Nice place to go with kids, they loved the ice cream so much they ate everything!!! The ladies were friendly I will definitely come back for more. Also priced right. My oldest got some chocolate milk and said it was the best one he ever had. I couldn’t help but notice the map they have on the wall which I think is really cool you would be surprised people from around the world been there.

Nestled atop rolling green hills, this unassuming, friendly dairy farm offers numerous flavours of ice cream, and delicious ice cream cakes dairy and ice cream containers to go. Get off the highway, and come get you some ice cream in the country side. You will be so happy you did. Best Ice Cream we have had in ages! 20/10!

CASH ONLY. We love taking our family for ice cream whenever we’re in town—it is family tradition years upon years, several generations, in the making. I can say, we visit lots of ice cream places around the USA, this is THE best. Check out the cows around the back—it smells like ice cream ;-) buy cakes, pies, and milk here, too!

Buying ice cream from a place that makes its own is usually a treat. Manning's is no exception. One of the things that makes this place so special is they also produce the dairy used in their products. Before going into the ice cream shop, you can visit next door and watch the staff milk the cows (though they might not be doing if you're timing isn't good). The ice cream shop is small, but the selection of ice cream and frozen yogurt is massive and creative. It's easy to be overwhelmed by the options. However, the friendly and knowledgeable staff will help you by describing flavors, providing free tastes, and explaining serving and topping choices (i.e., cone, cup, sundae, etc.). You can get an individual serving or a container of varying sizes to take with you. They also sell ice cream cakes, soft drinks, and milk. My only problem with the place (costing them a star) is that there is no place on site to sit and enjoy. If there were, I probably would have gone back to the counter for more. When near the area -- I'd happily travel 45 minutes -- be sure to treat yourself to a visit. Parking is free and ample.

Year 3 of stopping on our way from Buffalo, New York to Ocean City, NJ. This is the best tradition that actually started decades ago when my aunt and uncle charted a bus to get to their wedding in DE. This trip we got delicious mint chip, cotton candy and snoopie. Yum!

The ice cream is always delicious and the experience is fun. You can see baby cows right up close some visits. They have a nice covered area to eat right across the street as well. We always make a point to go there when visiting the area.

Great Ice Cream! Location is a fun destination to get to. However, be prepared with cash as cards and other payments are not accepted. Staff is hit or miss. I've been welcomed with kind greetings and warm smiles and I've been greeted with rolling eyes and sighs of total perturbance, but you're here for the ice cream!

i had the worst experience coming here. i usually have 0 complaints and love the ice cream here. however, my previous time there i was screamed at and treated rudely by one of the workers. she completely ignored me when i asked for a specific flavor in a cone and comes back with a baby cup of mint ice cream when i got cotton candy? i asked her if she could redo it and she screamed at me and said “you’re so high maintenance it’s just ice cream” then refused to make me new ice cream and told me to move to the other end of the store away from customers. the worker was very short and tiny and she looked like a boy with a boy haircut and glasses. she was a miss know it all and nasty.

There is nothing better than straight from the farm. They have very polite and patient employees. On the menu, there are many flavors. The ice cream is the best.. covered seating area... great place to take my son for ice cream, after some time fishing.

It's ice cream at the real farm. No sugar coating it. Lol ice cream was decent. My milkshake was super thick.Smell from the cows brought me back to my childhood. You could go visit the cows if you like. Or sit at one of the many picnic tables available. Porta pottys if you've got to go.Would I go back? Yes. Do my kids want to go back? Unfortunately, no. They prefer the Hillside farms experience more.

June 5th at the Clark Summit store the Caramel Critter ice cream was icy with little flavor. I love their products, and will continue to come back, but todays product seemed like it was partially thawed? and refrozen. Just a fyi for the Manning family.

Manning Farm Dairy Ice Cream......I've seen it written that it's not about the destination, it's about the journey.... well, I'm here to say that the original Manning's Farm Dairy Ice Cream Stand at their Dairy Farm is a bit of an exception to that Emerson line... Manning Farm Dairy is about the destination and too, it is also about the journey.....!! (Note: They are Cash only, no credit card!)What an incredible journey from wherever you were.... and what an incredible treat awaits you at your destination....!Ice Cream.... its all about Ice Cream....and what an incredible selection of ice cream flavours!!! OMG..!!.... as for the journey... My Tip: don't leave back in the same direction you arrived.... take the other side of the hill!! Life's a trip... enjoy the ride!! The Ice Cream ride!! Q

Can I just say your ice cream is delicious especially the banana which nobody makes. Omg so so good. I have not been to the dairy but we do have a sweet little ice cream shop nearby that carries your ice cream and we absolutely love it. Boy you can really taste the difference when it is made fresh and locally. But the banana flavor is my all time favorite flavor especially topped with some chocolate or caramel. I just wish I could buy it by the gallon is all

Great ice cream. Probably one of my favorite places to go. Love that they have their own dairy to use. Ice cream is rich and flavors are excellent. They may seem pricey, but for the quality and quantity it is well worth it. We travel over an HR to get it

I needed an ice cream cake quickly, and they have several on-hand, ready to personalize when you come into the store. They have the regular chocolate/vanilla kind, but also special raspberry, Oreo, and chocolate cakes.I was able to pick it up within a few minutes.

We camp at the State Park. We make a point to Always go to the farm to get Ice Cream. It is outstanding!!! Even though I get the ice cream in a lil place in Milford were I live. Nothing like the farm. Love Love Love it!

Nice to be able to see the source of the food, literally, mooing away. Kids loved seeing the cows and it was clean here. Just make sure you have cash, no card accepted.

We stop at the dairy every time we come into town. The small cone/cup is a generous 2 scoops with 2 flavour options for a low price. I love that the flavours are mixed with real ingredients that you can see and taste. There's a nice set of sheltered tables across the road where you can sit to enjoy your cones. I never leave without getting a 1/2 gallon of fresh chocolate milk. Can't get enough.
