I've always had a great experience when shopping at Madle's. They usually have the best price for car keys/ fobs and the person doing the work does it efficiently and correctly. No issues with them ever. Thank you Madle's for being a much needed part of the community.

Being a finish carpenter contractor for 26 years. Of course you're local old school hardware store doesn't have lumber crown molding or custom wood.. With that being said all of these old school hardware stores have everything you need with the outstanding knowledge of every shelf every product personal advice on a project. (Irreplaceable) The big box stores mite have everything Yet ZERO ability to advertise you on anything as each employee worked at a gas station last week prior they worked at wawa making sandwiches. The Pro is new every month. Madle's and EVERY home town center has employees that have years of knowledge and ties to local community NEVER STEER YOU WRONG

Always have what you want in stock.I recently bought my lawn mower in for repair. They did an amazing job it runs better than it ever has. They also did it in a timely manner. I highly recommend this ACE HARDWARE dealer.. I can't say enough about them.

A great place!I was stuck, needing parts for a job I was doing, 30 miles from home. I called and the young lady directed me to a the department I needed.The gentleman went and LOOKED to see if he had the part I needed. He saved me a drive and setup time.They had the obscure part, I drove to the store, I walked in and without saying a word, an associate said, "hello you must be the man looking for these," THEY WERE AT THE COUNTER WAITING FOR ME,!!!!!You cannot get service like this at any cold should big box store.I am so grateful for small stores like this and the amazing service the offer.Stop in and I am sure they will have what you need.

Pricey, typical ace hardware have alot of materials and parts. Expensive but you should know this, HD will beat there pricing anyday of the week. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

Love this place! In the six years, and well over a hundred times that i have shopped here i have always neen treated with respect and given extraordinary service.I prefer to purchase my lawn equipment needs from here. They service what they sell, are very knowledgeable and have been nothing but honest and up front with me. They have even saved me from needless repairs and purchases.I have been treated almost like family, not just as a customer.Better than any big box store out there.

I’ve had a mower there, in the shop for close to if not 4 weeks. They NEVER call to give me an update. I always have to call. First time I called, it was “we’re waiting on a motor”. Second time I call, it’s “almost done”. Next time I call, “oh we might have broke something, we’re trying to fix it”, last time I called “we’re waiting on parts, don’t call us, we’ll call you when it’s done”. There is just a total lack of customer service when it comes to their mechanics. I can understand waiting on parts, i can understand a mistake happening, what I can’t pardon, is not calling me to let me know. Not telling me we’re sorry, not being empathetic in any way. Not even offering a loaner mower or anything.I spent $750 on an EGO mower from them. Could have just as easily ordered it online. But you know, let’s support small businesses.That said, the ladies at the front, THEY are excellent, always friendly. That’s the only reason I’m even giving them two stars.Finally, never buying an EGO mower or other product again. The string trimmer was good, but the mower is the most over hyped garbage.

Placed an order online for store pick up. Easy smooth process. Fast friendly service to pick it up in store. Great product at best price.Needed lava rocks for cooking on portable grill we use when away cooking at races. They help cook foods better cuz of how they hold the heat & distribute it evenly.Ace came through. Thnx.

Just love this store! Ace as a whole is a little pricey but this store is jam packed with necessities. Looks little but is hella big on the inside. Def. ask for help if in a hurry. The staff is helpful and nice. Parking lot is a little small but shares lot with the other shops too.

Whats the point of calling ahead to pickup an order when they still don't have it ready.I called ahead because of their terrible banker hours and had to leave during my lunch break at work. Spoke to a woman confirmed ready to pickup and I stated ok see you shortly.Get there and they have no clue, no one talks to each other. I said should've purchased the blower at lowes and just price matched. The kid behind the counter said if you dont want to shop here you dont have to.I will take his passive aggressive comment as advice and never be back.

Madle's is the best I'd give you ten stars.Called for a water heater paid for it and delivered to our door in less than an hour and a half. You don't get service like this at Home Dumbo or Lost at Lowes.Niether one had the heater in my area asked for acid brushes and they had no idea what they were. Nothing beats a mom and pop shop , well staffed an excellent service thank you all Simon that goes for you to thanks so much the Farley's

There was an item that I needed. I called to see if it was in stock at the store. If I ordered on line I had to get six but I only need two.Leroy took my call and was super nice.They didn't have it in stock but he offered to order them for me.I miss our little hardware store in Emmaus and this will be my new, little hardware store.Buy local!

Support Local! This store has everything. And you have nice folks who greet you when you walk in the door. They also know where everything is, even if you don't know the name of what your are looking for. I spent hours at Home Depot looking for a part, came here and they walked me right to it in 30 seconds!

Another mom and pop shop, out to overcharge you and take your hard earned money. Dropped a Ryobi Electric Tractor off to get looked at for a battery that wasn't holding charge like it used to. I had to pay a shop fee for them to look at it for no reason, because the battery isn't under warranty past a year. They could have told me that, and saved me the wasted time for them to look at it, and the time without my mower and having to drop it off, half hour trip back and forth. Will never recommend this place. Stay Away from these thieves.And Josh in the service department seems very rude and comes across as not wanting to be helpful or go the extra mile for customers. Definitely not impressed.*Update*Josh from the service department, did finally redeem himself and go a bit out of his way to call me and check to make sure I got the repair quote that I requested. I'm very thankful at least for that.

True traditional general hardware store with good prices. Helpful, friendly staff. I was able to find brass screws for my desk here; could not find at Lowe's nor Home Depot. I buy wildbird food here at best prices in the area.

I have lived all over the country and usually prefer ace due to the great selection of random parts and the helpful knowledgeable friendly staff that seemed universal...until I went to this location.I went in for one simple item and was met with an uncaring unhelpful attitude from two of the younger men working there. I left very frustrated after what should have been a very simple transaction.Save yourself a lot of trouble and drive the 2 miles to Home Depot where the staff is actually friendly and helpful.
