I have visited on other occasions and I always catch the store when it is busy. Yet, I can get the items I wanted and check out with no problems. Abundantly stocked items make it easy to grab and go. Spacious and bright isle allow for easy flowing without blocking other shoppers. Worth stopping for.

Store is clean and people are friendly. This issue is stocking. I find myself going to other Giants or Weis to get basic needs like distilled water. I don’t even try this Giant if that is what I need. When I am there I check and as usual they are out. Bottles tea is another one they seem to run out of often. There are other items as well. Maybe who ever does the ordering needs to walk the store more often and see the emptiness. Cannot be a supply chain problem when other stores in the area have the item.

Good supermarket. Quality produce, meat, & deli. Sells beer & wine. Good selection of just about everything. Usually very fast checkout.Today, when I returned, I was unable to find an item. First, a manager helped me, then an associate walked up and offered to walk with me to help me mind it, with a smile!Thank you!

Good Giant store, they have what you need. It's clean and well organized. Staff is always helpful. Starbucks is generally busy so if you are planning to go leave a few min early

A good grocery store. Can't give 5 stars though because whenever I place a pickup order they almost always seem to be missing something I want. And their ability to properly substitute one item for another is severely limited.

Giant is a great grocery store. Stopped in to grab a few items today. Powerade is on sale currently and it did look like they deals on meat. The produce section looked stocked up nicely! The variety snack bags were almost completely gone. Oh and they do have Flonase in case you're like my wife ha!

I went to the deli counter to buy a half pound of sliced lunch meat. Having told the guy 3 times half pound and i wanted it sliced at 1.5 thickness he put a pound of sliced ham on the scale. I told him to remove half of it, I wanted a half pound. I come to find out it was not sliced correctly.I stopped at customer service and told them that the experience I had. They went and brought me a new package of meat and refunded my money.THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME. ITS the time I refunded to be treated like that.RE-TRAININGRE-EDUCATION

This Giant is horrible!!!! A lot of the staff are unfriendly for one thing. I don’t know if that is because management is bad or they just don’t want to be there. The selection of groceries is awful (other Giants are much better and staff is much nicer). Don’t waste your time. Drive a few more miles to Weis in Bowmansdale or Giant off of Winding Hill Road.

Shame on you, Corporate Office that allowed this to happen!You fired an employee of 27 years that simply told a customer where not to put his motorized shopping cart? CLEARLY you were looking for a reason to fire him. He dedicated his entire life to your store and you treat him this way? We stayed here for a while on the way from Virginia to Pocono national park. All the ingredients in the salad bar were very fresh.Although cashier's staff smiled and kindly helped us.

Although Dillsburg is a small town, the Giant grocery store here is nice and offers items you'd usually have to go to a specialty store for. They do have an in house butcher, a small seafood market, a nice deli, and even fresh Chinese food.Prices are moderate, however if you use their bonus cats and watch for items you can get some good deals and earn money off of gas at their pumps. They also double coupons up to a dollar.Recently the front of the store was remodeled, customer service is now next to the registers and they do a good job of checking customers out quickly.Like most supermarkets these days, you'll also find a flower shop, bakery, and pharmacy; they offer a salad bar and hot food specials daily, including catering.My main complaint here is that they never seem to have enough people to bag your groceries and it really helps to speed things up if you have that assistance. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

The supermarket in Dillsburg is marginally better than the one in Mechanicsburg. It's larger, has a wider variety and has beer & wine. Seafood Manager was pleasant and went into his cooler to get us the wild caught shrimp that we wanted.

The deli tuna salad has a whole lot of water in it. Never drained. When you eat it there is almost no mayonnaise no seasoning and you have to drain the water out of it every time you open the container. I wish I could get my money back. I have to re doctor up the food because it's like opening a can of tuna and putting some celery in it. No onions no nothing. I would like to take it back but the next batch is probably just as disappointing. I canr say anything about the other food but stay away from the tuna salad as it it just tuna out of the can and that's about it. Gross.

It seems more and more that their brand is on the shelves, with less options. Some private label items are great whole others are only cheaper but not the same quality. But overall it is a great local grocery store for a small town and I appreciate all they do to try and support Dillsburg.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful! I shop here very often and the store is well organized and easy to navigate. They have a pretty large selection of vegetarian and vegan foods as well and I like the food diversity. It’s a quick shopping experience with good selections and good deals on baby stuff!
