My experience volunteering and touring the farm was unfortunately not a pleasant one, but that was only because of the owner. She is an older lady that is very rude and very much talks down to you making it hard to learn new things. Another thing is she is awful about time management. She did bring it up to me that I was late for one of the days I was volunteering but even before that they were never on time for me when I had arrived, having me sit at the gate and walking past me but not saying anything.I do also believe she is very judgmental of the volunteers that are coming into the vet field, making it seem like a competition that we will never even work our way up to if we wear certain make up or dress fancier. I think if she were to be a bit more open minded and patient that experience would have been a lot better for me and my classmates. all of the animals do look well taken care of I do feel she is very in-tuned with her animals but not a people person at all.

Recently stayed overnight while passing through PA. I would highly recommend staying here. Beautiful farm with some fascinating animals. We got a guided tour and were introduced to the farm animals with their names and some back stories on them. I fell in love with the two Great Pyrenees dogs and the 41 year old horse! Comfortable bed, also enjoyed farm-made ice cream on the porch in a rocking chair. In the morning, watched the cows and goats be milked took a nice walk through the path in the woods and revisited the animals before having an amazing breakfast of delicious bacon, eggs and potatoes, made special by Kathleen. Didn't leave empty handed either. Took home some great cheeses, that were also made on the farm. Would definitely stay again!

We're back! It's lambing time! We also just saw twin goats being born. We first stayed here in 2017 at the BNB. It's a working farm BNB so if you stay be ready to let the horses out and feed the ducks chickens goat and lambs. They are an educational center but have a shop and sell milk cheese and eggs. Besides the BNB they do children's parties. Archie is a six week old steer who is very friendly. I think Jack is arescue horse. A fun day.

If you’re looking for a farm experience, look no further! My husband and I stayed at Flint Hill Farm this past weekend and had the greatest time! Kathy was such a generous host and makes an amazing breakfast! The dairy product were made from the cows on the farm and to compliment we had homemade bread and jams. There are pigs, ducks, goats, sheep, chickens, horses, dogs, cats and cows! You can tell from the moment you step onto the farm that these animals are loved and well taken care of. If you want to work, they will put you to work, all you have to do is ask. They also have cheese making classes and blacksmith classes.I highly recommend staying at the farm or visiting for the day with your family. We will absolutely be coming back! Thanks again for a great stay!

Great experience. Kathleen, Jeniffer and Eric were some of the folks we interacted with and we absolutely love them. There are 4 amazing dogs and a couple of cats. There are a ton of activities such as Horse riding lessons, cheese making classes, farm tours and multiple hiking trails. It’s a Must visit !!

We brought our Christmas tree for the goats to eat! They loved it! The animals were so cute, and the worker was great showing my 2 year old all of the animals and having him help feed! Home made ice cream and cheese is delicious!

Great family farm contributing to the community. They aim to educate the masses regarding the importance of family farming and rural living. Their raw milk is great for consumption at home.... and proves my point the liquid sold in big box stores as "whole" Milk is nothing close to WHOLE MILK.... u will see and taste the difference after u try the raw milk. Also offering goat milk (in seadon), eggs, cheeses. Also a nice place for horse riding lessons for ALL Ages... A+++ 👍👍👍

The location was nice. Its a small farm with a few different types of animals. Lots of cute babies. Got a tour of the farm and also got to learn how they make fresh cheese and got to taste them. Overall a fun time. Only thing I wish is that we got to make our own cheese and take it home.

This is an EDUCATIONAL VOLUNTEER RUN Farm. Our family registered for the 7 hour mozzarella stretch class. It was a wonderful learning experience. All of the animals are very well taken care of. You feel like you are in a DISNEY farm movie - each animal has a personality - soooooo friendly. Amazing to see this farm in person. It is very UNIQUE!!!! Highly recommend visiting this farm and taking a class here.

Stopped by during the open gate farm day. Fun activities for the kids. Nice little store with cheeses and other dairy products. The owners were extremely welcoming and friendly.

The farm was fun and my toddler enjoyed seeing the animals, but we felt that the open house was poorly organized and over priced. For our family of four to go on a hayride, it would have cost $16!!! And that was after we paid $5 to park and spent $15 on mediocre food. There wasn't enough there to justify that cost, so I don't think we will go back for future events.

Flint Hill Farm is a hidden gem of the area. See a working dairy farm up close and personal, tour a working blacksmith shop, or any number of other great activities. A great educational experience for kids and adults alike. Be sure to check out the farm store for raw milk, yogurt, yogurt smoothies, and a variety of terrific cheeses that are made on site!

Honestly I'm very disappointed, my daughter enjoyed the spring open house last year even though there were a few adult staff that I heard gossiping about an elderly lady's body shape, that elderly lady was my mom btw. But my daughter enjoyed the animals so much I wanted to take her there again. The family holds memories of my daughter listening/ hearing animals for the first time after getting cochlear implants the month before our visit to the farm. It was her first time hearing animals. As I said I'm disappointed because I was willing to continue going after all that and yet when I call to schedule a time I feel like well...I don't know how to even explain it but it sounds that the farms are busy and they are taking the frustration out on others, I happened to be that person. IT'S VERY SAD THAT I CHOSE TO MAKE MEMORIES WITH MY DAUGHTER AT YOUR FARM. I CAN'T BEGIN TO TELL YOU HOW SORRY I AM BECAUSE EVERY MEMORY (HEARING FOR THE FIRST TIME) ESPECIALLY IS VERY SPECIAL TO ME,SADLY IT WAS AT FLINT HILL, NOT AT ALL THE MANNERS I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED FROM CHRISTIAN FARMERS.

Went to "7 hour Mozzarella” cooking class with Kathy. Wonderful cooking class in Philadelphia and New Jersey area! You will leave with a complete understanding of making cheese the long method as well as fast method and more than capable to do on your own. Fun cooking class for kids and adults, hands on and informative, and lots tips and tricks from our passionate host.

I live locally and I just stopped at this farm to buy some cheese. Well the place had a half dozen guys wondering around in the parking area and so finally I got to park my car and walk up to the "store" and find an open sign on the door but within in I see no lights and the door is locked. This place looks like a real dump. Seems like a joke. The store is nothing more than a shed.

If you're familiar with their prices and bring cash, the honor system is very convenient! Their milk is definitely worth the trip!

We stopped by looking for a pumpkin patch. The farm is very homey and quaint, but it wasn't quite what we were looking for so we left fairly shortly.
