the staff here are always welcoming and work hard to take care of their customers… extremely grateful after all this time!!! Maria F

CVS keeps getting better, and Downingtown has always been better than average. That's saying a lot for a national brand. I especially appreciate the expertise of the pharmacy. They're courteous and a few of the staff are the best around. Recently, they got rid of the CVS pay, which was ok but the cell coverage was terrible and the transaction would sometimes not go through. Today, they have the CVS barcode for the rewards and they have apple pay for the transactions. The combination is super efficient, and along with the coupons, the full package is a great customer experience. If the prices were more realistic to begin with, I'd give 5 stars.
