bought some sodas with a buddy and stood next to the empanada place nextdoor before we ordered some food. the lady at the register came out with an attitude and asked us what we were doing there then proceeded to say it was weird that we were there so we just left. definitely wont be coming back.

I'm not exactly sure exactly how to describe THE store. I have lived here for many, many years and have never (not even one time) been disappointed. They always have what you need (the solution) and if it's not there, they'll help you figure out a different solution. It truly is THE store. Highly recommended.

They've always had reasonably prices and a great supply of stuff for the homeowners and/or willing to help you out with a project.In this case, rescreening a screen door that a bear came through!In the past they supplied me with the best gutter guards, specially sized and colored doors and brown tarps required by Hemlock Farms!

This place always has everything I need from pool supplies to odds and ends for my home projects and just today I got a movers back brace since I messed up my back yesterday from leaf blowing.All staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about so many things... it is really a great place to go.They are like a Walmart of hardware stores... even have consignment clothing in a section too...Even my 85 lb dog approves cause they've got dog treats too...Thanks again Flair... u guys are AWESOME :)

I could EASILY go down the road to "the other" hardware store but I won't. I LOVE that home feeling you get there, people that remember you & the stock they have. If they do not have what you want, they will order it for you if they can get it! I will shop there any day compared to a chain store. Flair hardware is the best on the mountain & so are the people who work there

Very friendly staff. And if they don't have what you need they'll go out of the way to try and order it. Oh and you can get your fishing license there too.

Bought a can a spray paint started using it and it stopped working, went back to the hardware store and they wouldn’t exchange it or give me my money back. They said I turned it upside down. I will not be going there again!

love this place came in looking for one item gentleman reminded me ill need a few other things to complete project.needless to say he was right I did come back he recognized me and went to grab items that were needed without me having to ask i made a joke we shared a few stories!!I would never get that kind of service at a bigger place!keep up the good work

Since moving from Queens to Milford, I have always been happy with my experience here. The woman who works there has always been extremely helpful when it came to my bathroom sink bursting and I needed a part to when I needed new deadbolts. I am happy that Flair is in the neighborhood and always know I will be helped when walking through the door.

Salesgirl was more worried about how high my Wuhan Flu mask was on my face than serving me as a customer. She put me at risk as I had to keep fiddling with my mask with contaminated hands. When she finally got around to helping me, she first got me the wrong item and then substituted another item that wasn't what I asked for. Time for her to open her ears. This was the first time I had been here and it definitely WILL BE THE LAST. High prices, poor service and nasty sales people will stop me from doing business with them in the future. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This place has been my to go to place since I bought my first house here in 1985. Its a family owned and operated American business. If ou dont see what you need just ask. They can get it for you. The staff is very helpful and prices are competitive with some items like wood trim at half that of the big box stores. Do your Homework! Get it??

I went there to get garden hose accessories they were cleaned out and I was really surprised they did not order more supplies before they ran out... They lose money because people have to go somewhere else to get it.... And they are neighborhood hardware store so you think they would have stuff and stock and not let it run out before they don't have anymore

Staff are unpleasant to deal with at timesIf you don't have the parts available, at least check with mgmt to see if the part can be order and pick up at a later date. Don't send me to another store when you don't know the address or the parts even available to purchase & have me driving down the route and wasting gas for no reason.

The folks at Flair have been the most helpful since my move to Milford 8 yrs ago. If I have an issue, or a question, or a problem, they have an answer or solution for me. The entire staff is so helpful and patient as I explain the "doo hicky" I need.The young gals who work there are not only impressively and extremely knowledgeable about the business, but lovely & pleasant.As a single female, Flair has made it easier for me to live here in the Poconos.

Own a house nearby, they have bailed me out quite a few times,their sign says it all, they may not have as much as the big stores, but have the knowledge, saves time going to big stores,worth the extra$
